I went here only because it was close to my home. However, I didn’t feel it was very professional. To be told the day of your surgery that we don’t want to put you fully under to administer needles in your neck makes me feel their immune to your pain and cheap with the sedatives. The care less attitude they displayed to me today and dispite me telling them I can’t do this unless I’m asleep and not take heed to that is all the more I went to the wrong place.
If asking them to put me to sleep is asking too much. I guess they just can’t handle me as a patient there and I don’t mind finding their replacement. At all.

I have been going to Dr Ourene for several years now and he has always been compassionate knowledgable understanding and ultimately professional. He listens to my concerns and asks tons of questions. I just yesterday got an inception in my back and his entire staff was extremely pleasant and professional… well done Apex!

I have been a patient over a year now at Apex Medical Center. I have nothing but good comments and high praises. I see Dr. Oruene who is an excellent Dr. very compassionate, great bed side manners. My pain has been managed very well since I been treated by Dr. Oruene. Highly recommended. Thank you!
