Established in 1982.

It was 33 years ago that The Ice Cream Club was born! This is our first store and our flagship location. The Ice Cream Club®, Inc. has steadily grown to become the leading regional manufacturer and distributor of premium parlor style ice cream, yogurt and related products in the Southeastern U.S. The secret to our success is the unbeatable taste of our premium 14% Ice Cream Club® line. Our product has become synonymous for large quantities of oversized inclusions along with many creative and unique flavors. The Ice Cream Club ® holds true to the old-​fashioned way of producing ice cream. This process takes longer and is less automated, but the taste of the ice cream definitely makes it worth it! The Ice Cream Club® prides itself on its long term employees, customers and suppliers. In addition, The Ice Cream Club®, Inc. maintains strong commitment to the community, donating time, resources and products to numerous charities and scholastic enhancement programs.

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I went today at around 2:00pm and the woman working immediately barked at us «what do you want?!» She gave us a mean look throughout our ordering process and was altogether cold. After we were done ordering, an elderly man walked in and she proceeded to be more rude to him than she was to us. She asked very loudly what kind of cone he wanted and was exasperated when he couldn’t decide. She then yelled that he needed to take a cup because the ice cream was «very soft.» I have never before seen someone be so rude to a senior citizen, especially not a service professional. Despite the bitter service, the ice cream was delicious.

I don’t know why other people gave this place less than 5 stars and saying that staff aren’t friendly. I just had a great moment of laughter with them while paying for my treat… and, just so you know, you will not lose anything if you give your smile to anyone even if the person is not smiling back at you… always give love instead of expecting and waiting to receive one… peace!

Poor rude service for ok ice cream. Employees clearly don’t care about customers or them enjoying the ice cream.
Everything is rushed, indifferent and grumpy. All of us have been coming for years. One of our friends mentioned how bad the staff has become, but we figured it was just a one time thing. This so the third time that the staff is miserable to deal with. Such a shame. Never again.
Go to Publix or go anywhere else. Better service at cheaper prices.

First time in West Palm Beach and I stumbled upon this place. I has the «Eyes Wide Open» ice cream on a sugar come. This was my first time tasting a coffee flavored ice cream. It was great! Whenever I come back to the area; I will be sure to stop by.

Perfect, little, quaint ice cream joint. Key words being ice cream because its probably my favorite thing in the world. My girlfriend and I shared double cups with flavors such as butterscotch bomb, chocolate peanut butter, butter pecan and salty caramel peanut. Don’t get me wrong, Ben & Jerry’s has it’s place in the world, but real men don’t eat brownies and snickers and jolly ranchers in their sundaes. Give me the quality classic flavors any day. Boom me to a moon made of ice cream.

This is an adorable little ice cream shop with plenty of home-​made ice cream flavor options as well as frozen yogurt if you are looking for a healthier option. It is right off the beach (across the street from a public beach parking lot) and in the same shopping center as some good food options.
There are also more portable sweet treats available, like smoothies, shakes, malts etc. There is a public parking lot associated with this store, so no need to fret about street parking. They prefer cash, and like small bills.

One warm night I searched A1A for an ice cream shop along the beach. I expected the usual flavors and experience but was impressed with this shop. Sure, the location is good but what I didn’t expect was how great the ice cream would be. It was some of the best I’ve had. This spot is on my list of places of places to seek out when I’m in the area.
They also make smoothies, shakes and malts. Parking is free and there is lots of it. Outside seating only.
