Business Owner
Frank DiMino began his career playing local Boston clubs and colleges around New England. After studying Composition and Arranging at Berklee School of Music, he started playing the New York area as well as Washington D. C area where he worked in bands with Barry Brandt and Mickie Jones before Angel was formed. Frank worked up and down the east coast playing clubs for the next few years. While playing together in many different bands, eventually Angel was formed. Playing in a club called Bogies, word spread quickly. Angel was able to secure management. Frank and the band next moved to Los Angeles, CA to secure a record deal. There, they signed with Casablanca Records, where they recorded 5 studio albums, a double live album, and contributed to the soundtrack, as well as appearing, in the Jodie Foster movie, Foxes, and toured all over the world. While working on Foxes, Frank struck a working relationship with Georgio Moroder.
