I would like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation for the great customer service Jeff provides me each and every time I visit. He takes his time to explain what my car needs to have done after the complimentary multi point inspection. Being honest and caring about the customer keeps me coming back for service when needed on my Civic. I sure can count on Jeff and the service team with my car. I feel confident that I can bring my car to Findlay Honda for exemplary service and they will help keep my vehicle on the road for a long time. My service advisor Jon Parrish is also my go to advisor for more extensive work when needed. Jon is upfront and very personable. My Honda has been great to me and in no small part to my service team. January 2, 2016, I traded in my Toyota 2006 for a CR-​V EX-​L! I am loving my new car! Gary Mamiya, Neil Goalstone, and Surya Sierra were very, very nice to me. I leased a Honda Accord back in 2012 and I just love the services at this dealership. I went back to this dealership because of excellent customer service.

Surya and Gary were amazing! There were some hiccups throughout the process of getting my new car but they made everything better and kept me updated. Surya spent half her day explaining my new car to me and even helped me move my carseats over. She’s great!

HIghly recommend Findlay Honda in North Las Vegas. Our salesperson Jeffrey was easy going, courteous, professional and very informative. He was very patient in letting us test drive 4 different car models! We thought we wanted the CRV but didn’t like the feel of the ride compared to the accord. We ended up getting a phenomenal deal on the car. We’ve already recommended Jeffrey/​Findlay Honda to our friends!

This has to do with the service department. Just to note I have been going there for about 5 – 6 years and have not had an issue until just recently. Now I will never go back. They claim that the battery that was given to me was never purchased and therefore does not carry the warranty. This was suppose to be covered until the original mfg warranty and said that it should have never been replaced in the first place and once I purchase a new one it will carry the warranty. I tried to explain to them that I was never told that and I also asked when they did replace the battery will it carry the warranty and was told yes. Then in not so many words I was called a liar by saying they don’t know if I was told that. So I took myself over to Costco and bought a battery that I know is under warranty. This place has lost a loyal customer and I plan on spreading the word.

This place rocks. We had the best customer service experience here at Findlay! Mike took care of us from start to finish! If you are in the market for a new car this is the place to be! Thanks mike!

I was very happy with the service Gary Mamiya provided on our purchase of a 2016 Honda Odyssey. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions. Keep up the good work Gary.

I came to the service center to get an oil change, and waited patiently for my service to be done. I noticed that someone who came in nearly an hour after me was receiving a status on his car. I turned around to look for my car, but it hadn’t even been taken into the garage yet. I asked the other customer if he had an appointment. He didn’t. Someone just screwed up. I pointed out to Jeff that my car hadn’t even been taken into the garage yet. He said he would take it back right away.
Steve Thurston came in, and I pointed out that they were servicing cars out of order. He at first tried to argue about it. I said that they were working on cars which had come in after mine. He got rude and defensive and asked me what he was supposed to do about it. I told him that he should get someone on it right away to make up for the delay. He continued to be nasty. The guy whose car they worked on before mine pointed out how I wasn’t being nasty but that the employee was.
I’m pretty sure I know what happened. I was getting a free oil change. When I walked back to the service center from the main building, I overheard a phone call where he was explaining to someone over the phone that I was getting a free synthetic oil change because I always paid for synthetic oil changes there. Then when the order was placed in their rack, they didn’t put it in the right place or there was a delay before it was placed in the rack.
He should have just said, «I’m so sorry, I’ll make sure they get on it immediately.» Then everything would have been fine. I would have just been slightly annoyed rather than angry.
Jeff checked me out and made things right. He apologized for the mix up, too. So I raised it from one star to three. Never did get an apology from the other guy.

Horrible sales experience with Findlay honda /​Neil Goalstone. He gave me a quote for Pilot EX-​L with sensing after several discussions i had with him. Neil also emailed me the quote which we aligned on and applied for my bank loan. I also gave him my card details to secure the deposit and car pickup in a week. While i was waiting for the car suddenly one day he bumped the price of the car by $ 3000 giving me some lame excuse like system error blah.blah.
Bait & Switch retailer stay away guys.

I’ve been servicing here for years and always have a good experience. I also bought my last car here and it was excellent. Great price, quick process, friendly staff.

After one week I recieved my 2013 Ford Fiesta back today from Ford. Both inner input shaft seals and the clutch were replaced. The PCM/​TCM were also reprogrammed. The car was still under warranty from Ford so I had no out of pocket expense. The car runs fine now.
I spoke with the GM of Findlay Honda who sold me the car and he was very understanding to the frustration I was experiencing throughout this process. He offered to help me if needed and was very respectful. I commend Findlay Honda on their customer service in this less than perfect situation.

Gary Mamiya is awesome. He helped my father out with getting a Honda Fit. Gary even picked my car-​less Dad up! Talk about excellent customer service. Gary was straight forward and gave us a great deal on the car. No upselling nitrogen tires/​lojack/​vin etching like other dealerships.
Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a Honda in Vegas, skip Honda West (got fleeced on his Accord years ago) and go talk to Gary.

When we came to Las Vegas almost a year ago, our van’s maintenance minder came on. Looked on a map and Findlay Honda was the closest dealership. We’ve consistently taken our van to Honda dealerships because of the good experiences we’ve had. Findlay Honda is no exception!
I’ve come here to get my oil changed, tires rotated, brakes, pads, and rotors changed, CV joint repair, etc. I’ve used the express service which usually only takes an hour or so and includes a free car wash. I’ve also made service appointments with ease over the phone. Every visit is pleasant. I haven’t needed it, but they have a courtesy shuttle for those getting vehicles serviced. There are two lobbies to choose from and they have wifi hotspots. They offer coffee and soda and also have vending machines. The children’s area has a nice Disney Cars theme mural and has toys, books, a table and chairs. My kids enjoy the separate area just for them.
All in all, I’m very pleased with the service department and never worry because my van is in good hands. Sure, I could get the work done at a chain car care center, but Findlay Honda is worth it. You cannot put a price on peace of mind!

This place is great. Cool ice chilled air conditioning & they offer free soda. While you wait on your car to be service. They still have a talent of getting your car ready for you and they dont take all day. Fast service yey!

Best of the Honda dealerships in town. Matched the price of Honda West (who I gave a one-​star review to), and provided FAR superior customer service.
It was actually a pleasure here. I would ask for Don Baker, who was efficient and assuring. Took the stress out of buying a vehicle, which is saying a lot.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
If you are a female and come to this dealership, make sure to bring a man with you. The GM at this dealership think women are stupid and will try to rip you off. Unfortunately, he couldn’t rip me off. He must be disappointed that I was smart enough to just get up and leave. He tried to mislead me with the selling price vs. Total Out The Door price. He would gave me $ 2250 for my 2008 Honda Civic LX. You read it right $ 2250. What a rip off! Glad I was not in rush buying a car. My civic runs fine. There are no mechanical problems with it. I would not recommend this dealership, and I definitely won’t come back!!!

Great service from Bob Gove. Went in yesterday and spent several hours with him, debating between buying our lease car or leasing a new Civic or Accord. Ultimately decided to buy, after running through various financing options with the ever-​patient Bob.
Lot was organized, staff was courteous, and all options were explained thoroughly in a straightforward manner. Evon in financing is a bit strong when pushing the extended warranty, but we ultimately decided against it. Hard-​sell got old, not thrilled with this portion of our evening but understand it’s part of their job.
Additional star for great service, as Bob helped with insurance set up, registration/​plates, and other car-​related issues that aren’t strictly under his responsibilities– going the extra mile was greatly appreciated.
