O’Reilly Auto Parts

I visited this location this evening in need of a new battery. Austin greeted me as soon as I walked in the store, tested the battery to be sure it needed to be replaced and even carried the new battery out to my vehicle. I will definitely be visiting this store for all future automotive needs as customer service was top notch making this «chore» so to speak nearly effortless.

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time was to purchase windshield wipers. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact ones for my car in stock, so I ended up going down the street to AutoZone. The last time was to purchase an engine air filter. The air filter in my car was the original one, which meant it was 6 years old, so I thought it would be a good idea to replace it.
I looked online to see who in my area sells the particular air filter for my car and O’Reilly Auto Parts had it in stock. I printed the picture of the filter which also had the price and part number on it. I brought the information with me when I made a trip to O’Reilly.
I was able to find the filter in the right aisle since they were also arranged in order by part number. I went to pay for it but wanted to make sure the filter in the box looked like the one in the picture I brought. The guy behind the counter was happy to open the box, pull the filter out and make sure that it indeed matched the one in the picture.
This store is very clean and well organized inside and the employees make an effort to greet you upon entering, a nice touch. :-) Friendly and knowledgeable service is found here as well.

Went here to get my battery replaced. My car was starting slow and realized I haven’t replaced my battery in years. I came in and was greeted by Jose. He offered to help right away. Luckily, they have my battery in stock. He performed a battery test and made sure that it wasn’t my alternator. After paying for the battery, he installed it and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Service was awesome and the price was way better than the dealership. I’ve been going here for years and was always treated right. 5 stars in my book.

Had my rotors turned here, I wish the price was better but since they are the only ones in the area that I found that still turn rotors they can set whatever price they want!

I went to this piece of crap auto store just because i was having issues with my car and my mechanic had me go there unfortunately coz thats where he bought the parts for my car, so i went there expecting to be entertained with friendly helpful people like autozone. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER?! PEOPLE OVER THERE ARE LAZY AS HELL?! AUTOZONE IS A LOT BETTER?!

This is the second time I have been her ein a month. I came to buy some jumper cables because I lost mine helping someone a few weeks back and ended up losing them. This is the one item besides a jack, water and a flashlight I want to make sure I have in my ride for emergencies.
I also picked up some engine cleaner because mine looks like crap.
I’ll be back because I need to get to building up my repair supplies.

Kid named Jeff was very rude when asking to see if they had a car stereo in stock.
Was behaving as if I was bothering him to look up a part for me?
He should not be in customer service, period.
I prefer Autozone down the street by Del Amo, very friendly staff,

Manager called and offered refund for small steering wheel cover. We are satisfied, and will come back. Have always had good experiences in the past.
