Jeff Dunham: Not Playing With A Full Deck

Excellent show. Esposa and I had seen him on TV several times and always enjoyed his PG shows. Seeing him live, steps things up a bit to PG-​13 to perhaps light rated R (not that it matters). An exceptional ventriloquist, comedian, and actor. Highly recommended.

I had my doubts about this show… boy was i wrong! All of the seats are the same price so it is best to book early to get some really great seats. The security in the venue is hard core against cameras and video taping so you might as well not even try. The venue looked great and festive. Atmosphere was electric. Dunham was fantastic. His skill and clever comedy guarantees a night of non stop laughter. His dolls are awesome characters. He is a master at what he does! I will go to his next show series for sure!

Very cute. We enjoyed it. He was on time, he didn’t mention buying his wife’s cookies and little Jeff plug was funny. Took a star off because seats are narrow and very close to each other. Sort of like when you are riding coach on an airplane close as a comparison.

Hilarious. Non-​stop laughter. His live show is so much better then the recorded ones show on television. His improptun moments are well worth the money for this show. Not really a bad seat in this venue. My wife said she laughed till her face hurt.

Jeff Dunham is hilarious! I’ve been wanting to see him for a long time and finally did last Friday. I was worried that the show will start late based on the reviews but the one I went to started on time. The seats are a tiny bit too small and I am an average build woman. The show began with a slideshow of some of his pictures and a story of how he got where he is. I think that portion took too long and found it unnecessary but I’ve been following him for quite a bit so that portion is probably for those who don’t know him. Peanut’s bit was the most hilarious and probably the second was when he was chasing little Jeff. Overall, the show was great and worth every penny.

This was our 4^th time at one of Jeff Dunham’s shows and we laughed just as much this time as we did the first! The jokes are funny and the pace is great. We definitely felt the tickets were worth the price. This is not a show for people who are easily offended because you are almost certain to hear something that makes you think, «OMG, I can’t believe he just said that!» Get ready to LYAO.

While I really like this guy, I can’t give him five stars. We went to the show on April 4^th, 2015. He was at least 10 minutes late and blamed it on technical difficulties. He also tried out «new» material on us and he also spent half the time trying to sell his creepy little Jeff puppet. I’m not liking his different style at all. Hope he cleans it up!

Judge for yourself and don’t google before hand as it may spoil parts of the show. It was mainly new material with Peanut and Achmed being the stars of the show.
One star lost for starting late and he needs to get rid of Little Jeff.
I would go again.

Hilarious! We heard some new material, and the show lasted about 2 hours. There was a «sales pitch» to sell the Little Jeff doll but it was pretty funny, so it didn’t bother us. I would see this show again. He does swear and there is some other adult material so in my opinion this is not for children 17 and under.
We sat in row E which was a bit too close. You’re looking up the whole time, or scrunching down in your chair to support your neck. 3 or 4 more rows back might have been better. The rows are a little narrow so tall people may find them a little uncomfortable.
I liked that this is one of the few theaters in Vegas that have the seats FACING THE STAGE.

This was the second show we saw in Vegas. I have always been a fan. I talked my bad into going and now he too is a fan. The new puppet Little Jeff was hilarious!

We loved it!!! This guy is funny, we got V.I.P status and got to meet and greet Jeff, and photos. We got what we paid for, it’s totally worth it. That Achman had me laughing since he got on stage. Everything was awesome!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE WE DID. More than half the show was a SALES PITCH FOR his «Little Jeff» dummy and his new wife’s line of cookies. HE’S JUST NOT AS GOOD AS HE USED TO BE. Maybe he’s jaded by fame, maybe he’s tired from performing in too many shows; whatever it is, it’s not worth your money.
Jeff was 15 minutes late (claimed technical defect). After a slideshow of his life before fame, he then spent the next 15 minutes discussing his (significantly younger) new wife, their twins (she’s 5 months preggers), her cookies that she is now selling, her blog, and her twitter– he even gave out her twitter handle, seriously.
He then spend about 30 minutes doing essentially what was a «live infomercial» for his new ventriloquism starter kit witch includes a «little Jeff dummy» that is sold in the gift shop. He even read from/​performed the ventriloquism act from the book that’s sold with the kit. I don’t want to learn ventriloquism, I wanted to see it performed by a professional.
The ventriloquism act itself was short, and, honestly was just okay. Jeff spent about 5 – 10 minutes on each of the characters (Walter, Bubba J, Peanut + Jose, and Achmed). I’ve seen him perform better in the past. The voices were not good as they used to be and a lot of the characters said the same lines— «funny as hell», it seems he’s just phoning it in and collecting the cash. He’s not the same eager performer as he was years ago and you can see this in his act.
He performed new material for our audience, but he really hadn’t rehearsed it and was just reading from a note pad. While I appreciate the new material, dude, take 10 minutes and memorize and rehearse your new set. It’s not a free show on the street, this is a show people paid good money to watch.
The older crowd– that likely never watched youtube– seemed to very much enjoy the show, but i’m assuming if you’re checking Unilocal,you’re computer savvy and will regret your decision to see this show. So, I’d recommend saving yourself a few hundred bucks and just watching his old performances on youtube.

Hysterical! Jeff is always one to get a good hard core crying laugh out of me!
I was a little dismayed by all of his sales pitches. He covered the new little Jeff doll a little too long and babbled about his wife’s new cookie product without a hitch. But he drug it out a while.
The giant screen behind him made me watch like I was watching tv. I kept focusing on the screen and not the actual guy. Placement was terrible.
Lots of fun. Needs tweaked.
Price isn’t bad. At all for a Vegas show.

Totally worth the money to see! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the seats are tiny and the show started almost 15 minutes late. But Jeff and the puppets out in a great show. I laughed the whole time.

Seen Jeff several times, always a good show. There were two things that changed this from a 5 star show to 4.
— Little Jeff. I think that’s bit of the show was annoying and far too long. Obviously he’s trying to sell his doll, but it wasn’t that funny and took far too long.
— The seats — The seats in the place are so uncomfortable. I don’t know if it was just my row or what but I could barely sit in there for an hour before I wanted to leave.

Seen Jeff last night at Planet Hollywood. He was right on his game, new material and all. We loved it from start to finish. We haven’t laughed that much in a long time. I realized though that I’m married to Walter. Too funny!

Went to this show on Sunday, got to hear some of his new material. The new material was good. He is a really funny guy.
The only downside is the overkill sexist jokes. It gets repediative, and boring.

The show started 10 minutes late but Jeff stated that it was due to technical problems and thanked the crew for the fix. Prior to the show a series of questions and facts are presented on the large screen which helps pass the time. It’s the funniest show in Las Vegas. Each puppet has a a unique character. Their facial expressions are the best .The show has adult humor/​language and I do not recommend it for children but highly recommend it for adults. Don’t miss it!

HILARIOUS! My jaw hurt after the show from laughing so much … Jeff is truly talented and has a crude sense of humor that i enjoy. I wouldnt recommend it for kids as there was some sexual/​adult comedy. I gave the show 5 stars and would give it 6 if i could! Also, we bought the tickets at Planet Hollywood and didnt have to pay some ridiculous $ 20 handling fee like we saw on ticketmaster when we were looking to get tickets

Absolutely hysterical! He ad-​libs as he goes and his puppets facial expressions are priceless and right on cue!
Tickets are priced well for a Vegas show, downsize the theater is small and very warm, no need for layers.
