On a positive note, the physical and occupational therapists are phenomenal. The nursing staff, on the other hand, is horrendous (with the exception of one charge nurse who was an angel). At best, they are apathetic and at worst, they are incompetent and downright rude. And they are not the smartest people in the world. This place is o.k. if all you need is physical therapy, but if you get sick, watch out. My husband is now in an ICU unit after one week at this hospital. The doctor comes in sporadically… otherwise he just talks with the nurses by phone and prescribes medication without seeing his patient. Not a good place.
