Gold Exchange

I went in to have some gold pieces appraised and looked at. The woman running the location, older, mid to late 50’s maybe with dark should length hair, some kind of accent and a little heavy and she was extremely rude. As I began to talk to her and let her know that I was trying to separate some pieces that were not gold from the other pieces that were gold, she actually had the nerve to say, «The more you speak, the less likely I will purchase from you». Really? No one ever said I was going to sell to you. I actually told her, «Can I Get Two Words In?» and I told her, «Im just trying to separate the gold pieces from those that are not gold because they got mixed up.» After her pathetic evaluation of what she was trying to do, she offered $ 200 for pieces that I knew were worth much more. As she sat behind her dirty desk, I packed up my things and kindly said, «Thank you for your time» and I left. I ended up going to a different location where they offered me a little over $ 600 for my pieces. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dirty location with stuff laying all over the counters, RUDE!!! and very careless. Please everyone, do your homework and stay away from this place. Awful service in every way.
