I’ve brought my daughter for about 6 months and she loves it! Everyone is super friendly and they all really care about the kids. She did a spring break and a summer camp session too and both were amazing! Love this place

Took our daughter here for developmental girls class. Never had an issue with staff being rude but I CANNOT stand how busy the place is. Getting into and out of the classes is thru the same door, 1 hallway with all the cubbies. The waiting room is always packed. However, I did feel that my daughter enjoyed being there and so I was willing to deal with how busy it is.
Our last class, there were 2 instructors and approx 12 –14 girls in the class. I could not help but notice that one of the instructors was re-​braiding (an entire french braid) a little girls hair while she was supposed to be helping these little girls do a back roll. This process lasted several minutes, rather than pull her hair up in a pony or re-​directing her to go see her mom to re-​do her braid. these girls were rolling back on their necks without supervision. Had they been a little older, I would not have an issue. To be fair, this was the only time I had an actual issue with this place but this with the fact that they are too busy will force me to drive further to take her to gymnastics.

We took my daughter out of dance this year because we would literally have to push her in the door & negotiate with her to make her stay for the entire 45 minute class. She asked to do gymnastics instead & now she claps & Unilocal (pun intended) with excitement when we pull up to Desert Gymcats. No class is identical to the week before & she’s learning impressive skills every week. They also happened to host a kick-​ass 5^th birthday party for her. All of the parents were super impressed!

My son who is 6 loves going here. He really loves coach Jeff, who is very patient and has so much fun with the kids. My son’s favorite part is the trampoline. His flexibility and strength have already improved in the short time he’s been going. All of the staff are friendly and I would definitely recommend this gym.

We absolutely love Miss Trish!!! My daughter looks forward to gymnastics every week and she is learning so much!!!

My daughter has been coming here for a few months now and she loves it. HOWEVER this gym does not have central air conditioning only swamp coolers! Now that we are in the triple digits I can see the teachers and students sweating and I think it is ridiculous!!! With all the money they get from us (believe me there are lots of students this place is slightly overcrowded at times) it is time to upgrade and get central air!!!

We took our son here for several years because he enjoyed doing gymnastics. The staff is rude including the «owners» who couldn’t care less about the treatment of the kids but rather just looking for a check. Coach Jeff is overworked and short tempered with the kids and left marks on our child which is absolutely unacceptable and they are very lucky I don’t seek legal action for. Be wary of this gym as they are under-​sized, over-​worked and clearly out of touch with reality.

This place is decent. Not amazing. Overcrowded and chaotic. My daughter attends an evening class and it is a nightmare just to get in the parking lot. If you take one step in the facility, you won’t get far because it is so crowded. They need to expand if they are this big. The class sizes are large and there isn’t a spot to sit down and watch. The meets they held were stupid. We had to pay extra to participate in the meets and then when they performed, it was 5 different classes all going at once on different events. You couldn’t even watch your child because it was once again so crowded and chaotic.

My kids love this place! They are always excited to come here. The instructors are amazing and really know what they are doing. Tuition is reasonable as well.
The only reason why I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 is because the waiting room is crowded. Very crowded. Often parents are standing. Hallways are crowded.
I definitely recommend sending your little ones here

I take my 2yr old son here for gymnastics class. He’s in the «kittens» class which I think is adorable. Ms. Pat is our teacher and she is great. She teaches the kids to walk on the beam and do «front rolls» along with many other things. We’ve been 3 times so far. My son was afraid the first week to jump on the tramp and now he is jumping off the tramp into the foam pit. He loves going! I definitely recommend this gym!

This is where I encountered the rudest woman I have ever experienced — I think she must be the owner because if she had a boss, she would have been fired a long time ago. She is never in a good mood, never friendly and if there was a gym closer, we’d go. I’ll be glad when the kids don’t want to do gym any more — this place is the worst. Fortunately, and I don’t know how, she has great instructors. Just a miserable experience whenever she is there.

My son has been taking gymnastics here since he was 9 months old in the free baby gym class. Then he started mini kittens at 16 months, and is currently 2 years old and in the kittens class twice a week. It is very structured and organized…
The first 15 minutes is obstacle courses utilizing the balance beams, barre, vault and rings. The second 15 minutes is running, skipping and hopping in circles to fun music and learning how to freeze, followed by stretching our legs. Then they all play with toys, balls, tunnels, hoops etc. The last 15 minutes is my sons favorite part of class! That’s when they get to jump on the huge trampoline or run on the long narrow trampoline, or jump into the giant foam pit and try to climb out.
It is a «mommy-​and-​me» style class until they are three years old and out of diapers, so I can’t give a review on that age range yet. But from my observations, it looks like the coaches are well trained and take their jobs seriously where safety is important and progress is being made, but still keeping it fun for the kids.

My daughter takes both gymnastics and dance (ballet/​tap combo) at Desert Gymcats and she loves it. Granted, she is only 3 ½ and it is still fun, fun, fun at this age while they learn the basics. But, I have watched the older kids and definitely see why regional and national champions have emerged from training here. The instructors are amazing and the facility is state of the art.

My daughters love this place. The instructors are very patient. Parking lot is crowded on Saturday so plan accordingly.
