Instant Air

It was 100 degrees on a Wednesday and we needed a blower fan replaced. On Thursday, Anthony (Tony) with Instant Air said that he couldn’t get the part until Tuesday. Needless to say, I was amazed that another (smaller) company was able to get that part locally within hours. I guess that the (Instant) part of their name only applies to certain people because he would have left a family with young children to suffer 100+ degrees, needlessly. He boasted that he had 12 years experience but he wouldn’t/couldn’t get the part for (5) days.

I called to have a tech. come to my house to possibly add another A/​C unit. They said they would be there from 12 – 2. I took off work to be there no one showed up or even called. I calld there office at 2:45 the lady said she would have Oscar call me right back after 25 more minutes I called and told the to forget it. Horrible customer service.

Our upstairs A/​C unit went out (yay in April, not in July!) and Instant Air came over to take a look this morning. Scott was professional, polite, and worked very efficiently. We were hoping it was just the capacitor and indeed it was. He had our unit working again in about 15 minutes! Oscar gave us a very good price for the replacement part and service, and we will certainly call them again for all of our HVAC needs. Thanks guys!

We called for service at 1: am…they arrived a short time later. We thought we fixed it before they got there. So Tony looked over our work and said everything looked great. Didn’t even charge us anything. Unfortunately 8. Hours later our air went out again… When we called Tony returned within an hour. He went to the attic found the real problem and fixed it quickly. Charged us a really discounted price. Tony was very friendly and professional.

The fan on my unit was working but it was not cooling my upstairs at all. The temperature upstairs was 85 degrees. I called Instant Air and they were able to get a technician out to my house same day. Within thirty minutes my unit was fixed and my house was cooling off. They had excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. They saved my husband from another night with an overheated grumpy wife!

I did a lot of checking on A/​C companies before opting on Instant Air to replace my A/​C unit. I believe I was given a very fair quote. The old unit was still working but old and inefficient. Plus I did not want the hassle of it breaking in the middle of summer! They were able to schedule the work to fit my schedule and they arrived on time. Their work and clean-​up was done very professionally. I was very pleased and I’m very picky! I will have them take care of all my preventive maintenance and feel confident I’ll remain pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional quality service.

Called Oscar with Instant air to look at my 15 yr old units. Oscar sat with me and walked me through everything step by step. I ended up purchasing two new energy efficient units. Instant air offered great financing that works within my budget. Installers were on time and very professional. They even assisted me on setting up my thermostat control on my iPhone. I would highly recommend Instant Air. They now have a customer for life.

We called INSTANT AIR on a Saturday afternoon after my father in law was almost ripped off by AIR SUPPLY air conditioning for almost $ 5800! Tony came right out and got the air going in no time! Tony was honest, quick, and very kind. So glad we found INSTANT AIR!

We are new in the area and needed a new A/​C and heating system for our home. Good thing I have a trust worthy roofing company who recommended INSTANT AIR. From start to finish, Instant Air’s owner Oscar and his crew did a professional job. I am not a easy customer and I had many questions about which brand to choose and what do I get out of a new replacement unit. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I always believe that you get what you paid for. In this case, I got quality work by Instant Air. I didn’t write this review until more than a month have past since the installation was completed. The recommended unit is as energy efficient as I was told. We already noticed our electric bill is already $ 30 less a month compared to the older unit. One more important matter, the crew members not only are professional and technically knowledgeable, they are friendly. They did a good job cleaning up after the job.
