Mrp has helped me on some big jobs. Matt realy makes sure the job is done correct .We both like bryant equipment.

MRP Heating & Cooling sent a technician out last weekend to repair my air conditioning system. The tech named William was very polite, diagnosed the problem in no time and explained what caused the malfunction. I feel the price for the repair was more than fair and I will call them in the future. My air conditioner has been running great. Thank You MRP.

I have a «two zone» heating & cooling home.
I needed to replace the main house system in the early spring of 2013. I got five quotes…“MRP”, hands down not just was the best price, but the best product, the owner is so professional with answering all questions, etc. and very friendly!
Today, August 15^th 2013, he’s back to replace the second zone (after several. Quotes from other companies), and same thing, Matt the owner is by far the best in all of Montgomery/​bucks/​Berks counties !

Matt was extremely helpful with walking me through my options. I received 3 quotes and Matt was the lowest price with the best equipment. I did my own research and found that what Matt recommended was my best option, I can’t say that about the other companies I spoke with. Matt and his crew were on time and he completed the job ahead of schedule. I have 3 little kids and needed MRP to install my new system immediately, Matt understood my situation and before I knew it he had my house warm again. My electric bill has also gone down. I will continue to recommend MRP heating and cooling.

I called and spoke to Matt on a Tuesday morning and explained to him that my AC needed repair. Due to an emergency oil furnace replacement during this past winter and the priority being getting the furnace up and running ASAP, my AC condensate pump was left uninstalled and the AC evaporator coil inside my ductwork was installed hastily leaving question as to it’s proper operation. Matt told me he was finishing a job on Wednesday and would call me Wednesday morning to let me know when he would be coming to look at my system. Wednesday morning came an went. I called Matt and left him a message reminding him that I was expecting a call from him and asking him to call me back. Weeks later and I haven’t received a return phone call and I expect i’ve been long forgotten. I have no comments as to the quality of his work but he doesn’t seem to be responsible enough to follow up or return a phone call so no thanks.

I called MRP because of the good ratings and I was not disappointed. Matt came out to take measurements, explained the work to be done, and gave me an estimate that was about 15% lower than anyone else’s (and I got a total of 6). He did the install within two days and gave me a three year warranty (vs. the other’s who were giving only one year). The five star rating «as good as it gets» definitely applies to MRP Heating and Cooling.

Matt, the owner of MRP is a very knowledgeable and courteous professional. Of three estimates, his was the best price and also the most impressive. He did not try to needlessly up sell like some other companies had. In fact, he pointed out how a larger AC unit would be a problem. He also had great suggestions on where we could relocate our outside unit to and helped with all the rebate and warranty information. I cannot recommend Matt and MRP enough. Do yourself a favor and make him your first call.
