History

Established in 2009.

JW Hunt Realty opened in April of 2009 behind the owner Jason Hunt, a well experienced Las Vegas real estate broker. During a time when most agents and companies were going out of business, JW Hunt Realty opened to service the needs of clients that are looking for stability with long term goals in mind. Although the Las Vegas real estate market has experienced a great deal of foreclosures, there are a lot of opportunities for investors and home buyers. Home sellers that have equity have options to sell and move up for a better price.

Our brokerage is designed to help home buyers and investors in the Las Vegas real estate market. We have licensed property management for all of Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. We feel our management services are among the best in town, especially when comparing prices. We also service homeowners that need to short sale their home. Our goal is to create long term homeownership as well as stability in a community we have grown to love.

Business Owner

Jason Hunt is originally from Vermilion, Ohio, a small town about 40 minutes West of Cleveland. Jason received his Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Toledo and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Cleveland State University. After working as a teacher and a counselor, Jason moved to Las Vegas in 2002 and began his real estate career.

Over the past seven years Jason has been a part of a normal real estate market, a market boom like no other, and a market crash that everyone would like to forget. With the experience of each market, Jason has gained knowledge that is beneficial to each of his clients. As a licensed Broker and Property Manager, Jason decided to open his own brokerage that would serve the long term goals of his clients and his agents. Although the market is suffering from the economy and foreclosures, Jason hopes to create a long term presence that will help create stability and longevity in the community for all of his clients.
