California Pools – Las Vegas

When we bought our house, it didn’t have a pool and we never thought to put one since we have a little one at home for safety issue. This past summer was our 1^st summer being in NV and after taking our son out to the water park almost everyday and seeing how much he loves swimming, we decided it’s best to put a pool in. CA pools was one of the first companies we looked at. I can honestly say they have the friendliest staff and that’s what attracted us as customers. Danny Lovio came over to our house and helped us create the pool of our dream. We thought we’d just have a basic standard looking pool that we could afford but when he showed us what he created, we fell in love with it and it’s still affordable.
We ran into some financial issues before we started the project and they could’ve easily forget us and move on with other customers but when we told Danny about it, he told us they’ll be there when we’re ready. He made us feel important as his customers. Sure enough, within couple weeks, we told him we’re ready, he picked up where we left off. He introduced us to Ben, the project manager and they started within days. They are both very helpful. We have so many questions regarding the pool maintenance and safety issues since we never owned a pool before and they’re very patient in answering our questions. They both were there every single step of the way. Our pool was done in under 2 months and we’re happy with the outcome. We received so many compliments. We can’t wait to swim in it next summer. We highly recommend California Pools –Las Vegas! We recently built a home and were interested in putting in a pool and installing landscape as soon as possible so our kids would be able to play outdoors. We had no previous experience with pool construction and so we decided to interview and get bids from three different pool companies. We met with Danny Lovio and were instantly impressed with his strong customer service skills and his level of professionalism. My husband and I both felt that he genuinely cared about making us happy and making sure we had a positive experience. Danny made us feel that he really wanted our business and inspired so much confidence that we ended up choosing California Pools over another great company because we could tell that he would go above and beyond for us.
This was the best decision we ever made! Danny really listened to us throughout the entire process and was very timely and efficient with all of the different designs changes we made along the way. He was always readily available by phone, text, or email even in the late evenings and on weekends. Another great thing about Danny is that he has small children and really understood the features of a pool that our children would really enjoy. He was so great with our kids that he even brought them their favorite smoothies one afternoon!
The pool construction process also went very smooth and the entire project was finished in under two months… just in time for my daughter’s birthday/​pool party. Danny stayed involved and was available every step of the way, which is unusual since he is on the sales team and did not need to do this. He even volunteered to help water our pool and take pictures for us when we went out of town so we would not miss anything. Ben, our pool construction manager, was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the construction process to us. The different subcontractors were very detail oriented and efficient as well. It was obvious they cared about the quality of their workmanship! Our landscaper, Shane, was also great about finding the perfect plants and trees for our yard. He would even text us pictures to make sure we got what we wanted!
Our pool and landscaping turned out beautiful! We have received so many compliments and even get requests from our home builder to show future buyers our pool/​yard! California Pools will even come back out if there are any issues with the equipment and will help us troubleshoot. The California Pools team in Henderson, NV is fantastic. Marv, Danny, and Ben are super friendly, responsive, with great listening skills and helpful suggestions based on their many years of experience. Their prices are middle of the road, but the quality of the workmanship, and meeting expectations both in quality of product and in meeting the agreed timelines are outstanding. Communications throughout the project are excellent and one never feel out of touch, even if the project happens while you’re away from the property.

Marv and Ben from California Pools met w/​me and my wife to discuss adding a pool to our new vacation home. We were on a limited budget and they were able to come up with something that fit. They were really easy to work with and unlike every other pool salesperson, they were not pushy at all. Family owned business, the work was done sooner than promised and 11 months later I have had no problems. We had them install a salt water pool that requires maintanence only once a month so I did not have to hire a pool service. I drive out monthly to service the chemicals and the equipment does the rest. Great for out of town owners of second homes. I HIGHLY recommend them.
