If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Best orthodontic I’ve ever been to. I had braces years ago and the Ortho messed my teeth up bad, gave me a worse cross bite and my center line was almost a full tooth over and I came to John and asked for invisiline cause I’m 24 and don’t want braces again, said it wouldn’t be an easy fix but he will do what ever it takes to make me happy and have a beautiful smile and he exceeded that promise! It’s only been four months and my teeth look SO amazing! I can actually smile in pictures now. Plus he and the staff are always so happy and friendly and always smiling! And their payment plans are so affordable. I love this place. If you need ANY orthodontic work done come here. They are literally the best in Vegas and probably the whole state!

It is a long drive across the city, but well worth it. Dr. Griffiths is the best. Great staff and great service. Go here.

I have three kids & we are on our fifth set of braces. We’ve also been through three palate expanders. My son has a cleft lip & palate so we spend a lot of time at the orthodontist. Dr. Griffith & his staff are knowledgeable & friendly. They are usually on time & very efficient. They have accommodated our schedule on more than one occasion when a wire was poking, a band was broken, or something else came up. As the mother of a child with a cleft, it was especially important to me that they knew about clefts. Dr. Griffiths used to be on the Southern NV Cleft Lip & Palate Team. He knows his stuff!

Here I am, an adult and my dentist has recommended (dare I say it?) BRACES! He gave me a referral and I actually sat on it for a month or two. I was finally ready to make the plunge.
I called the office and I spoke to a nice woman (I think her name was Kathy) and she was able to get me in at a convenient time that worked out with my work schedule. They start as early as 7:00 AM which works out great because I could head to work after my appointments. I was a little nervous because I thought that the office would be just geared towards children. It’s not! (Thank god) but children would very comfortable as well. I think they have like iPads or some type of game consoles in a little room to the side but I’ve never really investigated it because I’m too busy catching up on my news on my phone while I’m waiting. Shortly I might add.
I like it that you walk up and check-​in with an actual person in lieu of signing your name on some sheet or checking in on a computer. It’s more personal.
Dr Griffiths is VERY knowledgable and his assistants are sweet and they all seem to know what they are doing.
His prices seemed quite reasonable for the area. I don’t have dental insurance so this was a major factor for me. They set me up with monthly payments over the course of my treatment.
I’ve been in treatment for about 8 months and I can say I haven’t had a bad experience yet.

This is a good orthodontist they have a nice and friendly staff and the doctors know what there doing but the only problem i encountered were the long wait times. I had to wait about 40 minutes.

i love this office and their staff! i’ve been coming to this office [another location] with my family since i was in the 3^rd grade. i tagged along with my sister and then came for myself [twice]. We have also referred a lot of friends to this office for treatment as well. In the past after you got your braces removed they would take a studio photo of you with your new smile and hang it for all to see. It was so much fun to see faces you knew and hanging proudly on the wall. after they moved to their current location they kept this practice up and after they remodeled they have a slideshow going of everyone’s new smile.
the staff are amazing. i’m surprised after over 10+ years that a lot of the same people are still working there since the first day i stepped into their office in 3^rd grade.
the practice has grown so much over the years but the quality and customer service is still there. i had Dr. Griffiths and although you only spent a few moments with him, he made those moments feel like you’re his only client. you never got the feeling he was rushed and it was always calm and informative. i was a little thrown off by the associates they hired on because I wasn’t ever used to seeing anyone but Dr. Griffiths, but she was nice too.
when it was time to take my off my braces i woke up late and missed my appointment. i was devastated cause i had to wait another 2 – 3 weeks to get them off. this also rolled into graduation, vacation, and a formal party to attend :(. they said they couldn’t do it. however when i went in 2 – 3 weeks later, the lady that helped me said if i would have come anyway she would have removed my braces. this made me so sad. so don’t miss your appointments!
the results of my teeth and my sister’s are great. he worked wonders on my sister’s teeth that were pointing in every direction it shouldn’t have been. she has the most beautiful smile now thanks to Dr Griffiths! As for me, I’m obsessed with my teeth and constantly go in for retainer adjustments so that they can remain perfect. My BF orthodontist offers unlimited retainer replacements for life. i wish Dr. Griffiths had this option as well, I’m on my 3^rd set of retainers! :(

Dr. Griffiths, Simister and Drowley are amazing orthodontists! They are always willing to go the extra mile to make your teeth perfect! They are very personable and considerate to the needs and wants that you feel you would like for your end result! I’ve had braces with this office and I always enjoyed going to my appointments! They always have fun monthly contests that you can participate in and win prizes! The Dr.‘s are very involved in the community and are always willing to help in volunteering and donating their time and items to those in need. If there was any office to go to for braces, and I’ve looked around, this is the place! Fun, kind and personable! You can’t go wrong here!

Dr. Griffiths, Simister, Drowley and staff have gone out of their way to me feel so special! Their great customer service from the first call to the day my braces came off has stayed true! A Fun and exciting rewards program! The best investment I have ever done! My smile will last a lifetime! I’m over a 100% happy with my decision to go to this amazing office! Dr Griffiths is great at explaining treatment and the staff is very welcoming. There’s always staff to welcome you when you walk in the door there’s never anyone away from the front desk. Parents are welcome back with their children and it’s an open environment which is a little weird but I guess that’s how most orthodontic offices are. I really can’t say much for the décor that they have it’s a bit strange to me. They have a staff member that post a lot for blogs on Facebook which I really like. They have customer appreciation events which is pretty cool, except most of the events are geared towards children. I understand that most of their patrons are children but there’s a lot of adults that go and have braces as well so maybe a customer appreciation for the adults would be nice.
