The oncology nurses at the Shadow Lane facility are amazing. They go out of their way to make patients feel taken care of. I continue to use the doctors here because of the nurses. I like all of the Pat, Ivana, Joy, Merlene, and all the other ones I forgot their names.
They are all wonderful!!!

Staff in treatment area are very friendly and personable. The remember patients names and are comforting. They even offer lite refreshments, blanket and a comfy lazy boy that I sink into and relax while watching a movie.

Staff is really good. Merlene is compassionate and awesome at troubleshooting issues when administering chemo. The docs are good and circulate from the different facilities. They have snacks available for patients, 2 Tvs to watch when patients getting treatment. But I will say it seemed to cater staff than patients. They had comedy on for 20yo audience versus elderly patients.
