First time I’ve been here since the remodel/renovation a few years back. I like the internal layout and seating. Brightly lit with friendly baristas. However, thumbs down for the slow wifi. Nuthin’ But A ‘G’ Thang just doesn’t sound the same when it has to buffer every few seconds.

A typical Starbucks. I like the seating layout a bit better than other locations. Don’t have to sit next to a wall for an outlet since the center community table has plugs underneath. Pretty cool. Reasoning for 3⁄5 stars is that the wifi is terrible! Tethering on 4G w/2 bars is more reliable and faster than their wifi. Drive through is always super busy, but I guess that’s expected, considering it’s the only Starbucks for a little while, let alone one with a drive-through.

You can expect all the normal things of Starbucks here but with enhanced atmosphere. They did a great job when renovating this location, lots of great ambience and seating. I have worked here multiple occasions, the Internet is solid and the staff nice.

Made the mistake of going inside to avoid the drive thru line. 3 people in front of me and 20 minutes of waiting. Don’t stop here if your in a hurry!

The average wait time is north of 15 minutes and there’s a decent chance that they just don’t make your order. I’ve had to go up to the counter twice simply because they forgot about it. They never seem to be short staffed. It just seems like disorganized chaos with horrible wait times.

What has happened at this location??? For a couple months now, this place has become a disaster! It’s slow as heck, EVERYSINGLE order I’ve placed in 2 months or so has been wrong to some extent or another. Looking for another drive thru location with a QUICKNESS!!!

60⁄40 chance at order being right but it’s the closest Starbucks for several miles I like their coffee.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I have tried to give it multiple chances since it’s one of the only ones on Wadsworth near 6th ave, but every time I am let down. The service is very slow with no urgency. They are also dumb, no one knows the answer to anything or can fix or help a problem if needed without looking to 5 other employees. If I were the manager of this particular Starbucks I would be very embarrassed and doing something to fix it.

Getting worse! Decided I would go back to try again. Cannot believe they can mess up the drinks so badly! The speed of the service has picked up, but the quality and taste are not even close to consistent. At 5 bucks a drink the taste should be perfect! The service should be second to none. We often are upset over the price of a gallon of gas. Well you get what I am saying. Let’s at least get what we are paying for! This Starbucks store gets only 1 star. My true rating would actually be one«bitter», «¾ full» cup of luke warm coffee.

I don’t drink Starbucks frequently, but I do come to this location occasionally. The staff are very fast and professional. The remodel is beautiful and this is one of the largest Starbucks stores I’ve ever been to(outside of the Roastery in Seattle). The barista helped me with the app and they were friendly and efficient. I’ve always been wary of the long drive-thru line, but maybe I will give it a shot since they are so fast.

These guys are CRAZYFAST!!! I’ve been coming here about twice a week for over a month and I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes total from start to finish, even when the line wraps all the way around the building. They know what they’re doing and how to staff properly for their location. Beverages have always been perfectly crafted and delicious. I’ve asked for recommendations and they take the time to be personable with me, and always have a smile and great attitude. I couldn’t ask for a better experience from a Starbucks, especially one as busy as this one! Don’t let the line intimidate you, instead be impressed by how fast it moves and how they love their jobs!

Fastest Starbucks drive-thru ever! Don’t be scared by the long line, the staff is borderline magical — or maybe on speed — whatever it is, it’s working!

This was by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to! I think Baristas are trained properly especially at Starbucks. It was happy hour frapuccinos and the ice machine was broken, only hot items available I asked if I could order a passion tea unsweetened she asked me twice to make sure it was unsweetened and still gave me sweet, had started drinking it and they asked for it back and threw it away, got the unsweetened didn’t even ask if I wanted to keep it! Then I asked for free drink coupons and they said they were looking for them after 10 minutes I just left! ONETHING: we all make mistakes and things happen but at least try and make up for it in someway!!!

Not exactly my favorite location, the staff is really nice but if there is a line for the drive through and you are in a hurry… Don’t bother. I feel as if they are always understaffed unless it’s 8 am. The inside is nice but there is usually a pretty long line. The internet takes at least 20 minutes to connect to devices.

Internet here doesn’t work. That seems like Starbucks 101, but the staff doesn’t seem to care.

This should be a 5 star review. I love the atmosphere at this location and love even more how many outlets they have to accommodate electronics users. That being said, if you’re going to be a go-to place for work or homework, YOUNEEDTOHAVEINTERNET. For the past six months, I have been able to use the Internet 1 out of 6 times that I’ve tried. I’ve been forced to go to the Alameda location time and time again… until the Internet situation is resolved, this place sadly only gets 2 stars. The two stars are for atmosphere and location.

Why, oh why do I subject myself? Because its redeeming quality is that it Starbucks with a drive thru. In the last three visits its been ridiculous. All the visits were through the drive thru, so maybe walk in service is better. On two occasions whilst ordering the person taking the order kept cutting me off, and trying rush the ordering. Twice the order was wrong and had to be remade. I’ve often driven right past because of the huge drive thru line. I’d go somewhere else, but there just aren’t enough drive thru independent coffee shacks in this town. And moms with littles appreciate the convenience.

I’m not a huge fan of this particular Starbucks. My main location is the one up by my workplace in Broomfield, and it is STELLAR. This one, however, is near my home, and I came here wanting one of the passion teas. I was disappointed to find, when I got back home, that they had not sweetened it like I had asked, and I therefore could not stand the bitter taste it held, and there went my 3 plus dollars down the drain. I had also sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes before getting my drink, which is ridiculous for a Starbucks to take that long when there are only 5 cars. They need to get it together in there.

They’ve updated the inside, taken over the space next to them, modernized it, and I look forward to a more open space with comfy seating that I can actually CHILL in. Now, though, they’re still going through some«Growing Pains» so be forewarned. Newish Baristas are still a wee bit green on the finer points of making drinks. The lines for the drive-thru are just ridiculous. Literally 10+ cars long at all times of the day. But the new inside makes it hopeful for me, so I’ll keep my original 4-star rating, in the hopes of living up to potential. I’d like to see them add some«power stations» along their High-Top bar seating area. It’d be nice to be able to plug in while you’re sipping, working, and people-watching. It’s still under construction, so stay tuned for an update!

The remodel is now complete and the inside is gorgeous. It’s also HUGE, they expanded into the area where the Kolache Factory was. This is certainly one of the largest Starbucks in the greater Denver area, if not THE largest. I’m not a daily Starbucks drinker, but I do come here 1 – 2 times a week. And, as I’ve mentioned before, it’s usually for the speedy and accurate drive thru service. Seriously, if you’ve seen the line here at 7am, you’d be amazed how efficient these folks are. Plus they are super friendly. The couple of times there has been a screw up, they have been quick to remedy it. So yes, 5 stars for a Starbucks. Because in the world of Starbucks this is as good as it gets.
