I love haunted houses but they have to be good. So When I heard you have to sign a waiver I knew I’d love it. I was not disappointed! Fast pass t-​shirt is necessary if you want to try all three. I was grabbed and pinched and shocked and it was perfectly terrified. Came back the next weekend and did all three again. Can’t wait to see what they do next year.

This is something every halloween fan should experience once. I wont give too much away but all 3 mazes are very dark and very tightly narrow. Buy the fast pass for sure. Do not take your date/​girlfriend/​wife through the gates of hell. Wear long sleeves.

Just went through the Gates of Hell and I must say I enjoyed it! We got there around 10pm and waited in line for tickets for an hour then another 2 hours to get into the haunted house. Tickets for the Gates of Hell were $ 15. Total time spent waiting in lines, 3 hours. I expected the long wait, considering it is a very popular attraction. My friends and I just talked and drank some beer so we didn’t really care about the wait. But if you don’t like waiting in line for 2 hours, then get a fast pass ($ 10). Although I would say you still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. A lot of people were cold and getting tired but then again they were wearing tshirts and shorts. So some advice, wear warm clothes, bring a jacket/​coat and comfortable shoes. I wore a pull over hoodie and a jacket so I was very comfortable.
Like other reviewers have said, you do have to sign a waiver which essentially says there is full contact, electricity shocking, and «psychological abuse.» This is a Rated-​R attraction so nobody under the age of 17 is allowed to go in without a parent/​guardian. At first I was like hmmm I don’t know about that psychological abuse .then I told myself «GO BIG, OR GO HOME.» So I signed! Without giving anything away, the maze was fantastic and the scene setups were gory and perfect! They really put a lot of work into production and everything was executed nicely. Not once did I feel like the actors were unprofessional or were trying to physically abuse me or my friends.
If you want to go out later, like to a bar to hang out afterwards, I would just get a fast pass so you’re not spending all night there waiting in line or get there early. If you want to do all 3 haunted houses then expect to be there for a few hours even with a fast pass.

I give it 0 stars. I get you are trying to have a scary experience but physically hurting and call people little bitches is disgusting. Gates of hell literally lives up to its name. If you don’t like being touched by sweaty people, coffin, electrocuted, etc don’t go and don’t waste your money
My nail and the flesh of my finger was damaged when they closed the gates at the end. I will Post pictures. Advice to the people who run this disgusting place, don’t take it so far that it ruins the experience of fun and scary which a haunted house is suppose to be and don’t injur your paying customers to the point they have to go to the er for a broken finger

These haunted houses are incredible. Actors with some serious talent for sure. There was a super creepy guy at the beginning of Castle Vampyre that set the tone for the whole night for me. Most haunted houses are so cheesy but I was actually frightened! Then we went to The Coven of 13 and I must say, I’m surprised I made it through. It was terrifyingly wonderful! Definitely my favorite. I almost couldn’t go through the Gates of Hell I was so on edge from The Coven of 13. We ran through way to fast I was just so scared! I wish I could have gone back this year but I will definitely be back next year. I loved the experience

It was my first time going to any real haunted house attraction and this was really fun! My friends decided on Coven of 13. I didn’t know what to expect, but I had a blast.

!!!TERRIBLE!!!We only purchased tickets for the Covent 13… waited 2 hours in line… we thought there was a problem b/​c it was taking so long (no one was going in or out for 20 mins) so we asked the guy in charge (very very rude) «was there something wrong?» he told us ‘they were taking a bathroom/​smoke break.‘
He was rude and condescending to say the least. He was mad because we asked him a question and while waiting 2 hours, we had posted a comment on Facebook, but we were telling the truth. (which they blocked us immediately).
The manager waited until we got to the front of the line and asked us to leave. He was using profanity on our way back to refund our money back. He was using extremely unnecessary comments and said he didn’t need our business.
Honestly overall it was a terrible experience. There were no scary characters (like most other good haunted houses) walking around to scary us or keep people interested or not bored, cold or mouths full of dust while waiting.
Just lazy employees smoking cigarettes and watching us while we wait in line being bored out of our minds.

Okay!!! So we went to the house of hell… The ‘rated R’ attraction and there were so many elements that were so much fun. We started reading these reviews and were scared when we read other reviews about getting shocked and yelled at. But hey, we’re in Vegas and if this is adult only reviews… first of all you enter with about 3 other people. So 4 – 5 people a tour. Secondly, you get trapped in a coffin… Which sets the tone to this possibly being a fun and not cheesy haunted house. I was suprised no one touched you or scared you while in the coffin. But you really get electrocuted and they really call you filthy names… And it’s really a lot of fun. It’s not terribly scary… But it’s definitely a great experience. My favorite part is where they lined you up, to ‘shoot’ you. We got great pics and great memories !! Thanks freakling bros!

This was one of the best haunted house experiences I have ever had. I did all three: the coven of 13, gates of hell (where you sign a waiver), and castle vampyre. All three were great! Gates of hell was definitely brutal but so much fun! My favorite was coven of 13. You guys rocked!!!

I’m such a wimp when it comes to anything horror related so naturally, I was petrified as we were driving up — almost to tears! But I decided to give it a go… Mostly because of the great company I had. We ended up purchasing the $ 10 shirts to be able to skip the long lines; I believe it paid off with lots of saved time. We started with the Castle Vampire house and within the first 20 seconds… I was screaming like a little girl and was on my butt from stumbling backwards. We found it hysterical as we even noticed that the actor went a little out of character with a giggle. The second house, Gates of Hell, was pretty terrifying as well. They were able to touch you here — even with electricity! It was quite interesting as there was a little bit of groping in inappropriate areas… But don’t let that discourage you. That just added to the experience. I have great things to say about the third house, Coven of 13, as well. I would say that overall, it was a great first haunted house experience! Have fun!

Do not come here if you can’t handle an intense haunted house experience. Too many negative reviews by people who can’t seem to understand that these guys’ job is to scare the living shit out of you – and they do an excellent job. Bravo Freakling Bros. By far the best haunted house experience, don’t complain about being touched when you go to the Gates of Hell. If we ever end up going to hell, I would imagine that’s what it feels like. Incredible experience. A++++

This is one of the best haunted housees ive been to especially for the price. Keep in mind that they are a cash only established so bring cash no Credit Cards.

These guys are wicked! I will recommend this place to mature crowd who is open-​minded and up for a wicked scare.

Review is only for gates of hell haunted house. I went to the housebwith an open mind and was hoping to be scared. Please know I don’t scre easy and only the thought of late payment of my bills scare me. I found myself awkwardly attracted to the dead bride and was hoping she would grab my crouch twice with her shocking nails. It may also be because I had to be in front and feel like everyone in the middle got scared. My friend got grabbed on the boob, but she was warned by me from fellow Unilocal reviews. I say fright dome is still best if u can put up with the kids.

I just went to see a hunted houses with my friends and family. I love scary rides or movies and amusement parks. I been in a couple hunted houses in universal studios at Halloween time and I had a great experience. This one not even wort a star. People yelling at you at the door and really rude and tell you to «shut up» or if you don’t respond a way they wanted too they tell you to «go way» and don’t give your money back. I had to talk to a manager I buy 8 ticket we end up getting there but the experience was not a good experience. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Let’s begin with Castle vampire. The vampire who greets you before you enter takes her role very seriously, she invades your space, amps you up and frightens you prior to entering the haunted house. You then enter into a very narrow dark space the entire time you are running trying to get out while trying not to run into walls. I myself had no success with that.
The coven 13 you are greeted by a man dressed in a black hooded cape, he gathers you close to him. He instructs you on what to do when you enter, you enter and take your seat and you’re separated from your party and left wondering how the hell this happened. The most terrifying part for me was having to crawl out on my hands and knees and being trapped in a corner.
The gates of hell you are greeted by a man dressed as a priest where you are given a waiver to sign giving the haunters access to you physically, mentally, and emotionally. While waiting in line to get in, two patrons were escorted out they had use the safe word purgatory. Witnessing this alone had me stressed. I went in with a group, then we again were separated, put into standing coffins with very little space. I was chased, I was grabbed, I was slightly electrocuted and I fell twice it was terrifying. I also sadly left behind my friend it was my ass or hers I chose mine. The photo taken while in the gates of hell was so funny, first of all you don’t even realize that picture is being taken until you leave and view it on the monitor. The looks on our faces was priceless we look petrified.
This is was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

My 3^rd year in a row. These guys are really good at what they do but Don’t waste your money on The new 13 covenant attraction. Very short and not even close to scary. I still think the Vampire Castle is the best.

I have been going to this 3 haunted house attraction for years (I LOVE haunted houses). 5 years ago, I would say they were fun, run of the mill haunted houses.
Now? Best haunted houses I’ve ever attended.
Gates of Hell is their «Rated R» haunted house. I’ve read a few one star reviews that mention that it «takes it too far» or they were too physical or offensive. This confuses me. Of course are physical and offensive, that’s the point! This haunted house is for haunted house lovers who want to take it to the next level! They do such a good job, there is something in there to hit every persons fears.
The lines were long (duh, it’s popular!) so we just did gates of Hell. Then a member of our group met a manager JT&he walked us over to the new Coven haunted house and let us skip the line and go in complimentary! How kind of him! You could tell he loves what he had created as wanted to share it, he was so lovely.
Back to the haunted house Coven… holy crap. It’s been years since they replaced the clown one they had and they took it up a notch!!! It was amazing. So many aspects you don’t expect. We bolted at the end and missed the ending so JT brought us BACK in and let us see it (horrifying.)
He gave us such a personalized experience and I am so appreciative. But even without that, the haunted house stand alone as the best I’ve ever done.

Had an absolute blast with Freakling Brothers! I screamed all night. Yes, the chick at the door of the Vampire house was a rude bitch, but I let it slide writing it off to her character.
Gates of Hell — just be prepared for pain, hence the need for a waiver. Unforgettable! Happy Halloween my babies!

Awesome place! Had a ton of fun doing all three! Hated the electric zaps but then again no one enjoys being zapped lol! Would definitely do it again!!!

Worst experience ever… customer service was poor, was treated rudely by the cast member, and belittled. Would not recommend this attraction to anyone.

I go to freakling brothers every year and have since they were in the parking lot on rainbow and smoke ranch. I love these haunts. This review is not for the haunts themselves, (they are great) the owners are great. On 10/​11/​2015 I purchased my freak pass along with 5 of my friends. We saved the gates of hell for last. The new guy working the front was unoriginal, had no acting ability, wasn’t scary or even funny. He relied on just blatantly making fun of people and sexual assault. Calling people fat, making fun of their teeth etc. then because he was not clever enough to come up with anything, he grabbed mine and my friends boobs?! Guy needs to learn how to act. It was not enjoyable at all and he ruined my experience. Bring the guy back from the last 2 years, he was perfect. I myself am a haunter and completely unimpressed by his performance

The response for the JT was nice but those burns were from the wires at the gates of hell and not a rug burn as he claims.
I would never go here again and would caution anyone to go there and waste their money. JT response is another example of how rude these people are and how much they disrespect patrons who attend their attractions.
Avoid at all cost!
