Our families favorite place in town. Large menu, cheap, family friendly prices, and the food is great. Burgers, brisket, the homemade onion rings, all good. It’s a Bar and Grill, and the bar seems more popular than the restaurant portion, although I am not sure why. The restaurant area is large enough to being your family. I take my three young daughters and this place is very kid friendly. Kids menu, crayons and coloring pages for the kids. It’s a new family favorite in Laredo. During early dinner hours we are often the only people in the restaurant and it’s a shame, it’s excellent! Did I mention the food is spectacular?

This place is beyond awful. They advertise long islands but the bartenders couldn’t even make it right. The people are trashy. The atmosphere is trashy. Hire decent bartenders and the clintele might improve. Never coming back ever.

Very bad food. They have been demoted by the Health Department several times. Wings taste nasty. Burgers are decent.

Went to grab a bite and watch spurs game in their outdoor area. Had to go to the bar inside to get a beer. Flagged down 2 waitresses to get a menu. Once the second waitress provided a menu my friend and I were never provided any service. Never going back

Actually, I haven’t been here yet. I’m interested in trying it out, but what about the business hours? Specifically, what are the hours for Monday, December 22nd?

Decent place just that the DJ is not that great. Foods good and so are the prices. Try pineapple upside down shots.

It’s hit or miss every time, the last time I was there the band rocked, I have never eaten here, but have had drinks from time to time. Which brings me to my next issue, get to know your bartenders well, when the house gets packed it takes a while to get a drink.

Not bad… service was good, drinks were strong, ordered the jalepeno poppers very good and very spicy. The drinks were pretry expensive

My family and I came here during a Cowboys football game. The place was packed with plenty of fans. We were greeted promptly and shown to a table within a few minutes of our arrival. All of us decided to go with the all you can eat ribs. I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs because none of us got a second helping. The ribs were huge! The sides were decent and the BBQ sauce was good, but the meat was not tender at all. Our waitress was nice, but not super attentive. As a whole, I was a little disappointed. I was looking forward to some great Texas BBQ and I felt like the food I received didn’t meet my expectations. Maybe it was because I was in Laredo or maybe we went to the wrong restaurant. Either way I felt a little cheated.

Staff: Friendly and courteous Atmosphere: The six-pack center pieces and neon signs made it look tacky. North Laredo is full of working professionals who are looking for a nice, casual place to go for dinner and drinks. They could class it up just a notch while still maintaining a laid-back, no frills atmostphere. I like that they played rock music during dinner, the volume was just right, my friends and I could carry on a conversation without yelling. One of the bartenders was recently in trouble for serving a customer after 2am, what a shame to get bad press so early on. Food: We had the ultimate nachos for an appetizer, I was looking forward to them until they arrived with that nasty, fake, canned cheese :(I would be willing to pay more if they used real, shredded cheese. If I want canned cheese on my nachos then I’ll get them from a snack cart, not a sit-down restaurant. For dinner most of us had the Brisket plate, the brisket and potato salad were good. The beans were just ok. My friend ordered ribs, which he said reminded him of some jerky he just bought… dry with no flavor. Portions were plentiful. Prices were reasonable. Drinks: I did not see a drink menu, which is a shame because they could really boost liquor/beer sales if they put some effort into making one that featured some signature cocktails and their beer selection. I had a margarita, it wasn’t very good. My friend ordered a margarita as well, the color of hers was much darker than mine, indicating that their bartenders lack training and don’t have accurate pouring skills, if only the owners realized how much that costs them in the long run… This place holds some promise if they can learn how to cook ribs, set a drink standard, and tone down the tackiness…
