Tom came over and gave me a great estimate and showed us samples. we picked one out and then went to a few other places for estimates. Tom came in right «around» the lowest quote and he then matched the lowest quote, Thanks Tom! His crew showed up on time and were very very friendly and professional. They were very careful with the furniture and did an excellent job. I will refer all my family and friends to Expert Flooring… they are terrific!

We recently had carpet & tile installed. The entire staff is knowledgeable & helpful. We did our research and wanted the job done right. This is the company that did what we expected.

We found Shawn on Angie’s List and wow! They are the most knowledgeable and skillful flooring people we have worked with and we have built at least five homes between the two of us, my husband and me. They introduced us to newer high quality Smart Strand carpet and a Mohawk laminate that is gorgeous and extremely dog friendly and we have 3 of those (: and they helped us save a ton of money compared to what the developer was charging and the quality of work far exceeded anything we saw the developer install. When we moved into our new home in Cadence we tore it all out and Expert Flooring put in fabulous flooring. His whole team is amazing full stop.

We had a great experience with Expert Flooring on everything from initial consult to installation. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. The sales lady is very helpful and knows her stuff! They did their very best to get carpet in as soon as possible and did a great job! My only annoyance was that lots of carpet fibers were left behind on our driveway/​street, but because they were SO great overall this was minor and not worth complaining about.
Great company to work with, they even gave us a better price than Home Depot, which was awesome! Much rather work with a local business and one that had such great service!

The owner Tom has been in town many years. He is very professional and a very nice guy. Tom beat a previous estimate by RC Wiley by a $ 1000.00. And I ended up with a better grade carpet. His crew is very professional, and arrived at the exact time Tom said. I would highly recommend EXPERT FLOORING SOLUTIONS. I am very picky when it comes to dealing with contractors and Tom was great to work with. You will not regret it.

Shawn and Keisha were amazing to work with. HE got me the best price around for the Mo hawk Silkstrand carpet and took the time to explain the ins and outs of Carpet pad and even the fact that you have to have the proper vacuum or you void the warranty on your carpet. HE quickly was able to schedule it to be installed and they did a fabulous job! HE even helped me in an emergency situation at our rental home to replace the carpet there. You will not go wrong using this company. Wil certainly use again if we need carpet or flooring.

We had to replace our carpets due to a renting disaster. Tom was excellent! Very professional and the install was quick and awesome! He had great tips on how to get rid of the pet odors from the previous renters. We visited the store and took a sample home. After we chose the color and brand, he ordered the carpet and it was delivered and installed 2 weeks later. It looks fantastic! We actually feel at home again after renting it for over 3 years.

AMAZING! It was an absolute pleasure conducting business with the owner!!! My husband and I were on a major budget when we decided to redo my parents house. After spending countless days shopping around; I found quality, service, and pricing of other flooring businesses were not meeting our criteria, and this place was our last resort. Don’t waste time going elsewhere — if you want great prices and excellent service, just come here. This was the first place I looked at carpet, and then I spent the next 2 weeks running all over town looking for better values. Didn’t find anything better after wasting lots of time and gas. When you shop around, be careful when comparing prices. Expert Flooring includes EVERYTHING in their price per square foot (or yard) — moving furniture, new padding, removing old carpet, installation, even sales tax. Other places may look cheaper, but when you add in all the extras they cost more. And you won’t find nicer, more knowledgeable people anywhere. Keisha is wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy. It was a pleasure to work with her. Don’t think I’ve ever said that about another salesperson! After listening to what I wanted, Keisha ended up recommending a different product that I liked even better than what I originally planned to purchase, and at a better price. Tom really knows his stuff, has been in the business for decades. They use their own installation crew, where other places might contract that out, causing you troubles. Their installation crew is very experienced and efficient. They put all my furniture back exactly where it was and cleaned up carefully. I love my new carpet! I’ll be coming back to Expert Floors to redo some tile soon!

Expert Flooring is THE BEST!!! They did tile for my home that included tile on both the upstairs and downstairs. I spoke to Tom about a quote and about laying tile upstairs. Tom assured me of the experience level and knew exactly how to do it and make sure every detail was taken care of. Tom and Shawn over saw everything.
Expert Flooring did an amazing job with the tile. It looks really beautiful. I couldn’t have found anyone better to do the job that they did. They were professional and made sure everything was done exactly right. I wanted someone who was an expert at laying tile and this company did such an awesome job. I would highly recommend them for any type of flooring needs.

Highly recommended! We put down new floors in our entire house. Laminate/​tile down stairs and in bathrooms, carpet on stairs, hallway, and master. Laminate in kids rooms. Everyone on the team was extremely friendly. More important, the quality of material and precision on the install was PERFECT!

I would definitely recommend Expert Flooring Solutions to anyone. Tom and his crew made reflooring our condo quick and painless. I found the showroom while searching on Unilocal and the minute I walked in I was greeted with professionalism and a very helpful attitude. We were able to get great advice on a reasonably priced flooring and Tom was out that same day to measure. The whole process, from beginning to end, went smooth and I am very happy with the finished product.

Working conventions and doing carpet and pad is expensive. Extremely! Went to these guys and they saved my ass! Super awesome people who helped me in my time of need.

We had a water heater go out and flood the family room. The first contractor didn’t even bother with checking what specific carpet we had.
So, I went back to the guys that did me right the first time I installed.
Shawn got us the right carpet for even better than he quoted (which best the contracting prices). I trusted Shawn’s guys to install right and get the right stuff in (Mohawk Smartstrand).
Can’t go wrong with these guys. Honest and they really do give a great price. Would use again if needed.

After shopping around and meeting with different companies I’m glad we ended up with Expert Flooring Solutions. We met with Shawn; he was extremely sweet and knowledgable on the products, unlike the previous business we met with earlier. He was very patient with us, and showed us many samples that would fit our needs. We ended up getting the SmartStrand with great padding. (I’m drawing a blank on which one it was — it was pink, that’s all I know, sorry!)
Anyway, we set up a time for the installation and, because we live at the complete edge of Henderson, I was expecting them to run a little behind, as are most people. pizza delivery, pest control, etc. But nope. Not them. Very punctual, right on time. Even showed up a bit early.
The guys that installed the carpet were very professional as well. Hard workers and very friendly.
A couple days later Shawn and Tom came to check on the work, which was nice. All in all, it was a great experience for us first time homebuyers. I would definitely recommend them and I know we will gladly use them again, should we want to update our kitchen and bathrooms later down the road :)

Expert flooring installed laminate in our nursery. The consultation was extremely helpful. We asked to get a quote on new carpeting in the entire house in addition to the laminate and they didn’t try and push us to buy. In fact, the salesman told us that we still had a few years left on our carpet, and if it was him, he’d wait. We agreed with him and that saved us a 12k expense that we honestly didn’t need right now!
Ultimately we ended up doing just one room. They have us a reasonable price for Mohawk flooring. The install went great and they gave us a free cleaning kit that we didn’t expect. They even called a few days later to make sure we were satisfied.
Overall, very satisfied with them. Once the carpet is ready for replacing, we’ll be sure to call Expert.

Absolutely the best! If you’re in the market for tile, this is the company to go with! Tom and his crews at Expert Flooring really know what they’re doing. We got estimates for main-​level tile floor from several flooring companies in the area, and Expert Flooring impressed us with quickly getting to our house to measure, discuss our options, and give us frank/​earnest advice. Tom also discussed a lot of options with us, eventually finding a solution that met our budget and design intent (he talked us out of several higher-​priced options, they didn’t make sense for our application).
Once the job got started, we found many things that stood out positively: the crew was very friendly, worked diligently, and are fully licensed and skilled professionals; they prepared the floor underneath with an anti-​fracture layer; checked tiles for chips/​cracks so that they didn’t end up in our new floor (they utilized them for cut tiles); planned and laid out the tile so that hallways had nicely centered tiles and that wraps around walls met perfectly on the other side; cleaned up each step of the way, which minimized dirt/​dust throughout and made final cleanup much easier; and we ended up with a very even tile surface, with no toe-​stubby areas!
Tom’s got 5-​star reviews plastered all over this and many other sites for a reason: he’s an honest guy with honest workers and honest prices. And honestly, this is the best company you’ll find in Vegas for beautiful tile floors!
