History

Established in 2003.

I moved to Florida in the year 2000 from Heidelberg/​Germany. Coming from Europe I have a passion for Food and Health, so I combined the 2 together and started my business in 2003. I walked in my 1. Health food store with a zip lock bag and a handwritten label and received my first order. I rented church kitchens and was able to grow my business and still raise my son. In 2013 I finally moved into my big Warehouse kitchen in Largo. My son is working now with me so we can continue to grow and come up with new ideas. I really love what I do !!

I moved from Germany in 2000 to Florida and started my business in 2003. I love baking and cooking, had 15 years Italian Restaurants in Germany and wanted to share recipes with friends and people who share a healthy life style. I am constantly looking for New ideas to make healthy eating more fun, so you can stick to it. Nobody likes to eat” cardboard” for a long time I am specializing in Granola and Energy Balls, but I also make Tiramisu or Christmas Cookies and healthy all Natural dog Treats (I own 4 dogs) I believe that you are what you eat, like to keep food simple without any additives.
