Our children surprised us with a stay at this beautiful farm for our 40th wedding anniversary. The converted barn and property is beautiful. The owners clearly enjoy running the inn and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was not your typical muffins and coffee but a full breakfast of fruit, eggs, ham, juice and coffee. What a lovely place to not only stay but hold an event. The owners personalities and location made this an enjoyable experience for us.

I wish I could give more stars to this fine establishment. We threw our friend a baby shower here and couldn’t have been more pleased. The price to rent was reasonable, the location is gorgeous and the owners are very laid back, kind and helpful. We were allowed to tour the location a few weeks before the event. Tables and chairs were included in the price. We had about 45 people at our event but could have held up to maybe 80 – 100. Horses on the property which are beautiful to look at and lots of cats, which I loved.(Most won’t come near you but they are cute to watch) I loved every aspect of our experience here and would absolutely use this venue again. Thank you Bob and Vivian for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful beautiful B and B in the heart of Amish farm country. This farm is just that a 20 acre plus farm with a gorgeous stonewalled barn which has been carefully renovated into a comfortably lavish place to rest and relax. The room rates vary based on bed size and suite size … I paid 130 $ a night for the cheaper room. I chose this spot because it was closest to my race. Last year I camped and got 3 hours sleep due to a chorus of snoring men in tents nearby. Hiking 29 miles on 3 hours sleep is not recommended. Thanks to this lovely place I got several hours sleep and completed my race! There are spaces available for weddings or other occasions and the attention to detail inside is perfect. Everything from the country chic antiques to old beams from the original barn beams made me smile. The entire property is gorgeous. I enjoyed speaking with the owners… an older couple and their daughter. It’s clear they put their lives into this place. I chatted with then about everything from horse riding to English roses to their friendly outdoor cats. They serve breakfast but not dinner so you will need to look up local food establishments nearby. The area around Lancaster York is very developed and has several places to eat. Cell phone reception is not good near the farm, bring an additional GPS. Lastly I left a piece of jewelry behind and they were more than courteous with mailing it back to me fast. I appreciated that very much.

Such a lovely B&B! We pet the horses, enjoyed the little waterfall, and had a nice quiet evening. I would definitely return!

I had the pleasure of visiting this bed and breakfast/farm this past Sunday for a bridal shower. It’s an absolutely beautiful facility with wonderful owners that truly made it a special occasion. There are four rooms in the bed and breakfast located in a completely refinished barn on the beautiful property. We didn’t get a chance to see any of them, but if they are half as nice as the rest of the facility, anyone who stays here is in for a treat! The reception room is on the bottom floor of the old bank barn, so it opens onto a beautiful terrace with views of the landscaped yard, stream and farmland. The owner greeted us all, helped us get set up, and helped trick the bride to be into coming downstairs to be surprised. He was really friendly and relaxed about time frames, allowing us to stay as late as we needed. I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Lancaster area that wants a sense of the history(the house and barn are old stone buildings that have been lovingly restored) and a quiet place to relax! It’s also a great place to hold events!
