Really good service！Mr. Benvenisti was very nice and helpful！I was worried about the process before I went there because it was the fist time I bought a car. But to my surprise, the employees were very nice and I was happy to get my car there!

I just left the service department after having my tire replaced that barely had 4000 miles on it.(I literally JUST bought my car there and got a nail in my tire) I went to my glove box to grab my wheel lock and put it back with my spare and it is not there! I went back and spoke to the person who checked me in and apparently the person who changed my tire has gone home for the day. The person who helped me said he will ask the person who changed my tire about it but they are both off tomorrow. So disappointed, I truly expected better service.

Had a great experience with Autonation Toyota this past week. My fiancé and I were unfortunately in a very bad car accident, though neither of us were seriously hurt, we found out that we only got our rental car for one week and it was covered with insurance, and after that we would be shelling out the $ 300 a week ourselves. Looked online on saw a few cars we liked (we had a corolla before and that little guy kept us safe while it became a twisted piece of metal and we had a camry rental that we LOVED). So I put in a finance inquiry online, I probably put it in about thirty minutes before they closed and did not expect to hear anything until the next day, but right at 9pm, I got a call from one of their internet managers, Kyle who told me he was going to have everything set for us when it came to our financing when we came in the next day, I told him approx. what we were looking for and told him we would come in the next day.
When we got there, he was not only ready, but remembered everything I told him the night before. We literally walked by three cars, test drove the one we wanted and that was that. It was so quick and easy and he was patient with us too as my fiancé and I discussed everything before we made the decision. We worked with Carlos for the financing stuff, he was GREAT. We had a chiropractor appointment and he was not at all frustrated when we had to leave for a bit and come back, he actually took the time to look into our financing and really found us a good deal for our credit situation and explained everything with the different gap insurance policies without being pushy at all and understood when we said no to the higher priced options.
They were so great working with us, they offered reimbursement up to a certain amount for the registration costs and really made the entire process as painless as possible. Having previously gone to Findlay Toyota in Henderson and not having the greatest experience, I was so glad we went to autonation this time and when we are ready to purchase as second car we will be returning to them.

Talk to Jet Flores, he is the coolest guy and was straightforward from the jump. Very easy going friendly person that will look at what you need and do the best he can to help you. He helped me get my brand new Camry and I love it.

Went to look into buying a new car last weekend. I knew I wanted either a highlander or 4Runner. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and never really had any problems. Jet was our salesman and he did a great job answering our questions and helping us make the right decision. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I ended up going with the 2016 highlander and I’m so happy I did. We will be back when it’s time to trade in our next car.

So i was on a shop for a car been everywhere and talk to many dealer/​salesperson., but theres nothing to compare with mr. martin reyes., so if ur buying a car contact him and u wont regret. Hes gonna explain and tell u everything u have to know about the car u want and offers u great deals that they have.,

I cannot believe how horrible the service was! I had an appointment last Monday and have never felt so unwelcome. The service advisor was rude and condescending on multiple occasions.
After my appointment, as I’m driving home, I notice something in the corner of my windshield. The previous oil change reminder sticker they put on my windshield was carelessly ripped off and left a rectangle of sticky residue. The new oil change reminder sticker was placed directly next to it (see photo). Why would you ever give someones car back like that? I called the service advisor to let him know that whoever just worked on my car left a mess of sticky residue on my windshield. You know how he replied? He scoffed at me «Ha! you can just wipe that off.» Yes, he said it would just «wipe» off. So rude… Luckily, I was able to get it off after I purchased some Goo Gone. It’s disappointing that I had to remove something that shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
I was honestly so disappointed by the service and treatment I received that I took the time to write to 2 of the managers. I wrote that email exactly a week ago today and have yet to receive a reply…

We went there once before we decided to buy our car. I was referred by another dealership manager. We didn’t work with Martin at that time. So We end up didn’t get the deal we wanted, but a negative attitude from a nightshift manager with all of the whining about selling us a car without profit. We decided to leave without buying the car.
Martin after then, contacted us, offered a lower out door price for the same car. He was professional and of course, no attitudes.
We all know the stress of dealing with a car dealer. So if you wanna avoid all that, look for Martin Reyes.

I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla that has paint fading away on the side railings. Took it to this shitty Toyota Dealer and they said it’s ware and tare. Only a shit brand like Toyota would have ware and tare on a 5 year old cars paint like the one i’m having. I would give this place a 0 star if I could.

Quite the opposite of most dealerships I’ve dealt with. Arrived on property at 11:14 am and was greeted by a man sitting down playing on his phone. This was the last time anyone said anything to me for the next 42 minutes as I walked around the entire lot brochures (which I picked up) in hand. Went from truck to truck glancing in the windows, looking at prices and still no one said a single word to be. However, I did hear two salesmen outside by the main door discussing their football wagers this past weekend as well as see a perhaps manager (sat at podium desk in the front left corner) park his black Ford truck in the handicap spot front and center, throw his half smoked cigarette in the rocks right in front of the main entrance AND blow his last puff of smoke out as he was entering the showroom! Really inside your showroom? Very classy Toyota… Very classy.

I had a 7am appointment for some recall work. I was greeted by Mark at 7, work was done by 730. Very impressed by this dealership and by Mark who helped me. This is my new place for service on our 2010 Corolla.

John Bekker along with Carlos and Kenny in finance have changed my aggravation that I have had with this dealership. Last weekend was the third Tundra that I have purchased and THEY made it an incredible experience. Special mention to John! I’ve purchased manny vehicles in my years and this man was by far the greatest salesman ever. He made finding just the right truck with exactly what bells and whistles that I wanted so easy. A+ in all areas gentleman. Thank You! Loving my 2016 Tundra Crewmax!!!

I was nervous about my first car buying experience, but Steven Tenwick and Ken Supasak at Autonation Toyota made the process painless and rewarding. Steven answered all of my questions thoroughly and guided me through the entire car buying process from pre-​approval to driving home with my new ride. I did not fee pressured to buy out of my price range or buy excessive warranties. Steven and Ken made sure that I felt comfortable with my purchase and gave me a good deal. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Autonation Toyota and will be a customer again in the future.

I went to a different Toyota dealership in Cali and I was not taken seriously. They were giving me the run arounds. I went to Auto Nation because I noticed they had the Tacoma I wanted in stock. The salesman I dealt with was Paulo Bautista. He was very friendly and professional. He worked with me on what I wanted and we got the deal done in no time. The finance person I dealt with was Kenny Supasak. He was also very friendly and professional. They both took really good care of me at the dealership. I for sure would recommend this place and be a return customer. Thank you guys for all your help.

This place is ridiculous! Customer service. Zero out of zero. No one know s what they are doing and salesman don’t know what the hell is going on. I have never been to dealership to where it looks like a total shit show lol

I visited this location to get 18 months check-​up/​service for my car which was bought at other location.
I made an appointment on the phone and the lady was very friendly and professional. In addition, the guy who took care of us, Johnny, was super friendly as well. He said the service would take about 2hrs.
Service got done in about an hour which was awesome. I took a star off because the complimentary car wash was beyond sloppy. I didn’t expect a professional lamb’s wool mitt hand wash or anything but my windshield was so foggy. They probably didn’t give a sh*t since it was a free service. Washing the car myself was better idea than asking for their complimentary car wash. Never again.
Another thing, it’s weird how Toyota dealerships doesn’t share datas across their locations. I thought they could easily look up name and find information. However, they asked for name, address, phone number, make and year of my car, etc. The lady on the phone claimed that since it was my first time at this location for checkup, they had to complete a new customer/​client form. I find it somewhat redundant that I had to answer all these basic questions that they should already have on their file.
Other than that, good service. I would come back to this location for my next service!

Came in with my 2 cars, rav 4 — 5000 mile treatment and corolla AC not working.
Was givin an ETA of 1 hour. 2 hours have passed and no sign of any of the cars yet.
Usually service is pretty good but today pretty disappointed. .
Hope that AC will work. Just been told it’s gonna take another 2 hours at least ahhhhhhhhh (at least they have WI FI)

Went here several weeks ago in an effort to look at an Acura TL Type S just put on their online inventory.
Actually used my lunch hour to drive to this dealership, and honestly it really was a waste of time! The service here was just absolutely horrendous.
I get there and park. First thing I do is walk the lot to the used car section. Yes, it’s Vegas and yes it’s HOT… but you wanna sell cars, guys? Why is there no one outside greeting customers on the car lot? I walked from one end of the lot to the other and one person that works there seen me (made quick eye contact) but he didn’t bother to walk across to where I was to say hello. I though «OK, must be because it’s lunchtime and he could be on a break.»
I go inside and AGAIN, lots of folks in Toyota polo shirts walking around the dealership. But not ONE looks my way and greets me or even asks if I need assistance. I walk the dealership from the sales section to the waiting room section. Not one worker looks my way. Damn, you guys must sell a CRAPLOAD of cars to fleet because apparently no one wants to sell me anything!
Sweet, I get to look around on my own. I wander back outside and pass TWO Toyota employees and actually ask them, «Do you guys know where the used car part of the lot is?» I am pointed in a general direction by both of them, «That way.» Thanks guys, much appreciated. But not one of you bozos have the need or the proper training to ask, «How may we help you today?» Really, really ridiculous.
At this point I am pretty pi$$ed. I’m wasting my lunch time to see this car. And no one is helping me! I go to the used car part of the lot. Guess what? Acura TL Type S is nowhere to be seen. Just a bunch of Subaru/​Toyota/​Scion love childs — friggin’ FR-​S.
I finally have to walk back in, up to the actual person behind the front desk to ask for any kind of help. I have to tell her what car I’m looking for. She tells me the car just went up this morning so it may still be in the back. She tells me that she’ll get someone to see if the car is for sale.
An exhausting 5 minutes later someone finally comes to assist me. By this point I am more than 30 minutes into my hour lunch break and I need to leave soon to drive back to work. Dude looks up the car. Tells me yes, it is still in the back because the sale was just completed. He takes me to the WAY back of the Toyota car lot, and there she is. Acura TL Type S. In black. Dammit, and she was UGLY! Should have waited for better pics. This thing was in poop condition. Lots of scratches, dented rear fender, interior was half-​trashed. This was definitely raced for fun. Reason I was interested was because it was a stick-​shift with decent miles. But it didn’t even have the original Type S rims! Knock off cheapie TSW from Discount Tire (no offense to them). By now I had enough. I was done. No deal.
But the dude was like, «Someone already wants it but hasn’t put a down on it yet. If you pay the down now I will hold it for you.» Nice try with the tricks. I was like, «Have you seen it? It’s in bad shape, not all original, no thanks, sorry.» Dude was like, «The detail guys will have is very clean when you pick it up.» Even the detailers would have a hard time cleaning this mess. Yada, yada, yada dude gives me his number, wants mine. Tell him, «Nah.»
Worst car experience at a car dealership in a long time. Lack of customer service takes the cake for me. Guys need more training.
