Envious Productions began with the concept that their clients were going to get upscale service, on their budget without having to go to ten different places. We worked tirelessly to create an all inclusive company that believes their clients become long lasting friends for years to come. We work with every venue, hotel, restaurant in town to get our clients the best deals possible for our concierge services. Our décor is ever evolving to give you the newest and innovative products and designs out. We promise to have your guest raving about your event from years to come.

Business Owner

With a background in accounting and business development, Maggie Zapata set off on a venture to create something different to offer her clients. In 2009 she developed a concierge service that’s creative concept was to treat every client like celebrities. During that time she signed to co-​own a nightclub with two partners; hence the birth of Xclusive Ultra Lounge & Café’. Xclusive quickly became the place for celebrities who wanted that VIP service that was different and unique offering complete privacy to every VIP. After two years she was asked to become CFO to a large décor firm and her love of event production was born. Her passion for creating unique events coupled with the concierge service was perfect. Envious Productions became a full event planning, production concierge company building props, florals, linens, event furniture, av and more, all under one roof!
