David began selling real estate in Las Vegas in the late 1990’s on the recommendation of a close friend. Not knowing much about the business, he spent his first years learning from others. During that time, David witnessed some high quality real estate service as well as some pretty terrible real estate service.

History

Established in 1995.

David Brownell started selling real estate in Las Vegas in 1995. He developed the David Brownell Team, a group of experienced and high minded real estate professionals in order to assist home buyers and sellers with their Las Vegas real estate needs.

David’s Team is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, the largest real estate company in North America. David is very involved in the community and is often sought out by the local media for his detailed knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market.

David was born and raised in the Midwest, in Des Moines, Iowa. In 1994 David moved to Las Vegas to write a management book with his Uncle and mentor, a Professor in the School of Social Work at UNLV.

In 1995, David obtained his Nevada real estate license. David has operated the David Brownell Team, his own real estate business since that time. Since 2006, he has been affiliated with Keller Williams Realty which is now the largest residential brokerage in the United States.

David’s 2012 business achievements earned him the #1 ranking in the Keller Williams Realty Southwest region (Nevada and Arizona) and #20 in the Keller Williams Realty international network of over 80,000 real estate agents in the United States and Canada.

David is also active with the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR). David was elected to the Board of Directors and currently serves both as a Director on the Board and Chairman of the MLS Committee.

David is an avid golfer and chef.

They were in constant contact about the details and nothing fell through the cracks. They were even mindful of our daughters nap time when showing the house and making appointments.

I worked with David and Tiffany for purchasing my first home recently. Firstly, it’s important to note that in Las Vegas everyone and their brother is a real estate agent. The few I met before were really pushy and seemed to be interested in mainly their commissions. But there is a good reason why David and Tiffany have been around for many years — they are veterans of the industry and know how to get things done.
Mainly, here were my core reasons why I liked the service and experience:
(1) They were not pushy and worked with my budget/​goals without pressure.
(2) The communication was solid. They cared about not wasting my time.
(3) They recommended solid vendors who delivered on everything from the mortgage broker to the home inspection people.
(4) They were sensitive to my lack of knowledge and educated me in the process.
But here’s the real kicker. AFTER I purchased my home, their support was still there.
For example, when my garbage disposal and garage doors broke, they sent someone over to fix the problems free of charge. They cared about my needs and problems even after the transaction was complete.
You don’t find that every day. For those reasons I would highly recommend working with them for buying a home.

David and Tiffany are awesome! My husband was deployed and came home to CA for his 2 weeks of leave, and our next assignment was Las Vegas. We decided we wanted to buy a home so we made a quick trip out to find our new home. We were on a mission and David and Tiffany took the time we needed to look at houses, and find the right one for us. Since we were out of town during escrow, they went above and beyond to help us. They attended the inspections, made sure the repairs were completed and answered all of our questions. House buying can be a stressful time, but with them it wasn’t! I would definitely recommend them, and if we ever need a Realtor again, we know who we will call.

David managed to line up a number of excellent options and was able to quickly adjust as we refined our requirements. His staff happily showed us a many homes as we could stand, but he quickly got us focused on a few superb properties and, long story short, we got a great house at a fair price. The whole process was basically painless. We would absolutely recommend the Brownell Team.
