I LOVE this location!
I first came here to pick one ring for my wedding that was going to happen on that same day, I was already tired and a little stressed out because I couldn’t find anything that would fit my finger and I needed a ring for that day!
We met Sammy who was extremely understanding and helpful! He was the only person who offered me a «sizer» so I could wear the ring to get married that same night and then bring it back to have it resized right. He made my special stressful day much better!
And I must say their rings are simply amazing! They can pretty much please any and everyone! They have a large inventory and can work with anyone’s budget.
I came back a while later to pick a second ring (as in America women usually wear 2) and again Sammy was awesome, super helpful and I could pick the perfect ring to match the one I already had.
We like the customer service so much we drive from far away to come here.
Came back to get me a new ring for my birthday and I made sure to check if Sammy was there so he could help me! Another great experience!
If you’re looking for that special ring, this is your place and Sammy is definitely the guy to help you out!

Terrible customer service. There was one other person in the store and they said to come back in 20 – 30 min because they had a lot to do. Apparently they are under staffed the week before Christmas and need to learn how to multi-​task to help everyone.

Absolutely perfect customer service! I had an issue at another Kay Jewelry store and decided to come here to look for another ring. Sean and Sammy helped me pick out a quality, beautiful, perfect ring. Their knowledge was excellent! I would refer anyone here over any other jewelry store in Las Vegas! Not only did they help me with my issue but my ring was done almost a week earlier then I expected. Will definitely be coming back here to buy more jewelry in the future! Thank you SO much!
