Absolutely the worst run chain of mini casinos they have sent me free play offers several times and when I go there they say they have been cashed in already when I got with management they said they would look into it and get back with me but never did. After repeated calls still no responce. I am a very easy going person and understand mistakes but this is nuts. I was told by two employees that they can cash in players free play and if they dont think that persons showing up they pocket needs to get on top of this before they loose more players. Im never going back!

Worst Dotty’s out of ALL location because of a manager named Tami who is a lesbian that racially and sexually discriminates against Black men like myself. Discovered that today when she refused to give me one of Dotty’s free daily product that’s ironically a stress reliever. Funny when I asked her name she knew that I was going to report her and refuse to tell me the Dotty’s location number that is #52. This is what customers are getting tired of and looking else where to do gaming. When people like this ruin gaming experience for a player. I will contact an attorney and Nevada Gaming Control Board to see if this violate Gaming License Agreements with in Nevada State codes. This gaming relationship with Dotty’s is now at an end. If they permit their employees to abuse their position by abusing their patrons then this is not a company you would want to do business with. If you don’t stand for something then you fall for anything.

If you are in the mood to go somewhere that is full of smoke, dingy, stinky, and full of rift raft then this is the place to go! I have heard so much good from other locals that Dottys is a cool place to go, cheap drinks, and smokes and a cool lounge with slots. I must have been to the wrong one because the lounge was terrible and they really need to update there fan system in here. I’m a smoker and couldn’t even stand the smell and overwhelming stench of smoke. Yeah that bad. Yes the prices of drinks and smokes were cheap and there are gaming machines in there but they are crap games and the service is terrible. I will never step foot in a Dottys again and my visit to this one that lasted no more than 15 min was enough for me to never go back.
