Specialties
Black Angus burger. Organic American Kobe burger. Dessert Burger. It’s all here. We’re talkin’ fresh-cut beef on big fluffy buns, and chocolate, peanut butter, cream cheese double-glazed delicacies (served separately, of course). Burger builders be ready. The list of ingredients and microbrews is long and highly encouraged for the indulgent inclined. Chef Hubert Keller’s Burger Bar is casual, comfortable, and serves up one helluva good burger.
Mandalay Bay
You’re not a tourist, you’re a resortist. That’s why your Vegas venue should be a unique escape, full of relaxation, entertainment and excitement. Our shimmering gold towers mark the city’s premier beach experience, Shark Reef Aquarium and the culinary workshops of eight celebrity chefs. Enjoy the city’s most breathtaking view of The Strip, and since Mandalay Bay Resort has everything you’d want, venturing out there is entirely optional.
