All Access Garage Door

The spring on our garage door broke on Wednesday night. I called All Access on Thursday morning and was able to get an appointment for early morning on the same day and was quoted a price of $ 180.00. The Tech Travis showed up early and had the job completed within 20 minutes. He did a GREAT job and did not try to up sell me for any additional services. If we have a problem they will be our first and only call.

Forget the home warranty!
Got home last night and when we closed the garage door, it completely come off the tracks :-O. Come to find out, the wind had knocked a flagpole that was in the corner in the way of the door closing.
I called the home warranty co. because we’ve been in the house less than a year and I thought maybe they would cover it. The contractor called me and said they could come on Monday (did I mention that this happened on a Thursday night)!? Needless to say, my response was «no thank you — I’ll find somebody else».
All access had put in our garage door originally. Luckily, they put a sticker on the back of the door with their phone number, so we called them and were able to get a same-​day appointment!
Not only was the door off the tracks, but the tracks were very bent due to us trying to close the door manually… this was gonna take a while and cost me some $$!! :-(
Travis showed up and couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional! It was very obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing — he took care of everything in about half an hour and fixed things so that we didn’t have to spend more money on new parts! The total charge was extremely reasonable. Hopefully I will not have more garage problems anytime soon… but if I do, I know who I will be calling!

So yesterday on Thanksgiving our garage door spring decides to break! Just awesome lol. Of course I have no idea who to call so I wait till today and my wife tells me to call this place that one of her co-​workers liked them. I figured being a day after a holiday they would be closed. I called and left a message and with in 15 minutes Barbara called back! I told her what happened she is super nice on the phone by the way. I figured I would have to wait till next week to get it fixed and she surprises me and says the repairman can be out between 2 – 3:00 pm today! Holy crap! That makes me happy! (my Harley was stuck in the garage!”) she tells me he will call when he’s on his way. I’m at work my cell rings at 1:30 and its Travis telling me he will be T the house in 20 minutes, perfect I work 10 minutes away ! I get there and Travis already has the door open and new springs are on the floor. He tells me how much it would cost to replace after a discount (that I never asked for) and how long it would take. He finished in less than a half hour ! Thank you Barbara and Travis for making this a stress free event for me. I will definitely be using you again and recommend to my friends and co-​workers. Travis, happy elk hunting brother!

Staff is very courteous when I called and explained their entire process to me. They also explained what their technicians drive and the uniform they wear, and that they all undergo background checks to work there. Matt called when he was on his way and arrived right at the time specified! He was very extremely nice and explained everything he was doing and why. It was a great customer experience! What a great company to work with! They are beyond professional and courteous, beginning with the initial phone call to Barbara and when Matt the installer comes out and does his thing. I called Friday morning at around 9 AM deciding to purchase a new garage door opener due to the old one having run its course. By 2 PM, I had a brand new opener installed and functioning, all at a really reasonable price! Obviously, how quickly this went down for me will not necessarily apply to everyone’s experience with All Access but it should give you an idea of how committed they are to customer service. The quality of their work is fantastic as well. Matt took the time to also explain my new opener to me and that was much appreciated. If you need a repair or are looking for a new garage door opener to be installed, give these folks a ring. I am willing to bet you will not regret it!

Called on a Friday morning at 7 and they were at my house by 8:20am. Replaced the springs in 30 min. They are reasonable and reliable! I have recommended them to many neighbors and friends!

Called on a Friday afternoon because my garage door finally stopped working. I accidentally hit it several months ago. Jason came out on Saturday morning and gave me several options. All reasonably priced options. I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off like so many other times I’ve had to have repairs done on my house. Travis and Jason came out on Monday morning and had my brand new door up within 2 hours. The price was great, the service was outstanding, and they were on time. I highly recommend this company! Our garage door opener is eight years old. It still works and didn’t need to be replaced. I found All Access Garage Doors on Angie’s List, where they’re highly recommended. The $ 65 tune-​up included: replacing the brackets so our garage door no longer shakes back and forth when it opens/​closes, tightening loose wires by adding wire nuts and placing bare wires back inside the walls, and tightening wires on the wall button inside the garage. He took 30 minutes and accepted a check — sweet!

Yesterday, I was having problems with my garage door so I started calling companies to check on pricing and who was able to come to my home. I checked on Unilocal and saw that All Access had good ratings so I called them.
A woman by the name of Barbara answered and I told her what my problem was. She apologized and told me that they wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday. I told her that wouldn’t work for me and was going to hang up but she started to ask questions to find out more information. At this point, most people would have not even bothered to do anything else. I told her that I couldn’t lock my garage door and she gave suggestions on how I could keep people from opening it.
While I wasn’t able to use this company, I felt she was as helpful as she could be and went above and beyond. Her attitude is rare!
I am giving them 3 stars only because I haven’t had any other contact with them.

I was very pleased with the service I received! I called yesterday and was able to get an appt for first thing Sat morning. Eric was friendly and helpful. He recommend I switch to a 2 spring system for the size of my door. He also greased all joints and showed me how to maintain biannually. The price they quoted was fair and there were no other hidden charges. I will definitely use again and would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

Really amazing service! Our garage spring broke… and the lady on the phone broke down the price for one and/​or two springs. There was no hidden costs either.
It gets a star dock because she forgot to put me on the schedule and I had left work early that day expecting them. But because I couldnt get off early another day… she had the technician come on my time off. AND she also gave my service for ½ the price. That is very reasonable for me!
I will def be calling them for when my garage needs a tune-​up

These guys do a great job and they don’t rip you off. They will come the same day you call and only fix what is needed. I have used them at my house and at my rental property. For my rental property, the renter busted the cable and pushed the rollers off the track. I thought I’d have to replace the door, but they just pounded it back into place, replaced the cable, and only charged me $ 65.
