As our motto says, we will always provide a positive atmosphere for your rehabilitation needs with therapist who possess a full array of tools to their knowledge base. You will not see a mill type facility but a individualized and supervised treatment protocol that is established by both the therapist and the patient. Your exercises will be supervised to ensure proper form by a licensed therapist. This is the only way to a complete recovery back to your normal daily life.
History
Established in 2005.
Post graduation, owners Mike Rantissi PT, DPT, MOT, MTC and Jody Stafford, PT, DPT, MOT, MTC, CEAS, made the move to Nevada and decided to call Las Vegas their home. Each began practicing at various therapy clinics throughout the valley, while planning to open their own therapy clinic in the future. Their goal was obtained in Aug ’05, when Advanced Manual Therapy Institute was established in Henderson on Horizon Ridge, between Eastern & Sandy Ridge. In ’07, Advanced Manual Therapy Institute expanded, opening their second location in Summerlin, on the northwest corner of Buffalo & Washington.

Michel S. Rantissi, Jr. received a Masters of Occupational Therapy (MOT) in 2001 and continued on for a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USA) in December 2002. Dr. Rantissi specialized in spinal and extremity manipulation. Dr. Rantissi obtained a Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2003. He has been a member of The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2000. He also became a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT) in 2005.
Since 2003 Dr. Rantissi has been practicing in Las Vegas as an Occupational and Physical Therapist clinician. Dr. Rantissi specializes in all spine, hand, and orthopedic dysfunctions using a variety of techniques from manipulation and mobilization to trigger point dry needling.
