Wife and I bought our Honda Insight here about a year ago. I did my due diligence on the car I wanted first then on every car dealership nearby. Napleton responded within 30 minutes of my request (8pm!), respected my budget and found us a comparable car. The salesman was friendly and didn’t push us at all. Wish I had gotten pre-​approved before since the credit approval process is irritating but easily switched to my own bank later. Still coming here for maintenance and repair. Mike always helps us. Reasonably priced and always friendly. We’ll continue to come back, especially if we ever need a new car.

I used True Car to help me find the best deal on a car, and it led me to Napleton River Oaks Honda. Amber from the dealership called me and asked what car I was interested in, and I told her that I would like to come in and that I would like to work with a patient salesperson since I did not know much about Honda. When I arrived, I was introduced to my salersperson, Jill V. and she turned out to be amazing! Jill showed me all of the cars and she knew so much about all of them. We test drove the cars, and she showed me all of the available cars and options. She helped me to negotiate a great deal with the dealership’s manager, Frank, who was also very polite, very patient and he was very flexible and fair in helping me to reach a price for the car which turned out to be even better than I had anticipated. Jill stayed way past closing time to show me how to use all of the car’s technology and she never hurried me or acted as though she had to leave, even though it was 11:30 at night! I would highly recommend this dealership — and I would absolutely recommend Jill — she was simply amazing! It was a long ride from my house — but I am so glad that I took the trip. Jill made this such a great experience and I just love my new Honda!

Back in 2007, my dad bought a CR-​V from Napleton Honda (back when they were in a tiny building on River Oaks Drive) and he didn’t have many complaints. He got a good discount on the car without much haggling, and he encountered no issues with any of the finance or service employees. So I came here in 2014 to test drive an Accord when I was in the market for a car. I had already driven several cars from Cal City dealerships and they all let me take a short, but useful test drive loop — down Torrence avenue, hop on 94, get off at 159^th. So when I got to this dealership, I picked the Accord I wanted to drive, they pulled it out, and bam, we were off. Until I mentioned getting to Torrence Avenue. And the salesperson with me said «Oh, I didn’t put plates on the car. We can’t go on any roads. We have to just stay back here.» I had him repeat that. So yes, my «test drive» of the Accord consisted of me going a maximum of 20mph on a one-​lane access road for about 3 minutes.
The dealership looks nice on the inside and their new location is much easier to access due to its size. But I was just so stunned they wouldn’t let me on a ROAD with their car that I ended up going to a different dealership just to take a simple test drive.
