Dunkin’ Donuts

Love this place, the new woman they have working the window is just sweet as pie. She makes getting my coffee every day a pleasure!

Not sure what the fuss is with the bad reviews. The drive thru for me went smoothly and got exactly what I ordered. Nice stop before hitting the traffic!

I ALWAYS HATE COMING HERE. The employees are a bunch of angry, careless, I hate-​my-​job type people. They don’t care about their job, the quality or the service. They greet you with «what do You want» and if you ask a question, the answer might me «whatever…». They simply throw the coffee cup on the counter and walk away. Can’t tell you how many times they’ve miscounted the donuts ordered.
Its too bad. They really could make a good reputation for themselves as the food/​coffee is good.

DD doesn’t have the best donuts but this location is awful. They were out of a lot of flavors and the one I did get was hard on one side and inedible. I’ve had bad experiences on multiple occasions and the only reason I’ve been back is because it’s on the way to work. I think I’ll save my money and stay away from now on.

Took almost 4 minutes to order in the drive through, then another 5 for my order! To top is all off when I get up there they don’t even have the flavor syrup I wanted! This is the 2^nd time I have been here and they have been out of supplies. I can’t seem to pick a Dunkin Donuts that is actually good! Very disappointing!

There was a time when this store was the only one around. Not any more.
I’ve been coming here off and on (actually more off) for 15 years. There were times when this was one of the best run DD’s in Pinellas. But, it seems they can’t hold onto the good managers for very long at all. It’s like everything is going fine for a few months then the manager leaves, then the wheels fall off when they have a series of lousy managers for months on end.
Recently stopped in for my iced coffee and everything seemed OK until I looked at the donut racks nearly all empty… really??? This is a donut shop how the hell do you run out of donuts?
IMHO, the best DD is the one next to Largo High School. They should do the training for this county there. They know how to do it right.
