Terrible experience. The car started dying RIGHT after we drove away. Engine light came on later that day… it was a mess! They said they’d fix it and they kept it for over 2 months! It ended up being vandalized at the shop (keyed in terrible and rasict symbols) and was sooooo dusty and dirty it was clear it had just been sitting… even though the office staff seemed cool, I cannot recommend this company

Best customer service, hands down. The lot has a great variety of older and newer used cars, as well as new inventory that seems to be coming in quite often!
I would highly recommend Charlie Cheap Car to anyone looking for not only a new addition, but a great deal!

First time buyer. Great experience. Easy, no hassle, no hustle. Told Joseph what I can afford down and monthly and he went to work. I had to leave and only returned with some required documents, sign the papers and get my ride. No pressure. Been shopping for weeks at all the dealers, new and used. Back to dealers 2 and 3 times trying to work something out with no luck. They always promise you financing but then when you get in the door, everything changes. Not here at CHARLIE CHEAP CAR. I heard about this place, visited the lot and by the time I got off work, just hours after first visiting, it was done and I was ready to drive away.

Great guys, we were in and out no time wasted. Happy with car, Juan and Yogi were super helpful. Plan on returning to purchase next car.

I’m currently looking into purchasing a used car because me and my partner has been sharing our current one and it’s been a pain in the butt to wait on him when I need to drive myself somewhere. So, I decided that it may be best to purchase a car for our benefit. Why not, right? I was recommended to go to this place dealership by a friend of mine since I’m not used to purchasing a used car at all!
My friend recently purchased their car here with no problems so I thought that there was no harm in trying. Upon entering the venue, I was greeted by a receptionist that was very friendly and warm. Then, I was assigned to a dealer to show me around the lot to see which vehicles fits my needs. Of course, I still have my guard up since I wasn’t sure whether I’ll be buying a car here or not.
The inventory that they have are superb. For used cars, they’ve really revamped each ones making them look like they have not been used. I was also told which ones to buy and which ones I should stay away from. With that kind of honesty, I’m almost sold.
I’m still in the market in purchasing a used car but I think this is definitely the place I will go to since they really seem to work with you. I didn’t want to rush into anything just yet because I really want to be comfortable with my purchase (I’ve learned from experience that patience is always the virtue in car buying). They were very friendly when I walked away saying that I would be back again.
I’m not sure if any of you have noticed, but I’m a big fan of customer service. I’ll definitely be back here again.

I just purchased a Dodge Nitro from this dealership and Connor was the salesman and Yogi was the finance director. They both provided excellent and friendly service. Highly recommend! If you are looking for a vehicle in the Las Vegas area this is the place to go.

I had a really great experience with these people! I came in extremely worried but Connor and Yogi made me feel at ease with the whole process! I would definitely recommend this business and these two employees to anyone I would want to experience great business! They really work with you and want you to get the most bang for your buck!

Bought my 2004 Volvo here in late November. Pristine car, excellent service with so much patience!!, and a great location. My Saleswoman was Nina, I’d recommend her every time– happy, even on the coldest days, and very knowledgable. When it came to the buying process everything took less than an hour. Had to go back mid December because I’m forgetful and Nina remembered all our details and helped me in minutes. There were a bunch of new cars on the lot too! All the cars say «As is» so when there are a few hiccups it is not due to Charlie Cheap Car, it’s just because it’s a car. Took mine to a shop right after buying for a check up– it’s a solid car and CCC did indeed put the necessary parts in to keep it going. Love it! With that being known, I highly recommend. I was really nervous about getting a new car because of how bad my credit is. After reading various reviews, I felt confident that Charlie was my best chance to be approved and walk away with something I would be happy with. They did not disappoint!
The salesman was very accommodating, no pressure which was key for me. He patiently showed me various models and we took a couple out for a spin. As a mechanically unsavvy woman, it is nerve racking trying to find a decent car which will be reliable. I kept feeling that I wanted to have a mechanic review any car before finalizing any deal. The salesman, again with no pressure or hurry in his tone, said I am welcome to return with a mechanic or we could drive to a mechanic together. This gave me the confidence I needed to request the car I really wanted, a Nissan Xterra fully loaded with everything on my wish list.
They were able to finance me! Of course it was ridiculously high percentage rate but that’s my bad for not taking care of my credit. I’m just glad they approved me since I’ve been denied for any other form of credit. This is definitely good motivation to fix what I can of my credit. After speaking to some of my more mechanically inclined friends, I found that the trade-​in value they provided was very kind. It’s the first car I’ve traded in and it was so much easier than having the responsibility of selling it myself.
The owner even got involved and personally promised to have a piece of wood cut to provide a cover that was missing. They really did everything they could to make sure I was as happy about this exchange as possible. They even provided an insurance agent who worked on Sundays and got me the lowest quote I could possibly get. These guys really provide you with everything you can need. I never thought car buying could be this easy!
Thank you for everything, to everyone at Charlie Cheap Car. The cars may be cheap but the service is top notch and so are the cars! My mechanic couldn’t find anything wrong with my 07 Nissan Xterra! :-)
UPDATE*** The very next day after finalizing the deal, I went to the east side location to get my car measured for the piece of wood they would be supplying. I thought it would be a quick thing so I went right before my yoga class with 15min to spare. 45 min later I asked how long they expected the measurements to take. The nice lady went to find out and returned to tell me they had already finished. Who knows how long they would have kept me waiting there. I definitely missed my yoga class but figured it was worth it to get my cover.
After 3 days had gone by and I had heard nothing about my cover, I called to get a time estimate. They told me it wouldn’t be ready until next tuesday! That is completely unacceptable as I had informed them that I would be camping in my car this very weekend. I won’t even e in the state on Tuesday. All this just for a simple piece of cut wood. I can go to home depot and get this done quicker than I waited for just the measurements. I should have waited to finalize the deal until I had my cover completed. Something tells me it would have been completed that day. Now I have to spend more time and money building one myself. Very disappointed! Definitely lost 1 star due to this.

I realize I bought a used car but the owner and the dealership go on and on about how thoroughly they check their cars and I’d have to disagree. Haven’t even owned it 3 months and just had to replace the alternator belt, the alternator and a powering steering belt. The gas gauge broke, there is a leak from the roof of the car I noticed when I got it washed. I’m just so disappointed and actually screwed since this is my only car and I’m making payments. I realize you buy a used car as is but pretty sad it didn’t even make it 90 days.

Went here to get a car after two years of
not owning one. I contacted them a couple of weeks before I got in town and got preapproved. So when I was ready to go last Tuesday I was able to get everything done the same day. The staff was friendly. I dealt with Karina, Justin, and Yogi. They were able to secure a good price and interest rate for me. I recommend their shop if you are looking for a used car in the greater Las Vegas area.

So so so happy I founds Charlie’s!!! Woody was absolutely wonderful, did not pressure me at all! When I finally decided to purchase, yogi made everything so smooth. I highly suggest going to this place if your looking for a car!

I had what I thought was a pretty unpleasant rejection for financing from this business. But they were nice enough to follow up and try to find me a better option. So I have changed my review to be less abrasive. I was mistaken about the price of the car I thought I was applying for, so it was partly my fault. Sorry, Cheap Car, for over-​reacting. Have a couple extra stars.

I went down to Charlie cheap car to get a vehicle. I was amazed by the amount of available inventory they had there. They have amazing customer service. The vehicle that I wanted was very affordable and they have many ways to accommodate your finances. I had a TPMS light on the vehicle when I went to drive away and they took care of it with no problems. They didn’t even hesitate to fix it. The finance team was amazing and explained everything in detail.
They followed up with me a week later and let me know that my DMV paperwork was ready to pick up fastest I ever got that paper work.
I was in and out with in an hour and a half and driving home in my new vehicle.
Amazing experience.

My wife was looking for a car. We stopped in just to see what was available. Theron was the first to approach us and asked if he could help us. Not pushy, genuinely helpful. We looked at a few cars and quickly decided on a Dodge Caliber.
We went into the office to do the paperwork and met Chris Chase, the service manager and finance dude.
He was very pleasant to work with, very warm and personable. another person in the office was Woody. Also very nice to talk with. We also got some helpful information from a young man at the front desk, didn’t get his name.
Anyway, we DID buy the Caliber and are VERY happy, not only with the deal but the way at which everyone handled themselves.
I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and I will be going back as soon as I can to get myself a new vehicle.

I was waiting for a while, and the lower end sales associates can be a hit and miss, but all in all, I really enjoyed my experience at Charlie Cheap Car.
My car is 7 years old, had under 70,000 miles when I bought it, is REALLY good on gas, and after discounts, they priced it under 10,000 for me!!!
They even called me to ask how our new car was! I love it!
Easily a place I would, and have recommended to friends, family, and you!
