I was outside in the lot looking at the cars with my wife and a sales lady came and give us water and answear all our questions. The people that work in this dealers are really nice.

Horrible customer service, especially by the MANAGER JULIO. Brand new car broke down at less than 2000 miles/​2 months old. I didn’t even have enough miles on it to get an oil change. Used their roadside assistance that’s supposed to be included with the purchase and got charged $ 74. Julio didn’t want to stay open for an extra 30 mins so my car could get towed there, instead told me to tow it to a gas station and push it there the next day! They stayed open late to sell me the car but won’t to let a customer tow a car there.
Got my car tinted by them and the work is subpar.
The only good experience I had was when I bought the car, after that its been downhill.
I considered buying other cars such as the Mini Cooper or smartcar. I’m disappointed that I chose fiat.
I wouldn’t take a fiat now if it was given to me for free.
Save yourself some stress and pick a different car.

Towbin Fiat surprised me with their service and attention to detail… Although I was there as a «Third Baseman» to coach and advise a friend who had never purchased a vehicle previously, the salesperson quickly realized that she was deferring to me for opinions and decisions. He was very attentive to her, but would repeatedly hand me documents and reference materials for my review before my lady friend would look at them. This allowed me to carefully screen the information and documents so that I could hand them to her and advise «this is standard DMV stuff, go ahead and sign…» Or «You don’t need this, it is an extended warranty and is simply unnecessary on a new Fiat» and so on. Despite the smallish size of this facility at Sahara and Jones, I was impressed with the additional inventory Towbin Fiat had in their storage lots and behind their showroom building. New Fiats are pretty much sold at MSRP and I advised my friend that the «deal» would really be about her trade in and financing terms. Towbin Fiat did an excellent job of TRYING to get her 2010 Toyota trade in at a low cost, but then acquiesced when we pushed for a higher allowance. The brain damage on getting more for her trade-​in was minimal and they didn’t push us so hard as to alienate our desire to do business with them. I was pleasantly surprised at the financing terms offered through Chrysler Financial Services because of the low APR on the 72 month fixed rate term without any prepayment charges and the additional APR reduction based on setting up monthly automated payments. Locking in a 1.9% APR for 6 years is going to look great when rates go up within the next 18 months. Overall, I rate this dealer at 5 stars for those who already want to buy or service a Fiat… Now, do not ask me to rate the actual vehicle, because the Fiat 500 would NOT get 5 stars from me!

Great customer service, always been very quick. Sica is an amazing salesperson. Her love of the brand made us love the brand. Service department (Greg) is always super cool and always willing to help us out. Very happy we bought from here. Maybe one day, an Alpha Romeo will be in our future.

Could I give zero stars? This was the WORST dealer experience I’ve ever witnessed. My husband went to test drive a few fiats, and they wouldn’t let us leave. When they took our car keys to assess the value of our car, they refused to give us back our keys and pushed the very hard sale. Then, when we insisted that we get our keys back and we left, a dealer rushed the car, stuck his hands and the top part of his body into the driver’s side window, and put his hand in my face when I told him to leave us alone. This dealer frightened me by his actions. I wouldn’t have even left this review, but this dealership has refused to stop calling us at least weekly. Does this dealership even think that by phone harassment we’ll decide to go back to them and buy a car? We bought another car at another dealership, where we weren’t threatened or harassed. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. Don’t become victims like they have repeatedly tried to victimize us.

Honestly the BEST sale experience I have had, not only with a vehicle but possibly anything in my 27 years. Vanessa and the entire team went above and beyond even though I was a thorn in their foot for a few days. Cant say enough good things about my experience and would without hesitation recommend them. I was about to purchase another car when I drove by their dealership by chance and just thought I would look. Not only did the Fiat 500 win me over but the customer service here is what really turned me from the other dealership. A+++

Don’t buy a used car here. They won’t give you a deal you deserve. Try the Henderson location instead. I do not trust the management here. They will take what they can get from you.

Didn’t buy from them (on a tight budget and couldn’t get my price) but wish I had. I will be going back to Towbin for any and all service. Findlay Fiat are a nightmare.

Buying a car is never a fun experience but it does have to be done. When I was in here, I saw the Chopper, wanted to give him a shout out but the man was working so I let him be. My girlfriend got a car here that she loves and they treated her well, all good.

Okay so first time buying a new car in a while; these guys were awesome. Used
— they were up front with the Carmax and worked with my bank and me to get me my new car. I cannot express how happy I am with my little pop. No sales pressure– and they are not commissioned sales guys– so they seem genuine to me. I love my car– and the sales rep Robert was awesome. If your looking in the Las Vegas area– go to towbin fiat or their other dealerships. These guys know what they are doing!

After my tire blowing out on the back roads on my way to Vegas– completely stranded with no way to get home — the staff at Towbin fiat adopted me for the day– helping me track down my car, get it towed to the dealership, fixed my tires the same day — and got me back on the road:)!
They even bought me lunch!!! I was so humbled by their kindness– the whole staff really went above and beyond — you can tell they really really care about their customers and also each other!
Would recommend this place and fiat to Everyone!!! Special shout out to Jon and Eric for making me feel so welcome!

This place was the best. Not your typical car buying experience. I was out of there in less than 2 hours and I was by myself. Which as a single girl, was a little intimidating. In fact, most of the employees there were ladies. Sica Jones helped me and she was awesome. Absolutely no pressure. The car buying experience was actually fun, and I love my new 500 pop.

The service I received at Towbin Fiat was phenomenal. Lee (used car sales manager) was very helpful, professional, and got me in the car I wanted at a great deal! I love my new Abarth, and enjoyed my experience at the dealership. Everyone was very professional, and made me feel welcome as a customer. The sales staff, managers, finance staff. If you are looking to buy a new or used Fiat, Towbin is the place to go! Second Fiat from Towbin and certainly not the last!

I recently decided to upgrade from my Fiat Cabrio to an Abarth. I previously went to the «other» Fiat dealership and received less than thrilling service even though I had already bought my current Fiat there less than two years ago. When I called Towbin, Vanessa was immediately helpful and took my information without any pressure to come down and was willing to let me know if they could do something for me without having to travel all the way down to the dealership. When I finally was ready to make the leap Sica, Vanessa and Jerry (bless his heart) were super patient with me, explained all the financing options and answered all my questions. At the end of the day I left with the car I wanted at a very fair price. Everyone was extremely friendly and the whole place is a very no pressure atmosphere. Thanks everyone!!!

I was shopping around for car since my mini had hit 120k miles. I called this fiat dealership and spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer had amazing customer service, was extremely helpful and she was able to facilitate a very friendly environment instead of trying to find out how much she could get out of me.
Jennifer and Jovan both worked with me to get a payment plan and price that would work with my budget. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
I then got the opportunity to meet Sica in finance. Sica provided crystal clear clarity and didn’t rush the paper process. She made sure I understood everything before we went on and it’s something I greatly appreciated. All in all, this dealership is very welcoming and they made me feel like family!

I have to say this was THE BEST new car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure sales, and a nice long test drive encouraged by the salesperson. I delt with Essence, she was great she got me a great deal, and they gave me more than a thousand more than my trade was valued for on kelley blue book.
I bought the 500L, and if your in the market for an SUV you have to drive this one too. I fell in love instantly! I drove every other SUV out there, but this I felt was the best. Fun to drive, great price, cool look, and the best mpg out of all that I looked at.

Got 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth from here about a week ago. Before I get started on reviewing this dealership, I have to mention that I am a very through researcher when it comes to making big spending decision. I had taken care of all the paperwork and other necessary obligations before I even walked into the dealership. All I had to was to sign the paperwork on the price that I had worked out with the sales manager. I am only reviewing the customer service that I received at this dealership, it does not deal with the manufacture or its parent company.
When I went to pick up my car with a friend, my brand new Abarth was sitting clean and polished in the tent for recently sold cars. They did a good job of getting is clean and keeping in a prestine mint condition. The sales person, my friend and I test drove the car and she went over all the features of the car. When it came to sign the paper, we could not find the sales person at all. We were waiting on her for about an hour and she was taking care of another customer while I was awaiting my paper work. It seemed like that they had ordered too many of 2013 models and they were rushing to get these cars off the lot. Each car does come with 3 complimentary oil changes.
They will work on a good price with you, I managed to snag a $ 25 000 car for $ 17,000, but I wish that the customer service wasn’t pit stop style. Overall, if you are looking at buying a Fiat this is a better dealership in town.
