This warehouse is a little different than the other location. It’s clean, organized and the staff is professional but there’s little to no personally there as far as management. The guy is very dry and quite arrogant.

First of two part move, local move from Annapolis, MD. It started with a great estimator, followed by a concerned and helpful coordinator to keep me on track. The three movers were fantastic and treated my furniture as if it was their own. Highly recommend and will be using them again very soon.

CAN I GIVE THEM A ZERO. I had to deal with this moving company twice through the government. They stole, complained, and couldn’t finish the job in time. They showed up four hours late and stayed until midnight. My neighbors were extremely upset. The employees fought amongst each other and one guy hid in my bathroom for over an hour to avoid work. I found another guy taking a nap in my basement. After all of this, I am missing my Dyson Vacuum, Kids Bikes, Electronics, and more. They need to be debarred from doing business with the government.

WORSE MOVERS EVER!!! They were
Contracted by the government to do military move. They were 4 hours late. Someone did call about 30 before schedule time and said they would be 30 minutes late. Turned into 4 hours late. No other call. Three gentlemen arrived. Seemed agitated about having to move stuff like it wasn’t their job or something. All my stuff was pre arranged with what needed to be moved and what didn’t. So after they packed everything and left, I immediately noticed that my laptop (an item that was far away from the items that needed to be packed) was missing. I called the company right away to report the item. They initiated an investigation… Supposedly. I called back to follow up but didn’t get any details. I contacted the agency that contracted the company and they said I wasn’t allowed to initiate a report until AFTER my goods were delivered… which would be over a month later. When my shipment arrived I noticed alot more was stolen. 2 watches, a set of speakers and a box of dishes (don’t know why they would want that). Boxes were mislabeled and the packing job was AWEFUL! Pieces of my statue was missing and like items were placed in different boxes. I was FUMING! And I tipped them pretty handsomely! I’m doing everything in my power to have them REMOVED from the government contract list! HORRIBLE!
