Heaven On Wheels

I started with the office staff the girls were great they explained everything, and my contract was email and explained immediately. Then my Driver Jerry was great he arrived early was very social when we were at stops both to us and to the people admirers of the car I will use them again I’m sorry for the people that had bad experiences. You should try them again and ask for Jerry.

Disappointed in the amenities for our Christmas lights tour. Was encouraged to rent the larger, more expensive party bus because the larger windows would make it easier to see the lights AND we will be able to simultaneously stream Christmas music. Unfortunately when we arrived at the first neighborhood to look at lights the driver informed us «someone» had lost the control that allowed you to control the electronics and lights — our option was complete power inside (lights and music) or none (pitch black and silence). No apologies for 1) losing the controller or 2) for not reaching out ahead time making us aware of the situation so we had an opportunity to change vehicles or dates while they remedied the situation .
With small children scared of the dark the pitch black wasn’t the best option. So while we enjoyed the experience our ability to view the Christmas lights was greatly diminished.
I think the biggest disappointment is that I reached out to the company to discuss the next week and they never returned my call.
Not a way to run a business that benefits from repeat customers.

Yikes. «Mammoth» is an exaggeration, I had a group of 14 people in a limo that said it fit 26 — I pretty much had to sit in Indian style the whole ride. Nice driver, but rude man I spoke with on the phone at their offices. Maybe nice for some and that’s great, but we’ll use another service next time.

Range Rover limo was great for our wedding. Arrived on time and clean and was available when needed during our agreed upon time frame. Easy to work with.

They suck. Screwed us over on a bs cleaning bill.
I would rather walk than use their limo.

Excellent customer service. My reservation was made and the agreement was emailed immediately! The Driver Jerry made out experience extra special he arrived 15 minutes early… he already had our stops mapped out and new exactly how long it would take to make it there (we stopped at 4 different places)…I definitely would hook with them again!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. OUR DRIVER WAS OVER 45 MINUTES LATE LEAVING 20 ten year olds in 35 degree weather waiting for Limo to arrive. No call was made to me to advise they would be late. I was surprised the car was not there when I arrived 15 minutes before the party was to begin. I assumed the driver would want to go over the route, show the features of the limo, collect final payment, etc. NOT THE CASE. I paid for a 3 hour xmas light tour & only had about 2 hours in the limo and could not view the light show due to foggy windows. The customer service is great — Crystal was very helpful and provided excellent customer service — however, we had a REALLY bad experience :(I had a holiday party/​Xmas light tour party for my 10yo daughter and 19 friends. Our pick up location was our elementary school. All guests arrived on time BUT… there was no Limo. The children waited in the cold for over 45 mins before it arrived. The driver offered to extend the trip but since this was a group of 10yos on a school night –the party had to end at the original end time of 8:30pm. During the light tour, you could not see the holiday lights because of the fog on the windows. We asked for them to be defrosted– but they were never cleared. We were able to roll down the two windows towards the back of the limo, and take turns viewing the lights. Very disappointed over all. The limo seemed to have a lot of cool features but because he arrived so late there was no time to go over all the features or for our driver to show me how they worked. We went over a few curbs and while the driver was very nice — I just think perhaps he was very new to driving. Which in hindsight, not the best for the precious cargo we had aboard the limo. I have to give one star because Unilocal requires you to select a rating. I would have preferred to not select a star at all. I paid for 3 hours of limo service and missed almost an entire hour& because we could not view the holiday lights nor the light show because there was no way to figure out how to turn the radio station to direct station that played the music for the light show. I would not recommend or entrust them wth a special occasion to anyone for fear of being late to your event. While there had been ice storms in Dallas the week before, the roads were very clear the day of the party. They advertise that they are a professional driving service, However; I feel that checking traffic conditions would be a HUGE and significant part of their scheduling and planning. Meaning, they should have checked traffic and dispatched the driver accordingly. It’s their profession — If I had a flight to catch or a wedding to attend –they would have not checked traffic conditions and planned accordingly, I would miss the wedding or flight! I don’t understand it. I have emailed them 2x since this review and they finally responded today taking zero responsibility and no apology. In fact, they lied saying we used the limo for 18 mins over — not true. Once again, showing their unprofessionalism. You would think the owner would call to apologize for ruining our event — but sadly they did not. They should at the very least offer to refund the $ for the portion of time that we missed & refund the holiday light tour that we could not view due to foggy windows & defrost not working. Its not like the driver was 5 or 10 minutes late. The party was shortened by an HOUR & the holiday light tour and reason we rented the limo– did not happen.. Bottom line is I paid for a service and they definitely did not deliver– on many different levels. Again, I strongly urge you to NOT select Heaven on Wheels for your event. If you’re renting a limo service, I would assume its for a special event. Our special event was completely ruined and we are devastated.

Customer service is atrocious. I booked the limo, had to call back later because the girl was going back and forth between booking my phone call and someone else’s phone call. Okay, no big deal. Paid in full but was not informed of a cancellation policy or anything. Was supposed to recieve a contract and confirmation information via email, which would have explained the cancellation policy. Didn’t receive, called twice requesting it, finally got it but not until after I cancelled the trip and was not being refunded anything and then they sent the contract to me and told me I was losing all of the money. The woman «helping» me actually yelled at me and was nasty and hung up on me. We ended up keeping the limo because I was going to have to pay either way. I would pay any family member or friend not to use them solely based on their customer service, or lack there of, and their nasty, disrespectful attitudes.
1 star for the driver. Harold was our driver, he was great. Stopped wherever we wanted. It was a bachelorette so lots of stops, drug store, 7 11, bars, restaurants, 7 11, 2 390 483 liquor stores, more bars, etc. He took us everything and was a fun sport with the party. Go Harold! The limo itself was also right on, we got the pink hummer limo, expensive, but perfect for a bachelorette.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! You will be very disappointed… in fact, you will be appalled. The behavior of the employees is disgusting. The worst company I have ever experienced.
Do yourself a favor… Spread the word, and NEVER use Heaven On Wheels!

THE LIMO DRIVE LEFT 17 PEOPLE STRANDED!
This was the worst experience ever! The limo first went to the wrong place… not only making the limo late… but also ruined the surprise by showing up at the wrong place (–15 MINUTES of our three hours booked). Then the driver took us to a random winery that was not included on our list which was also closed… not to mention in a different city (–45 MINUTES of our three hours)! There was either very little or no AC working in the limo. At our final location, it was 2:45pm, we had the limo until 3:30pm, the drive decided he didn’t want to wait until 3:30 told us to get our stuff and he left. When we called the company, the person who answer the phone told me how «annoying I was, call back during regular business hours.» The limo was operating and they answered the phone, it was their business hours.
We were shorted over 1 hour due to the limo drives mess ups and then he left 45 minutes early. Worst experience. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
