I thought the brisket I’ve been having in DC is good until I had this… my world turned upside down! I tried the moist brisket and it was delicious. The baby back ribs was phenomenal! The meat was tender, moist and really tasty. might be the best I’ve tried so far.

The moist brisket is unbelievable. Love the jalapeño sausage too. Great restaurant. Best BBQ in the Laredo area. Highly recommended.

Service was great. Meat was just okay. Very smokey. We were told to go for the brisket and all of the reviews also said to try the brisket. Very fatty, even the lean was more fatty then I am used to. The BBQ sauce was good. The potato salad was creamy. Next time we will try the turkey on a baked potato! Those looked awesome!

This place was packed last Wednesday and still the food was quick. I loved how tender and juicy the brisket turned out. The coleslaw was sweet and fresh, just how I like it. Great food and environment.

They need more smiling staff. They look like there are angry. Food is great and the only person I saw with a smile is the cook. Price is too high.

Rudy’s is delicious! All of their meat and sides are great! They also have a loaded jumbo potato which could probably feed 2 people. Even their breakfast tacos are awesome. Bring your friends and family from out of town, it will be the one place they keep talking about!

ALWAYSGETTHEEXTRAMOIST! Everything else is a mistake! So I always make the mistake of getting too much meat(¾ pound and 2 sausages) for just myself… try to contain yourself. You don’t want to be too full! Oh and that cream corn… don’t forget to order it! You can also ask for extra bread if you’re still hungry: D

I’m a northern boy and don’t know a lot about barbecue, but what I do know is that the heaping piles of meat I had at Rudy’s were dee-licious. Fun dining atmosphere, free samples!

Despite living in Austin for four years, I’d never been to Rudy’s till the weekend we ended up in Laredo. We needed a quick bite to eat, and Rudy’s delivered. My chopped beef sandwich was awesome, but I could have used a less buttery bun.

This restaurant could probably have the best customer service you can find in Laredo. Even as an employee, customer service is their priority. The way you order your food might be a little different than the usual«fast food» restaurant, and with good reason since this isn’t fast food! All the food in Rudy’s is made right then and there. It might be a wee-bit pricey, but once you taste the brisket you’ll know where those extra cents went to! I highly recommend it, also try their cream corn. It’s nothing like the canned cream corn, this is special Rudy’s cream corn seemingly dropped down from heaven. Also there’s plenty of room in there, give it a try!

This place has great BBQ. The shredded pork sandwich will satisfy anyone’s hunger. I’d also suggest the baked beans because they include a little bit of brisket mixed in.
