Barks & Bubbles Dog Grooming

WE LOVE RICK!!! My dog Britney (a peek-​a-​pom) loves Rick, we have tried out a few different gromers at this location when he is booked but my Britney loves Rick and so do I. We moved to Vegas 3 years ago and through several moves from this area to all over green valley henderson area I still continue to drive 45 minutes to take my dog here, thats how much I love this place! Rick is so welcoming and friendly, when I brought her here for her first apt 3 years ago I was a VERY nervous momma! When going to a groomer I didnt know I was scared to death something would happen or she would be sad that I left her in a strange place. When I arrived Rick calmed me down, I’ll never forget he took an extra 10 minutes to play with Britney while I was in the room so she knew he was safe and so she became firmilar with him which I thought was very kind. I left and the whole time she was in her apt I was still very nervous, I thought for sure I would pick her up and she would be crying for me but to my suprise my very shy dog was very popular and when I walked in she was playing with other dogs, being good for treats, and was ADORABLE! I have loved this place ever since my first apt, I know she is safe, and I know she loves being there, it has never made me nervous to leave her in their care again.

When I walked in I was greeted so nicely, when I got to my dog he looked perfect will definitely be going back

I have been a client for 3 years I have always trusted my dogs to be in good hands until today January 17 2016. When I went to pick up my dog after six hour cut on a small malipoo I herd my dog crying and looked thru the glass panel to see the groomer yelling at her, I asked the owner to check on her and when he spoke to the grommer, grommer came out and started yelling at me and coming towards me like he wanted to hit me as he yelled at me saying he didn’t have to do my dogs and pushed my other dog at me at this point I just had to grab my dogs and leave for fear of this groomer losing is temper and yelling and fighting with the owners I will never trust my dogs to this place ever again if they allow their groomers to treat the dogs and customers like this I can only imagine how the dogs are really treated, it’s unfortunate because I really enjoyed this place till now, on a fair note the owner was kind and did not charge me he was apologetic and sorry, it was just a problem with the groomer, I hope the owners know how upset I was and get rid of that groomer unfortunately I didn’t get his name

We want to thank the great staff for great service at Barks & Bubbles dog grooming. But, in particular we enjoy how Rueben grooms our dog, Daisy. She looks terrific and by the way, the facility looks great since its facelift. We thank all of you for having this business so close to our home and we don’t have to wait all day for Daisy to be ready for pick up. Thanks, again.

So I Took my Dog Chubby in today. His Appointment was at 11am but we went in a little earlier and they ended up taking him around 10:30 which was pretty nice. It was Chubbys first time at the groomers and he was a little scared and nervous when he was taken to the back. I really appreciated the kindness and lovely attention Groomer Rick gave to my Chubby. Rick is honestly the sweetest and caring person to my dog I really liked that! When we picked up Chubby he Looked absolutely amazing, wonderful Hair Cut super clean! Just amazing! Rick and his team did an amazing job! I highly recommend bring your dog here. Your dog will honestly go home a happy dog!

We’ve 3 Yorkie’s and have tried many groomers without ever finding one that we felt comfortable with and happy with the end results but we’ve now used this place the last 3 times in a row and are delighted with the results everytime… We always get the full service on all 3 of our dogs and they dont ever seem stressed by the experience when we return to pick them up… It’s a relief to have found somewhere we feel comfortable leaving our dogs at for 3 – 4 hrs at a time knowing they will get great care and leave looking fresh to death!

Great experience. I was able to get a fairly short notice appointment. When I arrived the actual groomer sat down and asked me about the cut I wanted. She was family with standard poodles and we quickly came to an agreement on the trimming. They said they would be done in about 2 hours but I knew my big poodle would likely take more time. I think it was closer to 3 hours but that was fine. The best part of the entire experience… No surprises when my Misty came out from the back of the shop. She looked just as expected.

I decided to take my dog to Barks and Bubbles because the groomer that did my dog left. In addition to the price was extremely high. My poodles haircut was more than I paid for my own haircut and that just didn’t seem right!
It took a bit for the new groomer to know how I liked my dog cut. Just recently I decided to look for another place just to get her an in between trim.
I found Barks & Bubbles on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. They had great reviews and they could get her in the same day.
Needless to say I was very impressed! She is a poodle and so its more of a speciality cut. We saw Roxanne which is funny cause my dog is named Roxie. Well they hit it off right away. I believe a groomer not only has to groom your pet but also has to know their personality. When I picked her up she was looked absolutely amazing. I couldn’t believe the job she did on my Roxie and this was just a touch up. Roxie was sooooo poofy even my husband commentated how great she looked. Roxanne said they use a special blow dryer to get that look. I loved it! She was pretty enough to be a show dog!!!
Roxanne took the utmost care of her.
I returned a week later because we were having pictures with Santa and we needed fresh bows. Well she once again outdid herself. She allowed us to choose the bows and poof she was beautiful again. Needless to say her pics were amazing.
Thanks Roxanne!!! Roxie and I will be back soon. By the way everyone we saw that day at the mall loved the way she looked! Also I shared with several people where Roxie’s groomer works. Heidi the owner and even Charles at the front desk were very pleasant. The shop was very clean and neat as well

I have a shitzu named Sharky who I try to bring atleast every 2 months now. I’ve been coming here for about a year.
Yes, accidents happen and I wish groomers were a bit more straight-​forward or apologetic. Regardless I’m extremely understanding and forgiving, I don’t think I’ll switch groomers any time soon :-) go to ruben or roxane!

Huge fan of Roxanne and the Barks and Bubbles team! I drive from across town because this is the only groomer I trust. I have a rescue Bichon that is terrified of strangers. Roxy makes him feel comfortable and does a beautiful job with my other dogs too! Highly recommend!

I have been a customer since it opened, through the change in ownership I have seen improvements in several areas: easier to get my dogs in last minute, renovation to the lobby makes the place looks welcoming and larger, same great service to my dogs.
This is my first time writing a review, although I have visited numerous times in the past, but today groomer Judy really stood out. My 9 yr old Weimeraner, who suffers from severe allergies, and my 1 yr old Maltipoo, who is feisty and will not hold still for long, look amazing and obviously were very well taken care of. More importantly, no cuts on the Maltipoo, which I KNOW it’s a challenge since she wiggles and turns so much, but it truly pains me when she does get cut by other groomers.
Excellent customer service should always be made a big deal and today Judy really made a difference to our lives by providing it.

I was looking for a groomer for my dog upon first arriving in Las Vegas and I decided to give Barks and Bubbles a try about a year ago. I have been a customer ever since. The staff is friendly and the business is clean and modern and always smells fresh (my pet peeve is when a grooming salon smells «doggy»). Pierre (my dog) always comes out happy and looks great, with a cute little bandanna around his neck. I have attached his «glamour shot» that I snapped after his last appointment. So far, so good!

Extremely friendly staff and they have done a great job on my dog both times I have taken him in. They were able to squeeze my dog in this morning and she told me it might be awhile before he was done. To my surprise, I got a call just over an hour later saying he was finished!

We got our dog’s nails clipped. Walk ins welcome. Convenient location and hours. Friendly and timely service with free treats for the pets!

First time taking our pup here & it won’t be the last!
Her trim looks great & she smells nice! We’ve only had our dog Lychee for a few months & I made the mistake of taking her to Petsmart for her first groom. Won’t be doing that again!
The receptionist was nice & greeted me as I walked in the door to drop Lychee off. I got to meet the groomer & tell her what I wanted. She was very friendly & easy to talk to.
When I came back to pick Lychee up, she told me how everything went well & thanked me.
All in all a good experience and we will be back!

We have taken our dog to different groomers and soooo happy to have found this one. Our dog did not whine or get scared at all when we got there and as a matter of fact, went to Star the first time she met her. We knew we found the perfect place! Very clean and calming for the dog. The receptionist is wonderful and Star is our favorite groomer. Recommend to everyone! Great price too!

My dog absolutely loves it here! They take such good care of poppy when he’s here that I almost feel bad picking him up. His groomers name is Ruben and he always grooms him however I ask. This is a great place to take you furry friends!!!
