If there was a zero we’d give that! Used to be great… not lately. Last two times yogurt was like soup literally dripping all over the counter as girl handed to us. when i asked whats going on? She said… yeah the machine hasnt been working right lately. really? She shouldve saud so before we ordered. they got us twice but now we are going to check out other yogurt shops. so thst little stunt msy have garnered a few $$ but cost them loyal customers and created bad word of mouth.

Not my favorite of frozen yogurt shops but maybe because I like to do the mixing myself. Just feels more fun that way. The service was okay, the girl was nice. The frozen yogurt was okay. We tried a few flavors but I only liked the Mai tai sorbet. The gummy bears were super tough as if they’d been sitting out a while and they didn’t have a lot of fresh fruit toppings which I personally love. It’s conveniently located to where I live but I don’t know if I’d visit often.

The employees were not warm and or friendly at all and the yogurt just wasn’t that great at all. We were not sure what it was that we wanted, but felt rushed(even though there weren’t any other customers) o we randomly chose our flavors and toppings. This was our first time here because it was close, but this was a perfect example of convenience not always being the best. We will not return!

The yogurt was amazing as always, but I bought two regulars and the cashier waited till the end of the transaction to tell me it was«buy one get one free day» then told me it was too late for the deal.

Been to this location probably 15 times. It is ALWAYS immaculately clean and service is amazing! Best frozen yogurt chain in Las Vegas. The peanut butter flavor is the best!

Welp, just walked into the store hoping to get some frozen yogurt and the store is empty. Music is playing and a creepy man is staring at me from a table. No employees to be seen anywhere. I walked to the counter and looked behind for employees and no one was there! Left after a few minutes of awkwardly hoping an employee would appear from behind a secret door or something. They clearly have a staffing issue.

They won me over at «waffle cone Wednesday.» Every day they have a different happy hour from 2 – 6 and on Wednesdays it is only $ 2.50 for for a waffle cone! That deal has my name written ALL over it! I went in and decided to taste test a few flavors. But, even with all the samples I went to my usual choice… birthday cake. I can never go wrong with the birthday cake flavor. Golden Spoon did not disappoint! I got my waffle cone. Added sprinkles to the bottom of the cone(this stops the ice cream from dripping out the bottom when it’s melting… and its a delicious surprise to finish with — you’re welcome). Then loaded on up with birthday cake froyo. Of course, topping off my treat with even more rainbow sprinkles. I ate every, single, last bite. And loved every bite! I will definitely be coming back to check out even more of their happy hour specials!

We love this place! Ask for the stamp card! 10th frozen yogurt is free. The best flavor combo by far is mango and salted caramel. Trust me!

The girl at the counter that was very nice and helpful but when arriving at the cashier, the lady with the manager name tag wasn’t the most friendly. She actually walked away during the transaction and went into the back and let her take over. The reason for coming here we the SouthWest rapid reward points we get from it. I am sure we will be back. The food is good, price is decent and we love the points.

The manager, Christina, is totally disrespectful toward me. I went in to drop off my application last week and she offered scheduling for an interview right there and then. Today’s Friday, which was supposed to be the day I went in for my interview. I decided to call her up and confirm that we were still doing the interview, this guy named Malvin or Marvin answered the phone and told me that Christina was coming in at 4 pm so I explain to him that Christina set up an appointment for me at 1:45. So he called her up and later spoke to me telling me that Christina said she’s not doing the interview anymore. First of all, if I didn’t call them up I would show up today and have to leave because the manager’s NOTRESPONSIBLE enough to call me and let me know she’s not doing interviews anymore. And second of all, she was the one that wanted to schedule the interview right away! Maybe she should’ve checked HER schedule first before letting me know to come today for an interview and ended up not doing it. Totally pissed off at this company. Not worth trying to apply for a job!

My neighborhood Froyo… Golden spoon got it good! Love it here! My mom was craving for Froyo and we decided to stop in with all the good Unilocal reviews. I love the texture of their Froyo… Very thick and flavorful. Love the waffle cone options and free topping with check in. Love the punch card touch as well! I’ll be back! Mint Froyo with Oreos… Yummy!!! I’m a fan. –miss Unilocal 2015

I think they are lying about it being frozen yogurt. It taste just like ice cream! I went here bc I wanted frozen yogurt. I like the taste of frozen yogurt. Not here, you’ll get ice cream. It’s good for Ice cream but taste nothing like frozen yogurt.

The frozen yogurt was good. The service is what you would expect when you leave teenagers to run the store. Theyre on their cell phones texting away and all their buddies are hanging out there.

I guess I’m used to pouring my own yogurt. Def did not like not having control. Lol. I ordered a regular size yogurt and advised I wanted a bunch of toppings. They literally overfilled the yogurt so High it was dripping all down the sides. Same with my husbands. His was so bad it was dripping down to the floor. So the first pour I said no way, I need less yogurt. How the hell do I get toppings on now? So they started over. The toppings were skimpy. I was highly disappointed and sticky. I would much rather go a self pour place after my experience here. The only thing really nice Is they actually have marshmallow cream which is hard to find.

Ok… If my review were based on the yogurt alone I would give it 5 stars. But the staff here is seriously lacking. I come here all the time because I live right around the corner and I love the yogurt! They used to have some really nice girls working here but the last 4 visits for me it’s always been someone different and each time has been a nightmare. One girl didn’t listen to me and started filling my cup with the wrong yogurt, then the wrong topping… she ended up having to toss it and start over. Another girl gave really skimpy servings and toppings. I ended up paying for double toppings just to get the normal amount. Then today the girl refused to sell me the size I wanted because she said they were ALMOST out of that size. They were completely out, but almost. Even when she could tell I was upset she still refused. Considering I’m a regular who comes in at least once a week and they did have the right size cup… you would think they would sell it to me, but no. Get it together golden spoon! Or I’m going to need to find a new yogurt place

2 words: Frozen. Yogurt. What’s not to love? Upon entering, red and white themed tiled had me thinking of an old fashion ice cream shop. I have to admit that the mirror hanging on the right side had me freaked out a bit thinking the shop was bigger than it appeared to be. Anyways, this place doesn’t feature all the flavors on the website. Don’t fret though! They offer tiny sample cups(kind of like the tiny ketchup cups they have at McDonalds) so you’ll be able to taste whatever flavor you want before actually making your final decision. I tried the NY cheesecake which had too much creamcheese for me =(I really wanted strawberry cheesecake, but it wasn’t featured on their menu. I did try their graham cracker flavor and FELLINLOVE. I opted for the ½ cup which is more than enough for me and added on chocolate chips, cheesecake bits, and mochi. That combination right there is HAPPINESSIN A ½ CUP. My total came out to be $ 3.96. The best part is that they don’t charge by the weight of what you add in there! I will be back for more graham cracker frozen yogurt, BESTBELIEVE. NOTE: They don’t accept bills larger than $ 20 so have your debit card available or some change on hand.

Yummy stuff… but I’m all about customer service… As I was selecting my toppings, I asked the guy was the pick looking stuff was… And he goes… «I don’t know, nobody really knows. it’s just there» I was like excuse me??? FAIL…

I would visit this location for some quick lunchtime yogurt, and it never disappointed. Even with one employee the service was fast, friendly, and awesome. Discounts during the afternoon! 10% off your order! That’s mainly why I’d go during my lunch. =)

I love this place.(When ever I like a place I rember the employees names) Jonathan the cashier was super duper diddly awesome and friedly. Very outgoing and nice. He gave me a sample of the cupcake yogurt.(delicioso) I had the regular vanilla with all the toppings that had nuts.(or nut family) I had to give some to my homies, because it was that delicioso. This place comes highly recommended from me give, it a whirl.

I really do like Golden Spoon’s frozen yogurt – especially in 101 degree weather – although I didn’t like the taste of my sample of sugar-free Pecan and Pralines that much at the Las Vegas valley’s Warm Springs location. It did not taste sweet enough to me. Big surprise! But a trial serving of Chocolate Malt went down just fine. And I always enjoy the taste of virtually any Vanilla(plain Vanilla, Vanilla Bean, Old Fashioned Vanilla, or what have you Vanilla). So, I ordered a combination of both, which is always an available option at no extra charge. A steep brown-and-white frozen yogurt mountain rising from a mini-sized cup that was split down the middle between flavors of Chocolate Malt and Old Fashioned Vanilla was cool, creamy, tasty, and filling. The mini was large enough, but I overdid things by adding a topping of rainbow nonpareils. The intense flavors of these drops of coated dark chocolate almost overpowered the more subtle base flavors they adorned. Service was fast and friendly. The dining room was clean but the men’s bathroom needed some attention. Overall, this was a three-star experience.
