Just came to cold stone with my 2 year old at 11:15am and they looked closed only one girl working nothing taken out, chairs on top of the table and the girl working was chatting with another young girl who also works here but is off the clock. She was making her free ice cream and the young boy she was with. Finally when I was helped she kept running back where employees go. She grabbed something not sure what. During this also they had heavy metal music playing VERY loudly and once I paid and was done they girls contained chatting while I(pregnant) took chairs off the Tables so my 2 year old and I could sit. The music was loud enough that my daughter kept asking what that noise was. Counters and floors are dirty and Glass on counter tops is gross. Very unprofessional and I won’t be coming back to this location.

There was a chunky, white kid that looked like he didn’t want to be there. He had no gloves, long hair with no hair net, and a crappy attitude. I asked for a large, and he continued to give me small. When I corrected him on the size he just continued to place it in a small. An easy fix would have been to add ice cream, but he just gave a crappy face and shrugged his shoulders. He slid the cup to me, and just stared.

I brought my daughter in there after gymnastics on a Thursday. We sat down to enjoy our ice cream which was already melting. After a few minutes I looked over at the floor and saw two roaches. I immediately told my daughter we had to leave. This place needs help.

Horrible service, the ice cream was already melted when it went on the frozen stone to mix, I asked for fudge but, she had ran out of fudge and wouldn’t feel it back up. Then mixed it way to much so it was watery … never going again … besides that the worker looked like she hated her job. Sad thing is I use to work at cold stone 10 years ago and I never gave bad service like that!!!

I wanted to order an ice cream cake with modifications. Went in the store directly and was told they couldn’t take any orders, that I needed to do it on line. Fine, I went home and placed my order hoping they would get it right. Went to pickup my daughters cake, first they tried to give me a small cake from the freezer. I explained to them that was not what I ordered. I was told that the person that makes the cake quit and they didn’t know if it was made. Honestly I didn’t care. I ordered a cake 4 days in advance and paid for it. Im assuming it was the manager, offered to give me 2 small cakes(2 different flavored) to replace my large birthday cake. Of coarse I refused. How ridiculous is that! She went back to look for my order and miraculously she found it. For some reason I always have the worst experience at this location.

I love Cold Stone. I’ve been going to the location on West Sahara when I lived on that side of town but since I’ve moved, I was happy to see there was this Cold Stone right by my new house. I really wish I took a picture to show you how bad this location’s ice cream is. By the time they handed me my ice cream, it was all melted like ice cream soup. Yuck. And they were consistently bad. I had 4 people in my party and all 4 of their ice creams were soupy and melted. I had to take my ice cream home just to freeze it. I don’t know if the workers were just overworking the ice cream or if their cold stone was not cold enough. I thought the more you work on ice cream over the cold stone the harder the ice cream gets. Nonetheless, I will never be coming here again. $ 25 for 4 people for melted ice cream. We could’ve just got store bought ice cream and let it sit in the sun for 10 minutes.

Horrific. Ice cream is ice cream to me, anything sweet and frozen is hard to screw up. I can’t even begin to express how upset we were after taking our kids out for ice cream Saturday night. The female staff member didn’t even bother to acknowledge us when we walked in(which is whatever) but as we proceeded to order and try to talk to her she held up her nails and examined them the entire time my husband told her his order!!! I CANTEVENDEAL!!! Were we on that old show«boiling points»??? Because I want my $ 100 for being calm and not losing it on this lady. Proceeding her manicure check(Linda — your electric blue nails, not that great) my husband asked for spoons, she sighed heavily, rolled her eyes and checked the empty container for spoons, then handed us 3. OHMYGOD!!! At the end of the day, I’m not a finicky person. I work in customer service and let’s all be real for a moment — people are brutal. However. I don’t care what kind of day you’re having, you should never treat a customer like they are an inconvenience. We will never come to this location again :(

They have one girl working on a Thursday night at 8pm. Four people have already left because of the wait. The employee can only work so fast so I’d highly recommend adding a second person.

Whoever is the manager at this store must be pretty incompetent, or just plain dumb. Why would they schedule a single person on one of the biggest ice cream days of the year? The poor girl working the counter did as good as job as one expected with 10 – 15 people/children waiting in line to redeem their 2 for 1 coupon. Luckily my fiancé and I got in right before the rush. I felt really bad for her, so I left her a decent tip. Plus who only places 3 tables with 6 chairs tops in the store? I give 5+ stars for the employee and –2 for the manager.

Okay I’m absolutely obsessed with Cold Stone! This location could’ve received a 5 star rating from me if it wasn’t for the wait time! Geeze! I really do feel like they need more than just two people working on the weekend nights because seriously no exaggeration I waited in line for exactly 15 minutes just to order because they were that backed up! It’s not the employees fault though I can definitely see them working with a sense of urgency! Nonetheless my ice cream was amazing and tasted delicious as always! The«That’s how I Roll» in a Gotta Have It size is my ultimate go to order! I don’t think I’ve ordered anything else than that besides the cake batter Shake! It’s all yummy! I’ll continue to return over and over! Customer service is usually always good to do that’s always a plus!

There’s nothing like delicious, rich ice cream at 10pm! Or any time of day, for that matter. I got the German chocolate cake in a dipped waffle bowl. It was decadent, sweet and rich. What more could you ask for?

I am 5 months pregnant and was craving chocolate and PB. We pull up at 9 pm on Sunday. The line was to the door, but I was ok with waiting. I waited over 20 minutes before I got near the ice cream case and saw they were out of several flavors. I thought that’s understandable, it’s busy. Until I noticed they were out of chocolate!!! I waited until I could politely ask and she said they were out of chocolate! Bummed so I left!

Best Cold Stone ever. I’ve had bad experiences at others, but the staff at this one is very easy going and fun to talk to! The ice cream is always delicious and the staff takes pride in their work, which really shows! Never going to another location again.

It’s good but not Baskin and Robbins. I asked the hit at the counter who was miserable, «do you have anything all natural or close to it?» Nope! Ok so I went with coffee and added pecan.

Ah, adulthood. Being an adult means being responsible. Paying bills. Going to work. Taking care of yourself. But being adult also means, that you can have ice cream for dinner if you want to, and that’s exactly what my fella and I did last night. I hadn’t been to a Cold Stone in ages… not since I moved away from the midwest. My cousin sent me a gift card for Christmas this year though, and when my fella mentioned that he wanted ice cream yesterday, I got excited! We drove over to this Cold Stone location, fairly close to the house, and easy to find. We were a little overwhelmed by all the options, and ended up getting a «Love it» sized Cookie Minster(mint ice cream, oreos, chocolate chips, and fudge), and a «Love it»…Mud Pie Mojo: Coffee Ice Cream with Oreos, Peanut Butter, Roasted Almonds and Fudge, in a chocolate coated waffle cone. Too. Much. Ice Cream! Seriously, the«love it» size is the medium, and its was huge. I ended up throwing some away, because we weren’t going home right away, which was a shame, but I just couldn’t eat another bite. The cone was awesome. super thick, which is nice, so it doesn’t get all soggy and gross. Service was super friendly. The girl who prepared our treats made jokes, commented about what good choices we made… she seemed to really enjoy her job, and I like that, especially when I go out for ice cream! All in all, it was a fantastic visit. I will definitely be heading back, soon.

I’ve been to plenty of Cold Stones and I’m not sure that this location is doing it right. The ice cream was all melty looking and the mix-ins weren’t really crumbled well… so it ended up being like a full snickers bar sitting in a melted pool of milky cream slush. The attendant was nice, so no complaints there. I just can’t be confident that the kid was trained correctly on how to mix in the mix-ins. Ha! The building looked clean… finding this location on Unilocal and seeing the omcover photo made me worry that we were going to walk into some kind of dump — not the case. But I will agree with the others about thr melted ice cream. I think they may want to consider getting new freezers because the ice cream was lacking on the«ice» part…

The staff was really nice but honestly for the price and quality I’d rather just go to the grocery store and get a quart of ice cream. I remember when this place was one of the only and better ice cream places in town… not anymore!

Maybe Cold Stone’s reading the reviews, because the customer service I received was excellent. Okay, well the customer service from one girl(slender, blonde hair in ponytail) was excellent. The tall, skinny guy with brown hair, though, might as well have been a statue; he didn’t smile or say a word. The girl was really nice. She greeted me the moment I walked in. When I asked to try 3 samples, she gave me big spoonfuls of each. She was friendly throughout the whole encounter. The 2 stars is for the ice cream, what I came here for. I ordered a Like It oreos crème with Twix mix-in. What I got was a glop of melted ice cream. It was literally like getting the coldest parts of a milkshake. See the pictures for proof. I’ve never been a huge fan of Cold Stone, but I decided to give it a shot since I had a gift card. I was reminded why I always prefer Häagen-Dazs instead. It’s too easy to make fun of this when«cold» is in namesake. C’mon. Really? Melted ice cream from an established business? Sad sad sad.

Why only one person working every time… Avoid this place unless you have at least 30 minutes to spare

I came here to redeem a gift card and what a treat. I was surprised to see there was a healthy side of the menu with fruit smoothies, but I was here to pig out on some ice cream– no fruit wanted today! There are many choices of mixtures and toppings to chose from or there is a menu with popular combinations. I still like to watch how they mix it all together on the stone– that never gets old. There are also ice cream cakes or cupcakes available to purchase or order for a special occasion. The place was clean and the employee who served me was pleasant and bid me farewell when I left.
