Johnny was professional, and best of all, available when I needed him. He was able to fix some minor water damage from an incorrectly installed toilet, fix the plumbing, and even do some patching of the floor and ceiling, although he usually sticks to plumbing. As an added bonus, he fixed two leaky toilets that I had not even put on the «To-​Do» list — for no additional charge. He’s not the cheapest guy in town, but I would say reasonable, and he sticks to the quote he’ll give you up front. Thanks, Johnny!

I called before 8 AM, thinking I would have to leave a voicemail. Johnny answered my call and came to the house in less than an hour to take care of an emergency. He checked everything else for me before he left. I was very pleased.

I had a drain problem at my rental unit that I couldn’t fix myself so I reluctantly called in the professionals. Johnny answered promptly and was at my rental immediately. Johnny diagnosed the problem and gave me 2 quotes, one where he dug the hole and a lower one where I dug the hole. Being cheap, I dug the hole and, later that day, Johnny came back to repair the sewer line and I filled it back in the next day. Johnny’s prices were very reasonable, he did excellent work and he cared about getting the problem, not just the symptoms, corrected. I would highly recommend him!

Thank you Johnny Plumbing for helping us out with our water heater. What we thought would be a quick fix by replacing a thermocouple turned out to be a complete change out of a new water heater. Wasn’t something we anticipated, but Johnny explained what needed to be done and why. We were grateful for his help being it was the day before the 4^th of July and a lot of businesses being closed. A plumbing supply company was working half day and he quickly left to get the parts needed. Once parts were installed, Johnny stayed around to test and make sure the water heater was working properly.

These guys are great… my house is in Woodland Hills so they have a rather large territory. Originally my contractor used them to swap locations of my sink and oven, which included a lot of plumbing both inside my home and down in the crawl space. Everything came out clean and very well done… I needed a line put in for my new fridge and again they offered very professional service at a reasonable rate. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

Completely upset that I used this person, again feeling defrauded by plumbers. This person guarantees his work but will not even patch it up, overpriced and once hey gets his money he won’t be as nice, keep away from people that don’t keep their word, no integrity, he said he would come back to patch and then refused stating he was not responsible. I will never use this service again and neither should you.

As soon as john got here he started working on my backed up toilet and shower. He went on my roof to find the clog but there was none so he had to dig up the pipes and that’s where my problem was. He showed me everything that he was doing and tested all my pipes as he was working to make sure everything drained well like it should. He doesn’t give you the run around and is a very honest man. He even discounted my price since the problem was elsewhere but he still looked for it in all possible places. If you want someone honest and not scared to get dirty call john. I’m very pleased with his work and will definitely be calling him back next week so he can run a camera through my plumbing. From now on he will be the first one I call when I have an issue with my plumbing. He’s quality of work is well worth the price. Not to mention he has very good prices for a licensed contractor.

I called Johnny after seeing the reviews on Unilocal.and set up appointment with Johnny & my tenant. He was be there really quick. and take several times to repair all problem one by one. He called/​texted me with the problem that he had found and the cost ahead. He did the job and let me know as soon as he was done. It was quick and easy and the price was fair.

A Short Novel
Johnny basically saved my marriage — well ok that may be a little extreme, but I am not a great plumbing fixer guy. Johnny came to my rescue a few times… Yeah — I suck that much :)
Never really trusting plumbers I finally relented to my wife’s insistence and started to look for a plumber. I saw that Johnny received a very high rating up here on Unilocal and called him in the morning. He was willing to come out that evening (I have a 60 mile commute) He arrived before me and was super pleasant and friendly, knowing the kind of drive I have. After starting the first of 3 jobs, he at leased praised my efforts but told me I had no chance. He quickly fixed the washer faucet issues and gave me a fair price for the work. Wife was happy. Thank you Johnny.
Later that week, a leak springs from the same pipe in a different spot. It turns out that the pipe was cheap and finally burst after several years. I opened the wall and Johnny came out that day and repaired the pipe. Another quick clean job, and another fair price. As we had the wall opened, I said — you know this would be a great time to do a Box instead of the wall faucets.
We arranged for another visit on ²⁄₅ and Johnny came out to do a complete rebuild of the pipes, drains and faucets. And while he was there — I mentioned that the water regulator to the house was very old. Yeah, we replaced that too. Finally — we were looking at the drain from the furnace and we both disliked the way it was set up. I said please feel free to reroute it and make it more useful. So after a full day of multiple projects, Johnny not only did a great job in doing the plumbing but he also did a great job with the drywall repair after all the work.
Did I mention he gave me such a great deal that I actually gave him more money than he quoted because he earned it. AND SAVED MY A$$ from my wife…
Lastly, we were talking about Las Vegas and he mentioned a great resort in North Las Vegas. We went there this past weekend. We never left the building, and we had a great time. Talk about a man who can do it all…
Johnny is on speed dial, I need a new Water heater and we are thinking Tankless.

I’ve had a rental property in Lancaster for 5 years now. I usually use Darryll Livermore’s plumbing but Darryll was busy today and I needed a gas leak repair ASAP. I looked on Unilocal and found Johnny with high stars. I called and set up the appointment between Johnny and my tenants. Johnny was so rude to the tenants. They ended up getting into a huge fight and I had to tell Johnny to leave the property and that I would never use him again.
BTW. Johnny was 350 dollars to inspect and find the leak plus the repair. I found another plumber and just had it fixed… $ 140 total.

Late on Friday afternoon, the day after Christmas, Johnny answered his cell phone and called me as soon as he was done with the job he was on. He was courteous, completed the job quickly and charged reasonably for his services.

Our side lawn had a leak in it from the sprinkler system, read some reviews and decided to call. He went out that afternoon to take a look at what was going on, he made a couple guesses but couldn’t say for sure until he was able to dig it all up. He said he would be there first thing to start work the next day to let me know what it might be. I was impressed to get a call by 9:15 to give us his diagnosis, he gave me a quote over the phone for all the work and supplies. He even went out to check out the other sprinkler stations in the front yard and noticed those were broken too. When my mom and I stopped by that afternoon he was finishing up and cleaning up for the night, said he would be back the next day to fill up the holes that were dug up and let the ground dry up a bit overnight.
I would have given the extra star but after going back to the property a week later to check how the lawns were drying up there were still tarps and a pair of boots left behind, otherwise good work.

We had our main sewer line backed up into the house. So we called out another plumbing service and they did the job or so I thought 5 days later same problem. So called them back out they wanted to recharge us for the same problem and we said no way in hell.
Called out Johnny’s Plumbing instead to see what they would say about the problem. Johnny came out (I was surprised that he came out so late it was almost 10 when I called him but he came out that night) diagnosed the problem and said he would be back out tomorrow to fix the problem. Sure enough he was there ready to work pin pointed where he needed to dig to get to the problem (it was in a flower bed and we were able to save all of the flowers thanks to him). He was willing to work with us so that everything was kept very clean and dirt wasn’t every where. He found multiple problems and fixed them all ran a snake to open the line so we could use the water and said he would be back the next day (being they didn’t finish till almost 9 that night) to run a bigger snake down the line for any other problems and re-​seat one of the toilets that had lost its seal when everything backed up and flooded. Johnny and his co-​worker George were very nice and very professional.
The next morning he came back finished what he said he was going to do. Gave us a 90 day guarantee on the work he did and I finally saw the bill for all this it was almost 400 dollars less and what the other guys wanted to charge us. For sure I will be using Johnny’s Plumbing again no question about that. He has low prices does quality work and shows up when he says he will if not before, from what I have experienced that is something very hard to find in a plumber.

We called Johnny’s Plumbing and Rooter after a friend tried to help us with our plumbing and left us with a mess. Johnny came over and found the problems, since we had several issues, and started that day on fixing them. He had to come back over a series of days to finish it all. But we are very pleased with the work and it was as fast they could have done it. They were very kind and cleaned all the mess. In the future this will definitely be our go to Plumber. We have a hot water pipe leak. We called Johnny and his message said he would call back in five minutes and he called us back in two minutes. He gave us the time that he would meet with us and he was at our home at that time. Professional Service at a reasonable cost. I would recommend.
