” Be Green Carpet Cleaning «The Owner is one if the rudest, unprofessional And Liar I have dealt with in a long time. I needed to reschedule a Cleaning, he got angry and his tone was so rude and nasty! He told me he would not «Charge me a cancellation fee per his rights on my groupon purchase. That was an out right lie. No rule or policy stating a charge… I was EXECTED to take Care of his Tech better then I would have normally, to avoid charge. I said ok just to get the service scheduled.
I tip based on service quality and professionalism. Not on a Threat or blackmale!
His info to me about the type of cleaning was incorrect. I would never reccommend this company based on both quality of product used to clean and more so based on how customers are treated and those who work for them.
On a side note the Private contractor, not a direct empoyee was absolutely awesome and I thank you !
I did try to tip him as he was professional. Truthful about the work he was about to do and did a great job considering the type of product and cleaning process. He kindly refused. Kudos Zach. I hope you open your own bussiness!!!

I had this company come out about 2 weeks ago, they came and attempted to clean my carpet. I looked like all they did was vacuumed the carpets. Then the guy who they sent over was like oh if you want deep clean its $ 299. This company does noting but bait and switch. They will book appointment to get into your home, then try and muscle you into the deep cleaning rate that is never mentioned at the inception of the job set up. I called and asked to speak to the manager or owner some guy named Nate, all he did was said you need to spend more money. Buyer beware of these guys, I also noticed they advertise under different names on Craigslist.

Shadys back, back again.
These guys live by the «you get what you paid for» mentality with their affordable pricing. They came in, sprayed some random solution/​soap throughout the house, target areas etc. then just came in and sucked whatever it was up. The carpets looked better once they were finished but after lifting the towels we’d put down to help the drying in heaver soaked areas, we found nothing but dirt and soap soaked into the towels.
Long story short, I ended up having to use my own carpet cleaner to rinse the carpets and pick up the access dirt and soap they left behind with their carpet cleaner — the water in my cleaner after was black and full of soap/​suds. My carpet was literally CRUNCHY in some dried spots after their services.
i called them right when I noticed the issue, no answer, no call back from my message even 3 days later. I was so distraught that I considered putting a stop payment on the check so I check my account within the hour — (I offered debit or credit, they had me make a check out to a random name vs the business name — dumb of me to not question) — they went went straight to the bank and CASHED it.
Shady business if ya ask me.

My microfabric sofa set needed a good cleaning. We have 4 pets and the set is 12 years old. My husband even offer to buy a new one but I was confident that it could be cleaned and look and smell good again. I called Carpet Green Clean because they did a great job with my carpet in the past! Gary (the new owner) was very nice and professional and the job was done right and in a timely manners! Very happy with the results! Keep up the great work.

I bought the groupon for 4 room clean. I knew I would have to pay a little extra because of the size of the rooms. They told the cost before they started so no problem. They told me I needed to pay cash so I had cash. After they were done the carpets looked good which is the only reason for the 2 stars instead of one. I needed change from the cleaning and they did not have any change. Then the man got mad because he told me I had to pay cash. If you require a cash payment, THEN HAVE CHANGE!!! They ended up running my credit card but they were incredibly rude about it. My carpets look good but horrible customer service and rude attitudes.

I was very disappointed with the service. When the guy came to my house he gave me an estimate far above the coupon price. Then he proceeded to tell me that since I had white carpets I needed to have them steamed cleaned, therefore, I had to reschedule for another time because he only did dry cleaning. One would think that they would ask this question when I called. So I wasted an entire day waiting to have nothing done. When I called to voice my complaint they just said sorry and we can schedule you for the steam cleaning. Not very professional.

Very convenient and quick service. Called and was able to have them come in next day. Dry carpet when done, no wait time. All organic! Definitely will be calling them again

Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment for today almost two weeks ago and gave deposit. Time frame 2:00-PM to 4:00-PM. It’s 5:00-PM and still no technician. No call to say they’re delayed. Nothing. I called them and was assured someone would be here and would call when en route and was told he was still at his noon appointment. When I asked if it was their company policy to notify customer they’d be late I got no reply. They’re charging me $ 115 to clean one living room. No stains, no damage to carpet. Thats just their price. That’s a big price tag to put on the worst customer service I’ve seen yet. I doubt he’ll show and if he does I doubt this service will be worth a lost afternoon. NEVER AGAIN! Think twice before using this company.

These Guys Are Total Scam Artists! Their tactic is ruthless and simple: Lure you in with what sounds like a good deal, then up-​sell the hell out of you! And if they are unsuccessful on up-​selling you, before they will start any job they will require you to sign a document (a contract). Basically, it says you were warned that you should have paid more for a «deep cleaning» at 3 to 4 times the coupon price. This way, when you are totally disappointed with the end result, which is the same dirty carpet that now stinks like citrus mixed with dirty carpet, they deny you a refund because you signed the contract! Get it! Sweet, huh?!
Unscrupulous little companies like this one are responsible for ruining the whole concept of Groupon and Amazon Local, which is to allow small businesses the chance to grow their customer base by getting in front of customers who usually go with well known companies. The Groupon and Amazon Local concept wasn’t designed so that little known companies could make big profits, by way of «bait and switch» tactics, the first time out.
My faith (and trust) in mankind disappears a little more every day. So sad!

I found this guys from Groupon, called them before buying the deal, they advised me to get free estimate, they scheduled me. they came, gave me a good deal and really did good job, I was wondered, because the carpet was dried immediately and all the stains were gone.
His name was Gary, he was really professional. So i think they do good job and I can refer to everybody.

Another Las Vegas scam. I need to get in the habit of reading the Unilocal reviews before I hire companies. Like others I saw the company on groupon and gave them a call to schedule an appointment. I scheduled it for the day before Thanksgiving. I asked if it was $ 89 out the door, of course the owner says yes. Sure enough the techs arrive and want to charge me $ 80 more for «stain removal». Um, isn’t that what carpet cleaning is in the first place – stain removal?! Shouldn’t «stain removal» be included with carpet cleaning? I told them to take a flying leap and just do the $ 89 cleaning. I come in after the first room is done and it literally looks like they vacuumed the place – no cleaning AT ALL. I feel stuck – either pay the $ 80 or try to scramble to find a someone to get out there and clean the carpets last minute. So I sucked it up. If you read this review (and other similar reviews) and still decide to go with this company, DON’T get scammed by these shysters into paying the extra «stain removal» fee because let me tell you, it doesn’t look any different. Floors still have stains, carpets still look like crap. This company is just one big scam.
Here’s my thing. If you give a groupon deal, isn’t it because you want return customers? I have 3 properties so I’m always looking for a good carpet cleaning crew. Had this company just been honest and done a decent job, they would have probably made thousands off of me. Now, like others, I’ll NEVER go back. Why piss off your customers and (1) risk your business reputation and (2) lose potential future customers?
This is the second scam company I’ve dealt with in recent months. I plan to file a BBB complaint and write reviews on every website, although I’m not sure that a company with bad business practices as bad as this one will even care.
Word to the wise — STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT waste your money using these guys to clean your carpet! The prices that they quote are not better than others and you’ll get dirty carpets for your money.
The method that they use does NOT clean carpets, it merely moves the dirt around and diffuses stains but spreading the stain out over a larger area to make it look lighter.
If you have dirty stairs, then they will add so much water to the carpet that you will get dirty water stains running down the front of each stair. The carpet looks worse than it did before they «cleaned» it.
Alex, the manager will answer your phone call and then pass the buck to Able who will do his very best to tell you that they have a «no refund» policy that is not stated anywhere on their contract or receipt or on the Money Mailer.
After weeks of trying to get a partial refund from these guys, I’ve decided to tell people how bad this company is and hopefully save someone the expense of having to get their carpets cleaned again.
DO NOT use this company!!! Poor product! Poor attitude! Poor Service!
Buyer Beware!!! After all of the surcharges that they add you’d pay the same amount as using a reputable company to do your carpets.
Wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my hard earned money.

What I thought was a great find was just a headache and a big waste of money. Had a technician come to my home with the intention of using my 3 rooms for $ 49.95 coupon and ended up spending $ 100 PLUS a $ 20 tip! That’s right ladies and gentlemen. After several attempts of him trying to sell me everything he had, he finally got me and up sold me on the «pet stain remover» and «fresh fragrance» at the special price of $ 100 but ONLY if I tipped him $ 20. I have to admit I’m the idiot there and it was quickly dismissed with a, «Yeah, sure whatever. Just cleans the carpets.» Assuming that my carpets would look somewhat clean by the time I got home. I should have told him to f@&$ off by then but I was frantically on my way to work and desperate to get the dog pee stains out of my carpet.
When I got home from work that night I was livid. I went from room to room only to find everything the exact. SAME! Dog pee stains with the pee smell even more potent and high traffic areas still dark as ever. My house smelt like rotten oranges from their special «fragrance».
I called the next day to get my money back and I just got the runaround. After literally weeks of calling and getting one excuse after another from them I decided to call it a draw and use it as a lesson learned.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHITTY COMPANY!

I scheduled an appointment after finding their number on Craigslist! ughhh wish I would have read the negative reviews on Unilocal before deciding to use their company to clean my carpets. Although the tech that came out was friendly, and explained that the formula they use for stain removal is organic and all natural, the end result of my carpet cleaning is not so great. My carpet entryway to where my tile starts is darker than all the other areas in my home. I tried to call and see if they would come back and redo those areas but Alex stated «that there is nothing he can do with those areas, those areas are damaged due to high traffic and he tells all his customers this information.» That sucked! My carpet never looked this dark in these areas! They lost business.

I used their services 2 – 3 couple months ago and my carpets look worse than before. I saw an ad in money mailer or something for $ 49 to clean my whole house. They arrive and said I needed the deep cleaning. Whatever. I say okay and the guy gets started. He tells me about his product which he is trying to sell to whole foods and is made of all organic products. That’s cool. I could see the spot lightening when the chemical hit it, but he sprayed so much that my carpets looked brown and grey because they were soaked.
He finishes my house, brings a couple stains up to the surface of the old homeowners and tells me it’ll look much better when it dries in a couple minutes… Charges $ 5 for using my debit card when I could have grabbed cash instead of talking to him for 45 minutes, and leaves. 15 minutes later, the carpets are still super wet. The next morning, my whole family all has near death experiences at some point during the day because the carpets are so wet that we slide across the tile floor. We leave to California the next day for 4 days and when I get home, the carpets are still wet!
The floors still look awful. I was hoping when it all dried that it would be clean and beautiful but nope. Just slightly lighter? They pulled stain up to the surface but couldn’t get them away, so it actually looks even more disgusting. 3 months later (today) I look at my disgusting floors and bought a resolve cleaning brush where you spray foam and scrub it with the brush. It was $ 15 and took me 10 minutes. The floors look 100xs better than when I hired them. That is sad and pathetic.

I used carpet green clean.
The techs was so nice and they did a very good job on the carpet.
The carpet was dry immediately and it smells like citrus.
Love the dry and organic system they used on me carpets !
Defiantly I will use them again.

I am going to take the «important points» from the other reviews on here to sum up this company and the experience I had with the Carpet Green Clean:
1. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE — THEY ARE PROBABLY FAKE.
2. After they are done, your carpets don’t look any different than before they started — even in the «high traffic» areas that you ended up paying more for.
3. You will end up paying the same if not more than a reputable company like Stanley Steamer by the time their carpet guy leaves your house. I ordered over the phone «the whole house, up to 1000 sq ft, for $ 89.99» special — and by the time the worker left I ended up paying $ 205 — for nothing.
4. They charge a FIVE DOLLAR FEE to pay with credit card. And you cant’ use checks. They want cash.
5. The employee shows up in a beat up van with car magnets that says «Carpet Cleaning»
6. The carpet cleaning unit is a hand-​help, device that looks like they can rent it from the grocery store.
7. They dispense their «organic» cleaning chemical out of a bottle that says RoundUp on it (which is a a pesticide chemical)
8. If you pay extra for the deep cleaning — you are paying for them to switch the brushes on the vacuum unit.

Well… you get what you pay for right… except for when you pay for something to be cleaned and it doesn’t look any different after they are done cleaning it.
I bought a Groupon when this place only had a couple of outstanding reviews. I looked at the star rating, made a quick purchase, and then thought to myself, «I wonder how many reviews they have…» — My first mistake.
Ended up paying as much to Carpet Green Clean directly as I did for the original Groupon in order to clean the «high traffic areas» — My second mistake.
There will not be a third mistake… hopefully not a first mistake for you either. Do more research than I did.
