History

Established in 1970.

My grandmother moved from Florida to Michigan purchasing our farm and its original 1839 Victorian style farm house and several other farm buildings that accompanied it. She was and still is a brilliant artist, teacher, and entrepreneur who from nothing built what today is a 11,500 sqf country store carrying product lines that include everything from cards and candles to home décor and furnishings. Our country store also has Christmas and Halloween departments open year around as well as our floral department which offers floral design classes and wedding consultations. Our cider mill is a 4,100 sqf fully functioning cider mill which during peak production can press thousands of gallons of cider each week. Our cider mill also has a full restaurant and bakery making some of the best pizzas and burgers in town, our bakery makes everything from donuts and pies to breads and fudge.

Manager

I am the third generation managing the farm now. My grandparents and parents as well as my aunts make up the multi-​generational management team. I have worked here my whole life from the time i was able to help pick black walnuts out of the front yard at the age of 5 i have always found work on the farm and in doing so have learned everything from planting crops with the John Deere tractors to ordering inventory, building sandwiches to building a haunted house. My grandparents have put there lives into this business and continue to teach me new skills and life lessons every day and for that i am truly blessed
