History
Established in 1990.
The business was started when funding for the public schools in California was diverted elsewhere.
A study (Veysey) was done proving that private driving schools were more effective in providing Driver Education and Training and at a much lower cost to the public due to competition in the market place.
Student learn faster in a shorter amount of time because their instruction time is not shared but individualized to their needs.
