As a nails tech who just quit her job at another salon. This was a complete splur of the moment to go get my nails done with a friend(Katie). First off the lady who started dirty filing my friend obviously didn’t know how to do acrylics. Because the lady who was doing my nails told her in Vietnamese to «om nho luon» basically means just stick with her. Then the lady asked me about my one broken nail I told her in Vietnamese just to extend it with the powder. The finger she extended for me was still way shorter, when I pointed out she was like eh it’s just a little bit. Woman the point of asking for an extension was because I DONT want the length of my other nails to be filed down. At that point it’s obvious, after Katie’s lady gets done filing here she just went and sat at another station watching my lady do my fill, I just told her to go get started on Katie cause we were in a rush, while I filed my own shape. The entire experience was mediocre, as I sat there, I expected her to put the powder on Katie, let her dry and come back and fine file my nails but nooooo, I sat there watch her finish Katie’s nails then walk around and came back to do mines. Smh the one thing that annoyed me is, yes every nails tech has their own techniques, but what’s the point of smooth sanding then doing the fine metal drill?! Common sense you’re supposed to do the metal drill first then the smooth sanding in case you did miss anything you didn’t smooth over with the metal drill smh. I left without getting any polish for my nails, honestly We didn’t think she deserves a tip for the shitty job but whatever we gave 2&3 bucks anyways. The one time I venture out of the group of nails techs I know, I run into this mediocre place.

I used to go to this nail salon years ago in my high school days. After moving back to my hometown I was excited to make this establishment a regular in my beauty regiment. I walked in on a Monday afternoon, there were two women working. One was giving a pedicure and one was talking on her cell phone. The woman on the cell phone yelled at me «how can I help?» From across the salon. Granted there was only one other customer but it’s unprofessional. I told her«I need a mani pedi please» She then yelled«pick color» I picked my colors and walked to the pedicure seat. The water was cold. Not like room temp but iced water cold. But the lady on the cell phone had already retreated to the back of the salon out of ear shot. When she came back I asked to have the water adjusted. She GRUNTED at me. Then while still on her cell phone came and changed the water. As this happened another customer walked in for a fill and was yelled at to pick a color and sit down. Admittedly I was already in a bad mood because I came here to feel pampered and relaxed. My feet started to warm up and after about 10 mins of soaking the woman came back out still on her cell phone. She sat down in front of me and started to take my feet out of the water. I said«are you going to do my toes while on the phone?» She did not respond to me outside of a nasty stare and continued to dry off my feet and talk on the phone . I took my feet away and said«I am sorry, I am going to spend my $ 40 elsewhere. It is completely rude and unprofessional to give a pedicure while talking on your cell phone. And that poor woman has been sitting there for 20 mins while you ignored her.» The woman didn’t hang up her phone she didn’t even look at me. No response at all she simply got up and walked away while yelling at the person on the other line. As I walked out I said«this place used to be amazing. Now it’s pathetic» I’m extremely disappointed and went to another nail shop down the road. I am there now getting a proper pedicure while typing this review.

I like this place because it’s close to my house and it’s prices are decent. I took away a star though because I had to wait a while even though they only two other customers. There were only two ladies working and it’s not like I went at a crazy time. It was about 3:30 pm. I’m still happy with the outcome. I went to get my nails filled.

I come here for pedicures and i love it. Expect to be there for 2 hours getting one! BUT it feels so great, they take their time and i am not one who likes people touching my feet so I’m picky, but i love coming here. My time away from time for a couple hours.

I went to them for the first time today, I went around 7& they close at 7:30 so I think that I made her feel rushed a little bit. I got an acrylic set & it took a little longer than I thought it would & even though they were closed, she stayed open until she finished my nails & didn’t try to hurry & kick me out while I was waiting for my nails to dry. I went with a simpler design because I know the design skills of each salon are different & didn’t want anything too hard so that it would take longer than it already did. I’m going to try going another time when I need a fill to give them another chance. They were fairly priced & affordable. The nail technician didn’t talk much but that’s okay because I knew she was focusing to do a good job & get me out at a reasonable time. the nails look awful & I need a fill already… the acrylic part needs fixing, the Polish started fading on day two… it’s awful.

Extremely nice technicians, but my basic manicure was crappy & lasted one day. Please understand that not everyone that walks through your door will desire fake nails, gel/shellac nail. Some of us like to go natural. My pedicure was just ok.

Honest service, manicures last longer than usual. Great price, too! The place could use a little more ventilation but ehh, you’ll be done in 60 mins or less.
