Love this place! Owner is so nice. They do float around you a bit as you’re looking but im sure kids steal from here a lot so that’s not surprising. Many crystals and stones to see and choose from. Much better than psychic eye and other shops i have been to in the metaphysical category.

This place is very fascinating if you’re the kind of person who’s into crystals but I’m someone who knows little or nothing about crystals so when I walked in I felt like I was in a museum! Just so many crystals and there’s so many different kinds and colors. it’s basically a museum of crystals, pretty cool.

I get lost in awe when I’m in this shop. My first time here with a friend we spent at least a good hour just exploring every little thing they had. My first purchase was about $ 100 with 6 pieces. 2^nd time I spent $ 135. I’m addicted. I want a collection for my home. The crystals give my bedroom a calm soothing postive energy. The guys working there are also very sweet and helpful. Definitely will be back again!

Great selection! It’s like a little museum inside with small corners of surprises, one after another. I spent a lot more time in here than I intended, but it was well worth it. I left with a blue lace agate pyramid for $ 15 and 12 hematite magnets each for $ 1.
One of the gentlemen that works there saw how excited I got with every statue and large crystal I saw and showed me the enormous spherical Quartz they had out back.
This place is full of very strong energies and could get a little overwhelming if you’re not careful.
Overall it was a great first experience here and I will definitely be coming back to see what other treasures I can find.

Buyers beware! They over priced certain items by over 100%. No refund once you pay for your purchase.

Customer service does leave a tremendous lot to be desired, as proven by the beautifully written response to my first review. From one of the staff. Staff member responded to me in the manner of an angry infant, not at all apologetic for an unsatisfactory experience and even less interested in customer retention. Just profit.
This store, although filled with a rich selection of amazing stones, suffers from being run by haughty managers only interested in profit.

Although, yes indeed it is beautiful in here, it lacks love and it lacks passion.
The staff here do not give a crap about the customers.
I came here excited to spend my money but ultimately I did not !
I just didn’t feel the vibe that I had hoped for.
I did get to walk around to get an idea of what they had, but I did not get helped at all. I had to ask someone a question (to whom I assumed to be the owner) he answered me as he was walking away — and did not approach me afterwards.
They are definitely not in the right line of business if you ask me!

Incredible store. Crystal collector’s heaven. They have 5 gigantic rooms, full of every stone, crystal and mineral imaginable in every form – clusters, tumbles, shaped and raw. Some stones are available by the gram in widely varying sizes. Whether you have $ 20 or only 20 cents to spend, I guarantee you will find a piece you’ll love.

Lots of things to see. Check out the crystal sphere. Very cool. Bought a himalayan salt lamp at a good price. Phone died before I could take anymore pics. My kiddo loved picking a few gems.

I loved this place so much. I ended up buying a pendulum and yesterday (only a week late) one of the amethysts came off. :/

As other poor reviews say, if I could give this «business» a big fat ZERO, dang skippy I would do that. Not only is the energy that is there dark, convoluted, the cashier guy doesn’t concern himself with anything other than his minimum wage pay. To top it off, the stones we bought were NOT what they were labeled. Nor did he correctly charge me the prices penciled on the tags” oh, then it’s going to be even more than I said” his reply to my question of their pricing method. Subsequent conversations with other intelligent beings all shake their heads at my experience. Never again in life will my money or energies be placed here. I’m quite sure they don’t give a _​_​_​_​_​. But as E40 spits, do I care if you don’t like me, Nope! There are farrrr too many other reliable, knowledgeable, healing avenues to take.

Mike is sooo amazing! He helped me find multiple stones to help with positive energy, prosperity, and protection. This store and staff are amazing! Very honest and helpful.

I assure you that if you come here you will get legit prices and legit pieces. The customer service in on point. And straight up with it. I am pretty knowledgeable about crystals when it come to quality and price. Sometimes I’ll spurge on a cluster or geode just because of the location but locally I appreciate honesty. I was mortified going in local «metaphysical» shops at the over priced low quality gems they were passing off. I actually found this place on Unilocal.
The location is rad parking is a bit sparse. But the selection is mind blowing. I came there today after being a regular and just noticed the dark salt lamp room. Wowza. They also have a back room full of beads. It is way bigger than you would think from looking at it in the outside. Its a labryth of hidden surprises.
The place is really closer to an art gallery. Its roving items on display. They go fast even the pieces priced well over a month of pay. The window displays are wonderful. If you are looking for a gift I come here. A nice amethyst cluster and a jade merkaba I think is a really special present. Or a candle holder made from Himalayan salt. For 22 bucks… Great for mother in law you have no idea what to buy for. Any one who likes interior design would appreciate a gift from here.
A ton of crystals skulls, hearts, eggs. Right now they have beautiful crystals tree sculptures.
Follow your heart. Today I bought 3 killers items for 11 dollars. Great date idea. I can’t get enough of this place. You may feel happier after your visit.

A crystal healer’s dream come true this place is truly amazing, only wished I didn’t have to travel from LA haha! Mike assisted me with my purchases and was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Such a wide carpet to choose from and outstanding quality with very reasonable prices. Warehouses in SoCal do not hold a candle to this place and I was even blessed enough to see the giant Quartz crystal ball in the back! I cannot wait to return to Vegas so I can stop by this amazing place again.

Visited for my first time today, and what else can I say, other than, «I’m 100% hooked!»
All the staff working were helpful, directed us towards exactly what we needed; and shared a wealth of knowledge with us. We were even able to see Big Mama (I think that’s what it is called), the most beautiful and enormous crystal ball I’ve ever seen.
They have a fabulous collection of Himalayan Salt Lamps, and more crystals than i ever knew existed. I will be back very soon!

Don’t let those few bad reviews fool you, this place is amazing! Their selection is out of this world. Everything you can imagine and then more. The owners are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very attentive to their customers needs. There are things for sale here that you cannot find anywhere in this country, and seeing them all in one room is pretty awesome.
I can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for any type of crystal or just a new piece of a art for your house. Amazing sculptures and statues from all kinds of cultures around the world. Also jewelry for days. If you can’t decide on a gift for somebody, check this place out!
I’ll be looking forward to my next visit, with Moldavite on my mind!

Always a fav spot to check out when in The City! Mike & Miguel are very knowledgable and helpful. Picked up some Jade n tourmaline last time through. So much stuff to see and learn more about I usually end up clearing space off my schedule when I head over to this place. Cool gems n more to see, you gotta check out the ginormous hidden gem in the back, it’s awesome! Good times and great finds here, head over when you have time!

I was excited to go here and it exceeded my excitement! There are so many crystals, sculptures, artifacts, lamps and jewelry that I could spend the afternoon in here talking with the workers — who are informative and fun to chat with. One employee was particularly nice as he showed my mom and I the meditation bowls and GIANT crystal in the back, as well helping us take pictures! Haha I will be back! Especially to buy supplies to make my own crystal lamp! I can’t wait!

I’m giving one star because it is impossible to give negative stars. The people who work here are incredibly, rude, and have the worst energy. We came and were told upon picking up a stone that it was expensive in a derisive manner. We couldn’t getbanyone to help us and when we finally did he said he was going on break in the middle of the transaction. We asked about a strand in the case and were told hatefully it was $ 3000. When we asked if the loose stones next to the strand were sold independently we were again hatefully told «three grand.» When one of us had the nerve to say, «there is no need to be rude; I’m only asking.» The cashier got very aggressive and told is, «I’m not rude. We are short handed what do you want?»
We were the only customers in the store. After telling us we were short handed the guy just walked away yelling in Spanish. He left us alone in the middle of our check-​out. We were attempting to purchase approximately $ 200 worth of merchandise. We just walked out of the store. We practically ran down the block because the guy had such bad energy I was worried he might follow and hurt us.
This place and the people are so creepy and uninterested in helping. Definitely don’t go here.

Coming up to this location is a little weird. The parking lot is very close to the street and a little tight.
Walking up to the door, you do see the large amethyst out front. The surrounding glass/​container needs to be cleaned out. It is filled with trash, and I think I even saw a bracelet in there. The gemstone is so gorgeous, and it doesn’t give a very good impression… Kind of makes me feel like they don’t care enough to clean up. «Bad» area or not… take pride in your things.
Walking in, we were greeted.
There were two employees. One seemed more knowledgeable than the other.
He pointed me in the direction of a large amount of bracelets that were $ 6 each. There were no labels above any of these bracelets. They just hang there…
im not a geologist. … I’m not 100% sure what I’m looking at, the labeling would greatly be appreciated.
Also, the general organization of this store… Throws me off.
There’s really no…“flow’. You will go on a HUNT around and around looking. Maybe going alphabetically throughout the store is possible. But like I said… There’s labels. But they aren’t very descriptive… im not saying write a novel for each item. … but maybe consider a different system.
The employees do tend to «hover» and follow you around… I don’t really mind, But, it would have been helpful if they once asked if I was finding everything okay… Or if they could help… They didn’t initiate conversation with me… I always had to ask.
I’m not sure if the store has any A/​C … Because I felt myself getting very hot. They did have one fan going in the beading/​make your own jewelry room. But that’s it.
There are some things that are priced reasonable, and there are some things that are VERY expensive. Therefore, keep an eye on your children! Some of those stones can be a mortgage payment.
Overall. I like it. The employees were nice enough… And we did end up making a few purchases. If you spend over $ 100, don’t forget to use your Unilocal check in offer.

I am really confused by this review. In 26 years of being in business I have never heard comments like these. We have employees nearby to help if it is requested. There is no other place on the West coast of America like our store, let alone in all of America.

If your employees are going to follow me around the store, maybe they should check in on me, Not just lean up against a wall and stare.
