I love this location! There are never any crowds or waiting for any equipment. They have the nicest equipment out of any Las Vegas gym I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly. Great gym!

Before I check any place (any business), I always check the reviews. I’m a member of EOS (Formally Gold’s Gym) and LVAC, both memberships are less than $ 100 a year. I was a competitive bodybuilder and now, I just want to stay in shape. Even though I saw the negative reviews, I wanted to check the gym out.
I’ve been working out at this location for two weeks and I’ve had the best workout. I noticed (on review) people complaining about this place not having a lot of free weights. Honestly, the times I’ve been there (morning, afternoon and night), I hardly see anyone using the free weights. They have the right equipment for a person to build, lose and stay in shape.
If you’re looking for a gym to look at girls, don’t mind the parking and waiting for equipment, join LVAC. If you think you’re a bodybuilder and you like to walk around with your arms out, flexing your back (I.L.S — Invisible Lat Syndrome), don’t mind waiting for equipment and don’t mind the smell join EOS. But if you want a good workout and you’re there for yourself to stay in shape, this is a good gym.
Most negative reviews were from member who travel and not being able to workout due to not having their key fobs. I haven’t dealt with customer service, but I hope that issue has changed.

Other than the original gym I signed up at (W. Lake Mead), this is my favorite of the 2.
Always kept clean and organized, and I appreciate the updated cardio and weight machines.
Like the other gym, this one never gets crowded.
I haven’t had to interact with any of the staff, so I can’t account for that part of my review.

Never Busy, Equipment are faulty and repairs take lot of time.
Because its never busy you will see machines available.
I have been a customer of this gym from the past three years and finally decided to quit because of there repeated poor customer service.
Dont fall for the warm welcome you receive at the beginning, infact every gym does that. What i am writing in this review is my experience with this gym from the past 3 years that i decided to pass on to rest of the community.
If you travel a lot, I recommend not joining Any time Fitness Period, they Transfer you to other facilities and demand higher rates to transfer you back. Any time Fitness operate as a franchise not corporate. Which means nothing can be done even if you can scream your lungs out.
Apart from Monthly Fees, they will charge you a Yearly fees as well which will not be mentioned during signup.
I strongly recommend not to get into a Annual contract with out completely understanding what you are getting into.
I recently learnt that for way less monthly payment, i can get access to many more amenities at an another gym. i am not just highlighting the fees but the level of service at this location is pretty bad and not worth the price you pay.
I was working out at this gym from the past three years and paying monthly fees like every one else. Because i used Anytime Fitness center at another location, With out even notifying me or taking my authorization, management at this location took away my access to this location and asked me to use other location henceforth or Pay increased fees to stay as a member.
Who will benefit:
If you are living close to this Gym and Dont have a Alternative Option.
If you dont travel.
Negotiate a good rate and make sure you monitor your Credit card Bill.
If you are out of shape and Shy.
If you dont care managements Unprofessional Behavior.
If you dont care much about the Broken machines and Can wait patiently until they get repaired.
If you want to take selfies in Gym with out feeling Shy, as no one will be there to look at you.
Finally if you are making good money.
Dont ever feel shy about the way you look. I was fat when i took my first step and now i am a completely different person. I eat what i like but still remain in shape.
Where there’s a will, there is a way. Its not the Gym, its you who need to change and stop wasting your money and Time on Anytime Fitness.
I am not asking you to change your loyalties this minute but go for the better service and price model. in my view once you become a member, there should not be another discussion about changes in your membership that doesn’t benefit you as a long term customer.
I am leaving end of this month to another location close to my house. I will miss my gym buddies though but oh well, you can always make new friends.

I travel frequently across the US, hence my choice to join Anytime Fitness. I rarely travel with my keys since I prefer not to accidentally lose them. The employee refused to look me up in the system, claiming some bullshit policy about how if you don’t have a key fob you have to pay the guest fee. I already paid a for a $ 20 cab ride here because hotel gyms never «do it» for me. Putting in an official complaint to the corporate offices, as is my trainer/​owner of my local Anytime Fitness. I want my $ 25 guest fee and $ 20 cab fee refunded to me. And yes, you will shortly see this review on Facebook, Google, Yahoo, etc.
Oh, and they don’t have clips for their racks/​weights. Apparently you have to go to the office? I mean really?

Great little gym with just right amount of workout machines and equipment. Very clean and never busy which is a plus compared to most gyms in town. If you don’t want any distractions when working out, this is the gym to sign up for. Just wish it had a steam room.

I freakin love this gym! I’ve worked out at Gold’s and 24 Hour Fitness and this is my favorite by far.
First off: Jason is no longer here. I didn’t have an issue with him, but I see others did.
Secondly: this place is never too busy, there’s plenty of weights, cardio machines, lifting machines, etc. Everything you need for a great workout is here. It’s quiet, feels like a private gym, and the machines are generally clean and maintained well. I’ve never had a problem with customer service here.
It’s more expensive than most, but totally worth it. You definitely get what you pay for here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. Sure, the equipment is nice and the location is good, but JASON H. is a sarcastic, rude, space cadet whose mouth is stuck on repeat, regardless of the sense someone else is making.
I have SEEN the facility already and I KNOW where it is located, so I DON’T NEED ANOTHER TOUR. How many times does someone need to hear that? So when I call to get information on HOW MUCH the membership is and someone REFUSES to tell me, red flags and alarm bells start going off because that is what you call a SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICE. I will HAPPILY take my business ELSEWHERE rather than give it to someone with a sarcastic attitude, who flat refuses to tell me how much it will cost me to do business with them.
After this experience, I can only imagine how hellish it would be to cancel the membership, so thank you JASON H. for showing me Anytime Fitness’ true colors… and thank you Unilocal for proving me right! Both Jason and Unilocal have probably saved me from SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS of annual hell and arguments.
If I called a dealership and wanted to know how much a car was and nobody would tell me, you can bet your ass they wouldn’t be getting a dime from me. The same holds true for this. If a new customer can’t even get any information to make a purchasing decision, then what you end up with is NO BUSINESS.
JASON even refused to tell me his name until the very end and would only give me his last initial. I even threatened to call corporate. This is the most psychotic «customer service» experience I have ever been a part of! You deserve what you get if you do business with this lot. Tsk tsk tsk.

First let me start off by saying I travel full time for work, and frequent many of the Anytime Fitness locations all over (been to over 30). I have been a member for 3 years, and USUALLY they are a friendly neighborhood gym easy to get in and out and continue on your day. There is a reason that this Anytime Fitness has such horrible reviews. Horrible customer service, and in this instance I was not even allowed to workout because I didn’t have my key-​fob! (I had forgot it when packing my bags). They refused to look me up on the computer, or offer any sort of one day pass or anything. Extremely rude service. Read the rest of the reviews and see similar stories. Please do not sign up here, find another Anytime Fitness that cares about you and sign up there.

1 star for never really being busy (but I think that’s probably due to the higher gym fee).

I should’ve not signed up when the manager at the time (Dec 2014) insisted I gave him my direct checking account instead of a credit card because he didn’t want to have to call me if my card were to expire. All I thought was, okay, you’re lazy, I’ll give you whatever form of payment I choose.
What they don’t tell you before signing up, you have to go through a «workout interview.» It was as if I had to prove to him I would workout consistently before I could be accepted to the club. –_​–
I only signed up because I wanted a gym close to work so I can go on my break. I can’t wait until my contract is up. You might as well sign up for a 9.99/month gym, there’s nothing extra special about this place.

Good quality equipment, clean vs. Terrible customer service, ridiculously overpriced for what it is actually… a small neighborhood gym… this is $ 10 a month no contract gym… not $ 50 + additional fee every six months for maintenance… these guys are nuts

Been a member of this gym for 3 years, until today, when one of the steroid junkies with anger issues that lives here threatened to kill me because I accidently took his cardio machine. I come here to get a decent workout in peace but now I am a bit afraid for my life… and all of that is for $ 50 a month. I’d rather go to LVAC to be verbally abused… at least that will cost less. It sucks because the gym itself is nice, clean and has great machines. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my membership tomorrow.

AVOID THIS GYM. There are several better nearby options. In case you can’t find them, I compiled a handy list of alternatives:
1. Take all four tires off of your car* and lift each of them above your head 4 times before you join this gym. You will be exhausted. Ask a neighbor to put them back on for you so your can go grab a bite to eat. Wait a sec, you’re trying to get in shape –you should really be eating at home. These «Goodrich deadlifts» are a free option and you will experience better customer service than you do at this particular Anytime Fitness.
2. Substitute all of your unhealthy eating habits for crying in the mirror for 25 minutes daily, twice a day before you join this gym to do cardio. That way you will still lose weight but you won’t get a dozen annoying sales calls per month from this Anytime Fitness when all you want to do is cancel your membership.
3. Before you join this gym, take all of your credit and debit cards and mail them to those «you have just inherited $ 1,000,000» African scammer guys. This Anytime Fitness will continue to attempt to bill your account just like those guys will, but with those e-​mail spammer fellas at least you go in to it knowing you’re going to be taken to the cleaners.
4. Gents: trying to impress the ladies? Ask a thinner friend of similar height and complexion to take some pics and photoshop your face on his before you join this gym. (No snarky comment here… seriously this just works. Particularly on Tinder.)
The good: The gym is clean, equipment is nice, all that stuff. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this gym between personal training and my monthly membership. (Shout out to both Jeremy and Skip, my former trainers, who were both EXCELLENT.)
Bad: The customer service at this place is horrible. HORRIBLE. Hence the 1 star rating.
They have been calling me for several months, asking me to change my billing address because I have moved. I have explained to them for several months that I’m no longer in the area and would like to cancel the membership. 5+ calls back and forth, 5+ times I’ve told them that I need to cancel and I’m no longer in the area. 5+ times I’ve been told it’s handled and then I’m billed yet again. Of course they’re happy to keep pulling the fee from my bank account… and then they hit me with «you really need to come here to cancel.» Whattttttt? Ain’t nobody got time for that. I have the internet… you have the internet. I can buy groceries, refinance my mortgage, and book airline tickets to Greenland on the Internet but for some reason these guys need me to drive 4+ hours just to cancel my membership? C’mon man. This is a stupid attempt at a sales save. Nothing more.
Unfortunately I am now in a position where I have to work with my bank to revoke authorization on this transaction. I have informed Anytime Fitness several times that they are no longer authorized to pull money from my account but they continue to do so. I have e-​mailed them and their national office notification of my cancellation, but still they refuse to acknowledge it.
I just got a voicemail from «Dan» yesterday who wants to «make sure I’m getting the most out of my membership,» when all I want is to get out of my membership. This is either a foolhardy attempt at a sales save, willful ignorance, or stupid customer service policy in action. Or all three.
I am now out of state for several months and since these folks are inept and refuse to handle my cancellation like professionals I’m going to have to go out of my way with the pain-​in-​the-​ass process that my bank requires.
So thanks for nothing Anytime Fitness.
P. S. Nothing against Dan or any of the employees there. You’ve always been quite nice. Your policies are stupid and your owner clearly doesn’t care about his customers.
*If you have a motorcycle you’ll need to sell it and get a car. Those things are dangerous, anyway. I’m sure your mother wouldn’t approve. You used to be so nice back in elementary school. What happened to you?

Got a free trial, online I was offered 14 days if I gave my personal info. So I did, and when I call to get my 14 day pass, some lady tells me her location doesn’t offer that, even though it just said it did online… That sucks. So I go for a 7 day pass.
Get the details, check out the location… Very nice machines. Up to date stuff. Nice looking floor, everything clean… Really dug it.
35 bucks a month is a lot to spend. I really liked the gym, but Im not ready to pay that much.

I love this gym! It’s always clean and there’s plenty of machines to choose from. The best part is that it doesn’t get too crowded like some other gyms do.

As far as this gym goes, while I was a member there, I liked it. The facility was always clean, I was always able to get a machine that I wanted, and when I lived in the area to go to Anytime Fitness Windmill, it was right down the street from my house. It couldn’t get more convenient than that!
So why the two star rating you ask? Lack of customer service.
I moved away from this area, Anytime Fitness was no longer down the street. Where I moved in Vegas an anytime fitness was not around the corner like it used to be. So I go into the Anytime Fitness Windmill to cancel my membership. Not a big deal, I had already run through my year contract and was on a month to month, or so I thought. Stupid me, I didn’t get a copy of my membership termination, I didn’t think I needed to. My advice, if you cancel your membership, make sure to get a copy of the papers!
So anyway, I get an email stating that I am behind on my membership dues. I’m wondering how since I cancelled. I call the billing company, they don’t know the issue, they have to call the gym. No one answers, so the billing rep says she will call me back. I call the gym myself and leave a message. The next day, the manager of the Gym David calls me back. I explain my situation, apologize if I made a mistake (even though I didn’t) and ask how to resolve this, since even if there was an error and my cancellation didn’t get filed, I was month to month not on a contract.
David, as nice as he was on the phone tells me that there is no paperwork for my cancellation in my file, and he has already spoken to his boss, and the best they can do for me is take off a 30 or so dollar late fee, and I’m still going to owe over 70 bucks to get caught up. «You don’t want to go into collections, because then it will just be a mess.»
I understand there was a mistake made, but you would think Anytime Fitness would be a bit more accommodating. I had always made my payments on time, and never had an issue… And if there was an issue, I never got a message on my cell phone, and why send an email after three months of built up charges? Very suspect to me.
Anyway, although the gym itself is nice, I would be cautious of joining a place that doesn’t take care of their customers when a billing problem arises. My advice to others is CYA and make sure you get copies of everything just to make sure you have terminated your membership so there are no issues months later.
$ 117.00 to cancel a month to month membership! Buyers beware!

Signed up in September with Charlene and have enjoyed my workouts at the place ever since. Sometimes before work, sometimes after, but always a free treadmill, elliptical or bike to use! Clean and friendly staff!

I agree with Maria, the lady manager is very condescending/​racist. Mostly everyone is white, and to them she’s very nice to.
I decided not to work out here, It’s sad to believe that these kind of things still exist.
Also true about the «key nazis» review I’ve read about.

PS: This is my first review, and I usually just read OTHER reviews. BUT I had to warn people.

It’s a very nice gym. Kept very clean and you can go whenever you want to. People are nice and friendly and it feels very safe.
Only drawbacks are going to be 1) it’s not very big 2) it doesn’t have classes and 3) they kind of are Nazis about the swipe cards and only allowing one person in the gym at a time.

I purchased the Groupon recently for this location. I am impressed with the cleanliness and the upkeep of the machines. They have tanning and personal training as well. I have been interested in a more private workout location since I’m not personally a fan of the larger warehouse style gyms and I’ll definitely keep this place in mind if I decide to join full-​time. I probably won’t frequent this location since it’s not particularly close to my house, but I would recommend it to those who live or work near here.
It’s also conveniently located in the same parking lot as Bachi Burger, just saying.
I highly recommend this gym if you are like me and like a more private workout experience.
