To date have called four times and stopped in once. Every time I call I have been told I will be contacted, that never happened. When I stopped in the person I needed to talk to was on a call and it would be a while. I did reach him once (of the four calls) and was assured I would be contacted which I was not again. I am a reasonable person and understand that I am only one person and these people are probably really busy. But don’t act like you want to help if you can’t.

I was in a crunch to find a rental and Housing Helpers was more than pleasant in my time of panic! I tried other offices and couldnt ever get anyone to call me back. So when I called Housing Helpers and someone answered and was willing to talk to me on the spot I was super relieved. Don and Susan are fabulous!!! They were friendly, professional and helpful. I’m in my new place and the landlord is great. So glad I found these guys.
