My experience with this store is very bad, the worst one. I will never go back to this store again. I purchased a phone of $ 80 and then wanted to return in the second day, with the package unopen. But they still charged me for $ 35 for restocking fee, although I have a coupon saying that the restocking fee is up to 10% of the selling price. And I also called the AT&T customer service line, and the representative told me that the restocking fee is up to $ 25. The stuff called Carlos told me that they don’t care the feeling of customers and if there is any conflicts between the policy of their store and AT&T, the policy of their store has a higher priority. It’s ridiculous and unreasonable!

I would love to give this place a great review, as 90% of their employees are very knowledgeable and VERY helpful, but I was just there today and I dealt with a very annoying employee who kept insisting that I was wrong about an insurance plan I had for my phone and had no idea what channels AT&T U-Verse carried and wasn’t able to figure it out in the time I was there. However, if you’re in the Greater Lansing area, this store is better than the ones at the mall, but not by much.

I went in there seeking help about a connectivity issue. The store doesnt really deal with that sort of thing, but the slaesman Nabil was very helpful, even though his helping me was not going to earn him a commission.
