Established in 1988.

We started our business with five customers and now serve over 500 customers in Eastern Montgomery and Bucks County. We aim to continue to grow one customer at a time, with proven operational excellence and first-​rate customer service.

With a degree in economics, Steve Harper comes from a diverse background in advertising and business. As a born entrepreneur and now the owner of Harper’s Gutter Cleaning, he wanted to build a company based on hard work, honesty and treating customers with respect. Steve has spent the last 25+ years doing just that with great success.
