Tires Plus

I would not recommend this Tires Plus for any mechanic work. On my recent visit, I was told that my whole front hub assembly needed replaced & that all (4) tires were bald & one was split. First red flag as I knew my tires weren’t bald. Total for all $ 1,365.00. Very upset & thinking my front end was going to fall, I was afraid to go over any bump. I took my car to my trusted mechanic where I used to live & they told me that my front hub assembly was just fine & my tires didn’t need replaced. I was appalled that they would try to scare me into getting work done that wasn’t needed. Not any place I would recommend to my family or friends!!!

After researching for 2 weeks, I finally found the best prices on tires at the East Bay Largo Tires Plus. Happy with their numbers, I scheduled an appointment. In the midst, I found out that the customer service exceeded my expectations as well. A lot of mechanics talk to me like I don’t know anything about cars (I can’t say I blame them by the looks of me), but the technician at Tires Plus realized very quickly that I do understand more than I look like I do. He treated me with respect and kindness where most car shops would try to rush through to the next customer.
The store manager was absolutely pleasant as well. A few days after my visit, I still had some questions about what was happening to my car. I spoke with him directly to let him know what was going on, and he had me bring the car back in for a second look. Being a single mom expecting my second child, the safety of my car is of utmost importance right now. The store manager and technician both made sure everything was running smoothly. As it turns out, the work they originally did had been done perfect, but my car still needed some work. They were able to figure out what it needed, and helped me get it all done with as little stress as possible.
Tires Plus isn’t just about the profits; they truly care about making sure the vehicles they work on are sent out in better condition than they came in. And they definitely do care about your family being safe. I am so glad I chose this location to get my car worked on. I will certainly be returning to them for my future auto care needs.

My experience here is not what I expected from an auto care shop.
The guys inside are very friendly and actually want to help. I never heard any ridiculous upsells or pushy sales tactics often used by auto mechanics. These guys were knowledgeable and fun. Plus, the place is very clean and I was in and out in less than an hour.

A great place to get tires. Recently an incident occurred and Marvin made it right with zero hassle. I’ve been going here for years & will continue.

This place is great! My mom started going here and loved their customer service so much that she has been recommending everyone she knows to this place. They are super friendly, and very helpful. The guy that wrote a bad review is nuts. I have been in here multiple times for my car, my boyfriends, and my moms & not one of us has experienced long wait times, or fees to check the car. Everyone has their own experience/​opinion so don’t let that one mans view discourage you from getting great deals!
